A different waitress brought them out so at this point we have three waitresses, have been there nearly 50 minutes in the heat, barely any water with NO ice, and still have not ordered our food. Our waitress finally asks for our orders and we wait another 20 minutes for our food to come out. My partner ordered a larger size steak - $7 more. The same employee then spent the rest of the time frantically wiping tables and putting out menus despite the cafe barely being busy.
