One of my favorite nail salon hands down. Lam does my acrylic nails and he's always does a phenomenal job. Hannah is always so sweet when my wife and I come in for a pedicure. read more

This is my 3rd time coming here. I followed my manicurist here from a different place. Nina is the best . Nina and Dieter are the only ones I let do my nails so I can't personally speak of anyone else. I do see happy customers while I am in there though. Plus everyone seems so personable. It's a friendly atmosphere. read more

I'm officially obsessed! I'm extremely picky about where I get my nails done- to the point where I would rather not get them done at all if I can't find a place I like - and I will DEFINITELY be coming back here! My gel mani was $28, which is a great price. I wish I knew the name of the woman who did my nails because she was careful and deliberate in everything she did- she had great attention to detail! read more

My sister-in-law and I went in tonight for pedicures for a wedding we are going to on Saturday and the service was great! We got the deluxe spa pedi, which I was in desperate need of - and had such a great experience, we ended up doing a shellac manicure as well. I do recommend making an appointment ahead of time, and they give a discount for paying in cash, but they do take credit cards (including tips) - but they do take walk-ins as well. read more

Very disappointed in this place. 1st time we went it was a great experience and loved the nails, 2nd time horrible experience! This place you have to call in advance so we called Saturday to schedule for the following Saturday. We get there and tell them we have an appointment and they are like ummmm no you don't, and they couldn't help us, and they don't understand why our name isn't in the books. My sister literally sees her name in the schedule book for our time spot and he is states that's not you I know who that is and tells us they can't get us in. We live 30 minutes away and drove all the way there and nothing. thankfully this town had several other places to pick from and I recommend going to any other one. read more

I recently visited Beautiful Nails on South Willow in Manchester. I had gotten a gel manicure done on Friday, and below is what my nails looked like by the following Tuesday. I called and asked for my nails to be re-done and made an appointment for 6:30. When I got there at 6:30, I didn't get service until 7:05. They put the nail polish remover tin foil on my nails and I proceeded to sit there for another 30 minutes. I finally left with my nails fixed after an hour and a half. I will not ever be going back to Beautiful Nails! read more

Conveniently located across the mall of NH. Called in 30 mins prior for a walk in and they were able to take two people for dip. Quick service, I am however noticing two days after the appointment, three of my dip nails are lifting and cracking read more

I went here because there were a lot of amazing reviews on here. I didn't know who to see because I just moved to the area. I heard the owner and a few other guys who work there are great. The photos on here clearly prove they do great work. The person that I got was not one of those people. She came up to me and asked me what I was getting. I said I had a 2:30 appointment for a full set with dip. She came back another time to ask me the shape and length I wanted. Almost like if I was too hard I would have gotten someone else, but if it was easy she could do it. I told her square and shorter. She took me. It took her an hour and a half so you'd think they would be perfect. They are so uneven and misshapen. They flare out on the sides and are bumpy. This is the first time I've gotten my nails done since Covid and I was so looking forward to it. They look absolutely awful. read more

I started going here when I moved to Manchester last year, and love the place. The employees are all very friendly, and very experienced. Always go in with an appointment, and I always get dip nails. They come out perfect every time. I can usually go 2-3 weeks between manicures. read more

Went a month ago for a pedicure which was great but got a manicure today. I show the tech a picture from pinterest and he looked at it and said ok a d told me to pick the base color. He applies the base (which is too thick) and then asks to see the picture again and now tells me he can't do the design (which is a maple leaf). I ask what kind of fall design he could do and he didn't say anything, got up and offered foils. Super disappointed. Probably going to find a different salon. I honestly wouldn't have cared that he couldn't do the, design if he'd said so when I initially showed him the picture. That's why I showed it before I started. I would have just picked something different. read more

The customer service here is just pitiful. Skip this and go on to the next nail salon.

Worst nail experience I've ever had. I'm a regular here and get my nails done here all the time and can't believe the treatment I just received. First they did the wrong color not the one I asked for so they had to fully redo my nails which is no big deal but when that happened they switched the person doing my nails and the guy doing my nails walked off laughing about it to other workers there being very rude and making comments. Then they redo my nails and they are totally messed up with weird marks all through them. So they have to redo them again. They do them a third time and this time the colors off and there are still marks. After being there over 2 hours consuming my whole evening while being embarrassed and mocked to the point of tears I give up and accept the nails as they are and I am absolutely shocked they still asked me to pay full price no discount no gift card or anything. Will never go back again and will tell all of the people I referred to them to do the same. read more

