I am genuinely amazed by how much happier and more confident I feel with my new doctor. To anyone struggling with the American healthcare system, my advice is simple: keep looking until you find a provider who is willing to give you the time and attention you deserve. There are physicians who prioritize the quality of their care rather than taking on as many patients as possible in pursuit of greater profit. My interactions with Dr. Sameer also left me with the impression that he was socially awkward, dismissive, and difficult to communicate with. That may not bother every patient, but when someone is responsible for addressing serious health concerns, effective communication and a willingness to listen are extremely important. I changed PCP's last month, when I…read morecalled for my initial appointment, I was told the soonest was a month out, I'm a diabetic and needed to be seen to receive a refill so as inconvenient as it was + having to go a full month without my medication, I decided to wait it out. Fast forward to this week, I call to confirm my appointment and I'm told they don't have one for me until May, another 5 weeks without medication. When I asked how this could have happened, the person I was talking with said they don't know, and there's nothing that could be done. The level of professionalism is seriously lacking with their appointment setter and level of care provided when speaking with someone that had a genuine concern for their own health, wasn't just disrespectful, but to brush it off as they did was more upsetting than them dropping the ball on my appointment. I hope their calls are recorded so management can pull the call and hear it for themselves. I had to call my insurance and change PCP's, my new doctors office heard what happened, seen me today and got me all squared away. If you're having issues being seen, I'd recommend trying other providers, because while I'm sure Dr. Baluyut is a fine physician, his office staff needs a serious reality check.

Greatest doctor ever…read more I almost hate to write what I truly believe about this doctor all for selfish reasons. When you look up Dr. F in Webster's dictionary his picture should be right there. This doctor is the most caring, concern, well versed person I have seen in decades. I take my father-in-law who is 85 to him. Now my father-in-law it isn't the easiest patient to deal with. Yet Dr. F always gives him the utmost attention and respect anyone could ever ask. Being that he is 85 and in a wheelchair doctor visits are not always the easiest thing to do. Knowing this Dr F is always and I say always extremely accommodating. If you are looking for the perfect family doctor I highly recommend Dr. F. You will be extremely happy that you chose him as your family doctor. I'm not sure what his patient load is, but I can easily see it becoming such that he would no longer be taking new patients if that isn't the case already. Here's to your health. Don.

I'm 57 years old and did not suffer any injury or fall for my compliant of back pain. I needed a note for work and went there because they were on my health insurance authorized provider list. Also, I went back the following day to collect my receipt because I did not receive it on date of service. I later noticed receipt indicated I paid $35., but my bank showed a $36. draft. I called their office this morning and was told, "I told you about the fee" when in fact they did not. I had cash on me on day of visit so I would have just paid cash. She also said "there is a small sign" at front desk, which obviously should be much larger since I did not see it. The $1. fee is not the point, the point here is the fee was not disclosed.
