If anyone knows where T. Ku works I would like to know. I was on my last straw with this office but I hate filling out new forms and my file is like 3 inches thick so I came back when they said there was a new PA in the office. I scheduled an appt with Cynthia for a checkup. I found her willing to explain treatments and new meds. I didn't feel rushed at all. The office staff seemed to be better. My refill requests for the most part are being attended to in a timely matter. The office staff was able to take my FSA (Flexible Spending Acct) card at this last appointment. They must have finally gotten that machine fixed after 3 years. My husband sees A. Pinner. The Drs office called me on Thursday and said new meds where required and a nurse would call me on Friday to explain. I received no call Friday. So, since it sounded kind of important I called on Monday and spoke to the nurse and was told very abruptly that A. Pinner was out and she would call me back Tuesday. Then when I asked her name, she replied with hers and then using my first name in a louder and rude manner (emphasizing my first name) said she would let me know Tuesday and yes she had my telephone number. I was pretty much taken aback. Sadly, this is how it goes at this office. Sometimes its good and other times its the pits... and NO, she never called Tuesday. So, tomorrow I will try again. My son won't go here anymore. He sees Dr. Rodriguez off Magnolia.

Fast forward to this week, I call to confirm my appointment and I'm told they don't have one for me until May, another 5 weeks without medication. When I asked how this could have happened, the person I was talking with said they don't know, and there's nothing that could be done. The level of professionalism is seriously lacking with their appointment setter and level of care provided when speaking with someone that had a genuine concern for their own health, wasn't just disrespectful, but to brush it off as they did was more upsetting than them dropping the ball on my appointment. I hope their calls are recorded so management can pull the call and hear it for themselves. I had to call my insurance and change PCP's, my new doctors office heard what happened, seen me today and got me all squared away. If you're having issues being seen, I'd recommend trying other providers, because while I'm sure Dr. Baluyut is a fine physician, his office staff needs a serious reality check.
