Okay they say they take walk ins but on a Sunday afternoon they had no one to do my nails right then. I made an apt to come back in 45 minutes. I returned on time and had to wait 15 minutes. There is a language barrier but it is on the customers side. My technician understood everything I asked for or requested be done. They have some very talented employees. I just have short natural nails painted one color. I watched others getting various designs and specialty polishes. Their was an employees infant and toddler there. I love children so that wasn't a problem for me. The toddler actually sat in my technicians lap while she polished my nails. I don't think the shop is dirty. I wouldn't have made the appointment if it was. It desperately needs a paint job. The decorative mirrors are noticeably dusty. Some of the plumbing is exposed. read more

I went in with a bridal party to prep for a big day . They were accommodating for 7 of us however ,the work they did at least on my nails were awful . I called and asked to come back in since it was for s wedding I was in and have them fixed because thede was gaps like I needed a fill already .The paint job was so sloppy. The owner proccedes to tell me that it was my cuticles that were like that. Even after I asked for them to be cleaned up then . I will never go back and do not recommend anyone going there . I found the owner to be rude when I went back and not kidding a nail broke 4 days later . Pics are of first set then the "fixed set " . I should've got a refund at this point . I went there on a Sunday to get a gel manicure as a walk in. Upon entering I was greeted with a smile and request of service, signed in and sat down to pick a color. They had so many colors for gel, I finally picked one after the staff was extremely patient with me. Then I abruptly changed my mind when I saw how many dip colors the salon had. I asked a few questions about the dip and the staff member patiently explained it to me and I was convinced it was something I wanted over gel ($25). It took longer to put on than gel, but just from the sturdy feel, I can tell it'll be worth the money ($35 for dip, plus $7 for the tip). It's heavier like acrylic but not bulky looking like acrylic. So far I love the clean look and overall feel of the work. The salon was clean and they were able to take me as soon as I made up my Indecisive mind. It's my first time with the dip, so I'm excited to see how long it lasts over gel. I would definitely come back. It was my first time in the salon and I don't have one bad thing to say. Someone else came and took over after pouring some acetone in the polish which didn't seem to help because my polish was ruined by the time I got home. I don't like how i will deal with 2-4 different nail techs while there for a simple Manicure.. They do not sanitize their items.. they literally took a file from my nails and used it on my friends nails. My hand massage was rushed ( about a minute per hand ) They throw their tools into plastic containers when they are done with them. and stuff them back into their drawers. I am HUGE with cleanliness.. and this is Unacceptable and disgusting to me.. I don't want someones nail fungus on me.. I have gone here for months but I can't tolerate this anymore.. I work a job with ridiculous hours (which I love) that really hinders the amount of time I have to get my nails done. I call VIP and ask when they close and they say, "when are you coming in?" And let us come in when we can (as close to close as possible, of course!) It's SO nice! I'd have horrific nails if it weren't for these ladies. And that's just the beginning, really. My regular nail spot (Nails to Perfection) was closed on a Sunday and there was no wait time on the 28th of Dec for this place. It is clean, has a room for waxing and massage, and they took me right away. I do acrylic and gel and they gave me the pre-made nail selection to look at so I knew which color was best for me. They offered me a free coke while I waited for my nail specialist and sat me at a table right away. The guy was very polite, didn't speak much english. I had three nails that needed repair. The primary sander they use to buff the nails is usually used with gentle pressure however he tried to thin down the acrylic already present and that irritated my 3 nails that were broken and when I indicated pain, he left them alone- put glue on what existed and anti-fungal so he could fill in the gaps with acrylic. Despite the language barrier, he respected my pain threshhold. He did a great job filling in with acrylic with much attention to detail. I was able to use my 4g to watch hulu while I got my nails done. They had the football game on and the woman next to me was extremely vocal about the plays which was annoying however I had my headphones in so it was bearable. He took special care with shaping my nails so they looked as natural as possible. I asked for more narrow look and he obliged. He did not use alcohol to set the gel as I've seen previously used in other salons however it still came out fine. Not as shiny, but looks great- pic attached. He also did not trim my cuticles or offer cuticle oil so I had to specifically request these things even though the place was empty. Not sure if they were close to closing time or what, but he seemed ok with going the extra steps that I asked for. I would revisit again due to low wait time, attention to detail in shaping and polish and cleanliness of the salon. 4 stars due to lack of cuticle care and hand massage which is typical of nail salons once you've ended. read more

Do not, I repeat do not go here. I was recommended this place so I drove past several salons at the advice of someone else. When I arrived there was an unfortunate woman next to me who had been there an hour while the tech was loading on the nail powder a mile high. I sat next to her while my kind nail tech started working. The girl next to me was getting a hack job at $60 a pop and kept looking at me for backup, her nails looked nothing like the picture she brought. I got a simple acrylic set, after an hour and a half of waiting (they were sharing the same nail drill back and forth) I opted for a quick clear topcoat because I was burned out of being there. In that time another customer came in with a complaint of uneven, thick, powder dip nails that they upsold her on, and they moved the now 2 hour customer to another tech who might fix the mess on her nails. I walked out with a $42 basic acrylic set that I'll now go home and fix and reshape. Definitely the WORST experience at a nail salon. They also had someone walking around looking over shoulders which made me wonder if they were all in training, especially since the work doesn't reflect a seasoned professional's. Also, the dude doing the 2 hour hack job on the girl next to me was paying more attention to his Chris brown and Ne-yo music videos he had playing on his iPad. I'd expect this behavior in your parents basement while you shoot around with your friends but not a professional business. I just am baffled by this experience. read more

