I walked in this afternoon @ 3pm and got an appointment right away. I don't feel rushed and my nail tech, Nancy is good, she listened to what my needs are, the way I like it cleaned and as a result, I feel relaxed and like my pedicure very much! The sparkly gold color is perfect. They have many color selection. I didn't do the gel pedicure this visit. The owners, Tammy & her husband are welcoming. I like that there is a menu and I was able to be clear of what I would like and the price I will be paying, so no more upselling once I sit in the chair like other places. They include the removal in the service price which is a big plus! When I come in to do my nails, I don't like it when the tech try to persuade me to do this or that for $3, $5 more etc. This place doesn't do that! I give them 6 stars... I chose the DELUXE pedicure and it was fabulous! I plan to come back with my boyfriend and/or friends here. I receive amazing scrub and massages all the way to my calves. My feet look so bright & moisturized when it was done. I even suggested that they offer massages here, neck and shoulder would be great! Happy to find this little gem in Arlington, Texas / thanks to other awesome reviews in Yelp for guiding me to come here. I will be back in a few weeks. Thank youuuu

These are porous tools, and these were very much visibly used. I immediately felt uncomfortable and asked the nail tech to stop. At this point, my nails had two (2) nail tip extensions on my big toes (incomplete) and she trimmed two (2) nails. When bringing up my concern at the front, I was just told "sorry about that" and proceeded to be charged $25 for what was already done. Mind you, I was in the salon maybe 15 minutes with 10 minutes or less being in the chair. Deluxe Pedicure (EA. cooling peppermint pedi) are $50 plus $18 for gel. Why would it be $25 for nail trim and nail tips for two nails? I feel as though because I spoke up about their sanitation, I was reprimanded via overcharging. Please please please do not go to this place. Please spend the extra money going somewhere where sanitation is visible and you're not risking infection. This shop is now under investigation for multiple violations by the State of Texas.

The salon itself is very clean, basic and quiet - not like all these loud, dirty and busy salons on every corner. I don't want my pedicure to feel like a trip to a night club... The scissors being used seemed kind of dull, or broken, as they were taking my hair quite a bit, and he fiddled with the blade screw numerous times during the cut. When I got home, with my hair mostly dry, I could tell the hair on each side of my head was cut a different length, and wasn't a uniform length either. The back of my hair wasn't cleaned up either, and my neck was covered with razor scores. I won't be returning, and will be going elsewhere for a haircut rescue tomorrow.
