Nails by Kim, Paull Nails. Concord, NH.

Omg! I cannot praise Tom and Kim enough!! I WILL NOT go to anyone else and I WILL NOT go anywhere else now. I have found my nails salon now!

I just got my nails done tonight and not even 2 1/2 hours later one broke. This is not the first time this has happened. It has happened several times but this is the last time I will ever go and I'll warn all my friends and family to beware. They get pissy when I ask for dip then only do one layer so obviously they are going to chip and break after the man who worked on my nails filed them paper thin. I actually said "ow" several times while he was drilling them. Getting them done is a luxury both in money and in time and now I have to go back on my lunch break to get them fixed. After that. Never again!

One week later

After a very aggressive pedi a week ago, my big toe is still very sore and bruised. During the pedi, the technician seemed to be in a hurry and was not aware of how hard she was working on my toes. She hardly let them soak before she began. My big toe was bleeding!!! A lot!! Things got really weird when I complained...the owners kept giving me the death stare, did not try to apologize, and tried to take photos of my foot without my permission. I was given $10 off but I have been treating my toe all week and it still is puffy and painful.

Mack is amazing. Never disappoints. Listens to his customers and makes beautiful artwork. He is by far the best in area

My nails are chipping of already and it has been 3 days when I go to glossy nails they stay for like 3 weeks there also there are a couple people in there that are not very nice. The first time I went there they chased me from outside becuase I left becuase they were to busy

Gel dip nails w/ freehand design

I've been going here for awhile and they always do a fantastic job! I just had a new grandson and decided to go blue to celebrate. I asked for a fun design giving her all the creative license, boy was I pleasantly surprised!!! Thank you again for the fun nails!

I don't ever get my nails done, literally this is my 3rd time in my 23 years. I hate how thick and tacky most acrylic nails are and let me tell you, Kee at Paull nails is a PRO! He made these acrylics look like I grew these claws myself! Im trying to stop biting my nails and I work outside and with the cold winter air my cuticles are really dry and bleed easy so ignore that. But I am so freaking in love with these nails! I would recommend Paull Nails to everyone. Please show these guys some love, he said they've slowed down a lot because of covid and this place is hands down the best in Concord!!!!! Nail salons can be a little intimidating at first but the two employees in here were so nice to me after they got to know me a little. Ill totally be going back in two weeks for a fill!!!!

I went to Paull Nails twice in February, once for a pedicure and a second time for a manicure. I wasn't thrilled with the pedicure (the spa treatment left my legs with a momentary rash and the polish smudged by the time I got home). I thought I would give it a second try as I don't like to jump to conclusions (or write negative reviews for that matter). I ended up booking a gel manicure online nearly a week in advance. It was bad enough that I'm here to provide a different perspective than what I read online. First, I waited for more than 15 minutes despite an appointment. Second, I felt forgotten at a corner table as I waited for my gel removal. (I also don't understand why the salon plays cattle wrangling but that's beside the point.) Finally, I got a technician after waiting for about 30 minutes. The manicure itself was a disappointment. She struggled to remove my gel and I don't think it all came off. She cut my nails but the shaping wasn't very precise. Then, she kept going back to repaint nails after they were done curing but didn't wipe down those nails with acetone afterwards. I got a little lotion put on but definitely not a hand massage. Assessing the manicure in the long run is even worse. I've had one nail chip on the top and two already peel in less than a week (about 5 days). My gel manicures typically look flawless for three weeks. I haven't done anything out of the ordinary that would cause so many chips and so much peeling. I also noticed after leaving that one of the bizarrely repainted nails has lint or nail polish brush hairs in it and it's been driving me crazy. All in all, I feel like the I had a gel manicure that someone made up as she went along. I realize there is a lot of privilege in getting my nails done, and I am not high-maintenance; I like a nail appointment for a brief moment of relaxation and unplugging and found my experiences here stressful. I also am very introverted so I didn't complain to the salon. Therefore, I cannot comment on whether they may have addressed my concerns if I raised them. I am new to the area and relied on reviews to try this place to begin with and so I am sharing my two cents because it didn't live up to the expectations I had having read what others have posted.

Rushed us through the whole process. Left multiple times. Paid no attention to us. Basically just worked to get as many people in and out. I understand times are tough. Respect the customers that are coming in. They aren't up front about their prices and charged both of us extra without telling us until the end. They also rushed so badly that my manicure ended up not curing correctly and came out spotted and awful. 45$ for this....

I went to Paulls today for the first time. I had a pedicure and a fill. I am very happy with my service and my nails look good. There is something I'm a little confused about and that is the price. When I got my pedi she let me select which pedicure I wanted. I selected the second option which I believe was $42. I then got a fill on my manicure & gel polish which I'm sure is a little extra (which is fine and expected). My total was $92. I think that is a little high? If my pedicure was $42, that means my FILL was $50??!! I didn't get a full set... it was a fill. & then I tipped $22. Overall, nails and service were great. I wish I had known it was a little over priced though.

Although nice work, they are VERY expensive, and televisions on all the time! We won't be returning.

Fixed my nails that another salon destroyed even though they were closing in 30 minutes. Thank you Paull Nails!

Good job on my nails when I was visiting for a wedding - once we got the terminology clear they did exactly what I needed!

I've tried most of the nail shops in Concord and am consistently happy with my Pro Nail experience…read more The technicians are friendly, efficient and skilled. The shop is very clean and they take special care to reduce the fumes from all the chemicals which is obvious when you walk in - no yucky nail salon smell. The only detractor for me is the hours. The owner is family focused (a very good thing!) so the shop isn't open on Sundays or late on weeknights.

I had a terrible experience here. I was recommend this place by a friend who said they had very…read morefair prices and were great with last minute appointments. However, after arriving at my appointment, I quickly realized the opposite. I showed the man who was doing my nails a photo of what I wanted, a simple pink with one flower accent nail, and he said he wouldn't do it because he didn't think it looked good. I told him that was what I wanted and he still refused. He recommended a French tip and I agreed and asked that he do pink to match my outfit for my event. He started doing a white French tip and when I told him I had asked for pink he got very annoyed and reluctantly wiped the color off of the one nail he had done. He made the French tips very thick and straight, and when I asked him to fix this he said no because otherwise it would look bad. He also made several nails very crooked. Then I asked if they had white chrome and he said no but he had clear. He applied it and I could not see it at all. Then he brought me to the register and informed me that the original $45 he had quoted me was wrong and it would be $80. He wanted to charge $15 for French tip, which is fair, then $5 for acrylics and $15 for chrome, both of which I found crazy because he didn't include them in my quote. The chrome especially, which I reminded him wasn't event the color I wanted and was invisible, and the entirety of the salon employees looked over and started getting visibly upset. I asked him when he told me this and he said he didn't because he "assumed I would know" and that it wasn't on his sign yet but he'll get to it eventually. I paid $80 for some very ugly nails and even uglier customer service. Not impressed.