I've been going here for years and I used to go religiously and they would give you wine, water, soda, whatever while you waited. The place used to be clean and well set up even though they would have such a high volume of people. Nails were always done great and in a decent time frame. Nowadays? The place is filthy and everything is dusty with acrylic dust that's clearly built up for months at a time, they don't care about customer service, their prices are never the same from one tech to the next even if you're getting the exact same thing done and the exact same length. The set up of the tables and chairs suck. There's clutter everywhere and everything. Is. Dirty. They use the same tools for everyone and they're never sanitized, the gel drying lights have built up dirt stains where everyone puts their fingers. They make you clean your hands when you walk it so they've definitely never once cleaned those gel dryers for them to look like that. I really used to love this place a lot and it makes me super sad to see how downhill it's gone. The nails are really a half-hit or a complete miss now. Much better places you can go to especially in this area specifically. No one goes here anymore for a reason. Never more than 2-3 nail techs their at a time when almost every table was filled a few years ago. Find a better place... read more

I'm new to the area and I'm still trying to find a good place for nails and waxing but I would NEVER return here. I called for an appointment and when I got there I still had to wait like 30 or 40 minutes. The guy who did my nails had no idea what I was asking for (UV gel with false tips since my nails were so short) so he just ignored me and did standard acrylic. OK whatever, I would get over it and just not go back, BUT he made them horribly thick. They were easily the thickness of a nickel maybe thicker. They were terrible. I went back the next day to have them redone, walked up and was happy that they weren't busy, all of the nail people I had seen the day before were sitting around chatting. I came inside and explained that I needed them fixed because they were way too thick. The lady tells me that they don't have anyone there right now that can do nails. That all of the nail people "went to the airport" and wouldn't be back until after 12. Seriously!?!? I was pissed. I came back again the next day to get them fixed and saw all of those people who were hanging around in the store the day before and somehow they all had magically learned how to do nails again. Imagine that. I won't be going back and I won't be recommending them to anyone. They are bad at nails, over priced and horribly unprofessional. read more

Worse nail salon in Manchester. You get moved around from 1 nail tech to another. It is filthy dirty and smells to the point of disgust! When I was moved from 1 chair to the other, that nail tech started to file my nails again and when I told him the last tech had don't that he got all defensive saying he knew how to do his job and that he's owned 4 business' and so on. These nail salons are a dime a dozen so perhaps they should clean the place up and give business etiquette classes to their techs. read more

Very disappointed. My mother and I both came in on August 31 for a mani-pedi. The man who did my pedicure clipped my nails, but didn't shape them at all. My mother told me later that the woman who'd done hers didn't shape hers, either! And neither of us received a hand massage while getting our manicures. My mother also told me the woman doing her feet was rather rough. It also does not help at all that the man who was doing my nails could not speak much English. I went to them for a spa pedicure. I called at 10 and asked for a noon appointment. No problem. The spa pedicure included a sea salt exfoliation, warm towl massage, callous treatment, and finished off with paraffin. The man who did my pedicure was very good, very strong hands so I got an excellent massage. I will return and will recommend to others. read more

Went in with a friend for a shellac mani and a pedi. The pedi was nice and definitely worth the money. However - the manis were wful. We paid extra for the Sea Salt Scrub manis and didn't get anything extra. They trimmed our cuticles to the point of bleeding, barely filed out nails, and then started painting. They did a horribe job painting, they were extremely sloppy and did not fix any overlay on the cuticles. We each asked for a simple design and they both came out terrible. If they couldn't do the designs they should have said so. Instead they did a terrible job and charged us extra. I will never go back. I now need to go to my usual place and get a manicure all over again to fix this awful mess. read more

Decided to come here for a pedicure based on the yelp reviews(in town for business). I almost didn't go in because I was judging the book by its cover ( the outside of the building has graffiti on it and the neighborhood is a bit sketchy). I'm so glad I stayed. I've tried to go other places but they never come out the same! I recently had an issue with my shellac chipping and they fixed it with out any problems. I get regular compliments on my nails and highly recommend them. Don't make an appointment though it's probably best to just show up. read more

I love getting my nails done but I'm super picky about who does them. In need of repairs to my nails I opened up my phone book and figured I'd give this place a call. Not only were they fairly priced they also do things that most salons charge extra for, like a parafin dip! I was so excited that for 20 dollars I got such great service for such a great price. This place isn't that great. I've been going here for a couple years but I'm looking for a new place. The prices are reasonable but the salon doesn't seem very clean. If the owner does your nails, they will be perfect. But if you get anyone else, it's a toss up. I never know how my nails will come out. They have a lot of gel colors to choose from but most of the time if you pick one, they won't actually have it available and they tell you "next time". We are in America ..speak English..techs play dumb to any comment or question.. They yak in their Vietnamese language with their co-workers non stop. Appointments don't matter you'll wait anyway..they open at a certain time but techs come in 1/2 to 1 hour late..Service is never the same..cleanliness is not for them. All files / nail tools are used on everyone nothing is ever sanitized. The salon is quite dirty , no one cleans but they watch their shows on Ipads. After a few years I thank the lord I didn't get any fungus infection..I'll never go back. Yuk read more