I just relocated to the area and I was sad to leave my salon peeps at Mindy's Nails in Salem, MA. Walked in to Beautiful Nails, after work, and they took me right away. PJ did my nails and she was a pleasure to talk to and did a great job. They have a wide variety of colors and keep up with trends-not just your standard manicure. It's clean and bright. So happy I found this place. I will definitely be back!! read more

I have been looking for a new nail salon for years. Have tried several places and have always been disappointed. Today I went in after reading reviews, and gave it a shot. I cannot tell you how kind, and accommodating the entire staff was. They offered water/and wine complimentary. Pedicure was amazing, Wendy was very detail oriented and explained what she was doing and asked me questions along the way to make sure it was perfect. I also had a shellac manicure, very nice! Relaxing and clean environment! As a licensed professional I have high expectations, and the team here knocked it out of the park. This will be my new nail salon every 2/3 weeks. Thank you for the amazing experience and beautiful toes and nails! This is what I needed on my birthday! I cannot express how clean clean clean it was! Amazing! I will be back, and will be telling everyone I know! read more

Pretty shitty service all around. This is the second time we have called and made an appointment, just to get there and them not even have us in their book. We then were taken and my manicure was started but they told my sister she would have to wait 30 minutes because she wanted acrylics. My ENTIRE manicure is finished before anyone even starts my sister, so we left with just my manicure. They only had 2 guys that could do acrylics, but then why accept an appointment? Such a waste of time, and now she has to go somewhere else to get her nails done. Definitely wouldn't recommend them unless they magically get their shit together. read more

I was looking into going somewhere new for my nails as I go e every two weeks and lately my salon and I have been on different schedules. I looked up your salon, walk ins welcome. So I tried to go was told come back later and only 3 technicians do fills. Not so welcoming. So I am continuing my search for a salon. So 2 times a month 30.00 + tip times a year estimated 840.00 something to think about. Not so welcoming after all. read more

Today was my first visit here. My sister and I scheduled pedicures. I really loved that we were given the option to choose which scent we wanted our soap, sugar scrub and lotions to be. They had a lot to choose from too! All the lotions were individually wrapped and portioned out for each step. They took their time working on us. The whole pedicure took about an hour and a half. It was relaxing and overall a wonderful experience. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. My family and I made an appointment for 8 people getting multiple services each. One person in my party is a little heavy and was told she had to leave because his seats only hold 250lbs but the rest of us were fine in front of everyone in the salon. Mind you I weigh 265 so it was based off of looks alone. If they are going to be so discriminating they should at least post this "regulation" somewhere so people are aware. read more

Nice place but they overbook. I got a pedi and tech asked if I wanted my nails done as well. I said sure a full set, 10 minutes later she was finishing up my pedi a whole bunch of people walked in and they said sorry we can't do it. Do you want to come back tomorrow? Why ask if you cannot accommodate? I would have given a 5 star review otherwise. read more

I came in at 2:45 because my appointment was at 3. I still was not seated by 3:30/3:45, I was then there until almost 7:15 just for an acrylic set. I also wasn't able to do the color I wanted because they "didn't like it". I had very healthy (and even) nails but they shaved them down until they were bleeding and really painful. I asked her to stop multiple times and she still continued and it hurt so much! I had an event that night so thought that booking it for 3pm would give plenty of time, although I've never had acrylics take more than 45 minutes and I ended up really late. The staff also took a really long time because they would continuously stop to play games on their phones. The nails turned out fine but now it's 4 weeks later and they look awful and are impossible to get off. I don't like to complain and I paid the full price and tipped but would never go again read more

I decided to give this place several tries after being great my first time around. What I've found is that customer service and quality is not consistent. Only one tech there has been patient and takes their time with your nails; the rest are robotic and rush you in and out. After 3 visits I'll be taking my business elsewhere. The prices are cheap but you get what you pay for. read more

I have been looking for a good nail salon in Manchester for a year. Have tried many, many salons and have never been satisfied. This is THE BEST nail salon you'll find!! I have been looking for a new nail salon, as the salon I previously went to in Goffstown treats you like you are just another number. Walking into Beautiful Nails, you are instantly greeted, in a kind and welcoming manner. It is gorgeous inside; the pride of ownership is in every detail. I met Emma, and she was so kind, accommodating, friendly and welcoming! My pedi was wonderful! When I showed her a photo of the nails I wanted, a very kind member of the team went looking for polishes to color match. When we were halfway through the mani, shellac on, I realized that I really didn't care for one of the colors, and Emma kindly removed the color from the one nail. Had I brought that to the attention of the former salon I frequented, I would not have been shown kindness. I could go on and on about how absolutely wonderful this salon is, but take my, and all the other 5-star reviews and go! You will NOT regret it!! Can't wait to go back!! :) read more
