When the transmission in my car went out I told my insurance company to call 1st Class Towing, even though it wasn't fully covered by my plan. I knew I could trust this business and the small out of pocket cost was worth it. Although the insurance company said it would be an hour, Dan was there in 20 minutes. I rode with him to the repair shop to pick up my loaner, and we talked dirt track racing the whole way. A big thanks to the Parker police officer who also waited with me as I broke down during school drop-off time and was completely in the way. After painfully long replacement process I had issues with the transmission since the replacement, took it in several times for inspection and adjustment and was told it's fine and just keep driving it. Over 6k miles and a year later, same exact issue happened with the transmission they put in. Had to be towed from Keystone. Got it in and was told there's no transmission fluid in it, but there's also no leaks anywhere. More shop time, more flush/fills. Again I'm told it's fine. Had a long haul planned to Cali withs trailer so went in several times to make sure it checked out ok. Several flushes and refills later they say it's good. Regional manager said he checked trans fluid level but only went out to parking lot with OBD scanner, can back a few minutes later and said "everything looks fine" - but that's now how a Tundra works so what was he "checking"? Same manager said he replaced a sensor but magically that's nowhere on the service report at all, nor is half the stuff they claimed the claim was done. Also they changed oil before my trip and didn't put oil drain plug back correctly so dripped all the way home and onto my driveway. Simplest of tasks and it gets messed up. Faith is gone. Got to Fruita with an empty trailer, far below vehicles capacity, and started seeing smoke - spewing trans fluid. Got into local shop and they say they pulled out 1.5 quarts of overfilled trans fluid, plus whatever I puked out. So Pride overfilled it and sent me on my way. Now I'm told "we can't do anything more for you". Three other shops later, including dealership, and the general consensus is faulty install and/or bad replacement transmission. Either way I'm dead in the water and they've washed their hands of it. I've sat in that lobby enough hours to know they PRIDE themselves on upsells and unnecessary work, straight from their own mouths. Kinda funny what you learn just listening. What a nightmare. Lots of data for my attorney to chew through now.

They charged me $2,261.38 and replaced the alternator, belt, battery, and EGR valve. The same day I picked it up, the emissions light came right back on. When I returned (the next day), they claimed it was a "new issue" and wanted another $1,100. How does a brand-new problem appear immediately after a full diagnostic and major repairs? It really feels like they misdiagnosed the original problem. I paid for a comprehensive diagnostic and still left with the same warning light and stalling. Very frustrating and disappointing. I won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend this shop.

Well long story short, that did happen and the vehicle blew a head gasket, popped the radiator, and leaked a bunch of coolant and oil all over the engine on the side of the highway. There was no way the car would make it anywhere, and being that I live in the area I called up this company. They were very friendly and timely. Some towing companies can take forever, however they showed up very quickly and towed my car off to a shop I use frequently in Denver. The man who picked up my vehicle and myself was very kind and respectful, and I felt very safe- which is important considering I'm a 20 year old female. I just saved a trip to Elkhart!!…read more We live in a Thor Palazzo RV full time. We've been stranded multiple times because we couldn't get our right (kitchen) slide to retract. We discussed this with Thor and they suggested we come back to the factory to get it addressed. We couldn't decide if it was alignment our the controller. With winter, we opted to deal with it until spring. Over the past 4 weeks, we were again stranded 3 times. The first time, Thor service gave us a tip on reversing the wiring at the controller (under the right side bay). That worked and got us on the road. The next stop had the same issue and again we were stranded. A local mechanic showed me a process to override the controller and again got us on the road. We recently hit Denver for two weeks so I began looking for a way to get it fixed. After three calls to Lazy Days RV which were never returned, I talked to a Overall RV. They were helping me with a frozen valve in the water bay. Turns out the tech was the owner...he and his partner did slide alignments at Camping World for years. They looked at my slide and measured the alignment. I was off by more the 1 1/2 inches, top to bottom putting a strain on the motors and the controller. They gave me an estimate to fix it on site. The cost to drive to Elkhart IN along with continued frustration made my decision easy... two hours later, they aligned the slide, checked the controller and motors, lubbedd the tracks, checked the rollers and tested the slide at least 8 times. They ended their appointment by telling me they reduced my expense by $200! Because only one end of the slide was off track, their labor was less... Oh and they did this work on New Year's Day! A huge shout out to Overall RV Service in Denver CO. They walked me through every step of the process so I would understand what they were doing and how I could keep up with maintenance going forward. They never said a negative word about Thor or the Palazzo and demonstrated a strong knowledge of the rig and systems. Awesome job and keeps us on the road! We love our Palazzo. There are things I can and cannot do on my own. When we find a good technician and honest business, we do our best to let the folks know. If in this area and need help, give them a call... I previously tried jumping the car 3 times with no luck. The towing rep spent 30 minutes helping me jump it and it finally started. He offered to follow me to Pride which I accepted.
