worst location ever i will never be back. i waited at the drive thru to order for a minute or two…read moresomeone took half my order then disappeared. i said hello 3 or 4 times some girl answered apologizing and took my order which i had to repeat 3 times to her. ive now been at freddy's for about 10minutes. then i waited at the window for another 5-6 minutes she finally opened it and said what r u waiting for ??? um my food. i told her the name it was under paid and left checked my bag looked fine. i get home to find my burger does not have any of what i wanted on it and had to DIY it myself. waste of my time and $12 i called the store 4 times no answer so im lettin everyone now dont go here anymore. i'd like to note they were not busy, a couple people behind me in drive thru and maybe two parties inside.

Lots of shade trees, a converted shed into a kitchen and a large picnic gazebo/patio greeted me as I pulled up. (No bathroom on premises) Then I met Kayla (pronounced Ki-yla not kay-la) and Sam. They are nice welcoming, hard working people who made sure everything about my orders was right. First visit, I tried their cheesesteak with hot peppers. It was on an Amoroso roll. The portion was decent, flavors were good, little grease, solid melting of cheese in with the meat and the hot peppers provided just the right amount of kick and flavor. In hindsight I should have gotten the roll toasted a bit, but overall it was an average cheesesteak. Can't say anything bad about it. I ordered three pizzas to go the other day and they were tasty. The dough is made fresh daily. I haven't seen large thin crust NY slices in Delco before so that was a first. Couple observations, the pizzas are 20" so your slices will measure about 9" to 9 1/2" long. The crust was thin, crispy, had a nice light char and stood straight as an arrow. It's a little heavier on the sauce side which is thick, a little acidic with a sweet/spicy bite to it. I would have liked a bit more cheese to even out the cheese/sauce ratio. For $15 a pizza, I thought it was a good value, they do sell by the slice at $3. I will definitely stop in again to try their other offerings. A few people waiting for their food recommended the breakfast sandwiches and roast beef sandwich. Thank you Kayla and Sam!

I tried to get it today because they have been closed for a couple of days due to an event, Stephanie cut me off despite trying to explain the situation, the horrible customer service at this place is honestly sad, this business have no problem with taking your money but when you have an issue that was their fault there is no accountability. I've ordered from here 3 times and never again. Stephanie informed me that the issue that has occurred has nothing to do with everybody eats it was the grubhub delivery driver's fault, I recorded the call where your employee admitted that it was her fault for the bag being opened. She also told me that I should reorder it despite this happening 2 weeks ago. Why would I reorder it when I threw it in the trash because the food was tampered with?. This food delivery safety should be implemented into your employees and your business will be at fault when someone gets sick because you allowed the food to be taken by the delivery driver unsealed and open. And this is the owner that's acting like this do not support this black business! There were specials today and one of them was a fish platter and it was just perfect and it was such a great deal at $5 dollars per order. The ambience is very relaxing and there are seats all along the back wall and they are super comfortable and easy to clean. The tables are sweet and lovely with flowers on top and there's plenty of free street parking. You can use your card or pay in cash so it's very easy.

I'd first like to state that the Pat's stores are my family's stores and I am not here to review them. I have not rated any of the stores personally and never would. In order to write this I had to give it a rating. If I were to be honest, the quality of food your getting at our prices I would be as bold as to give it 4 stars. But to not show bias and such I will give it an average rating of 3. I just wanted to clear up a few things. I do not know Mark J, but I am upset by his review. I implore whoever sees this to first check his profile out. His only activity has been this review for our Brookhaven location which seems a little suspicious to me, but I could be wrong. But I do have a few problems with his review. 1st. Just because it is called Pat's does not mean it is Irish. Pat was actually an Italian Man who lived in Pennsville NJ and created the first store there. He moved back to Italy and gave the store to my uncles (who are Greek). 2nd. One of our sayings is "We make our dough fresh daily" and we mean it. I have grown up in the stores and have fond memories of going in on weekends and helping make dough in the mornings. I can promise everyone that they are not frozen pizzas and shouldn't even be close to that. I do believe we make a pretty good pie and my only request is that people come in and try it for themselves and please give an honest review bad or good. I cannot be certain if Mark J has a personal problem with our store or maybe one of our employees or maybe he actually didn't like our pizza, but I would only hope that people would come check out our pizza for themselves and not base it off a suspicious review. read more

Let me repeat...America's Pie is NOT just a pizza place, and while their pizza is absolutely wonderful, it is in the raw selection and quality of that broad selection that makes this place freaking outstanding. I have had the opportunity to order food from here several times over the last several years and they have one of the most unique "pizza shop" restaurant menus out there and even have a massive selection of tacos that you can pick from. I have had several opportunities to write my review of this spot, but it wasn't until I discovered something very special here that finally drove me to write my full opinion. My most recent visit to America's Pie was one born of laziness. Everyone at home wanted something different and we didn't want to cook, so we were simply looking at places that would be easy that we don't order from that often and landed here. The menu is so large that I was being indecisive and that was when I saw it...all the way at the bottom of the sandwiches section, what I have now identified as one of the top three sandwiches I have ever had in my life, and I've had a lot of sandwiches: the Tony Bourdain. A strange combination of ingredients, all delicious and savory in their own right, brought together to create a bread-borne experience unlike few, if any, that I have ever had before. This seriously is one of, if not, THE BEST sandwiches that I have ever had. It is not what it looks like, or the way it is constructed that makes it so good. What makes it so amazing is the absolutely mastery and command of the knowledge of the ingredients, the quality of those ingredients, and their interaction together on the flavors they will produce when combined within the very high quality seeded roll that it all comes neatly packed within. It is not a pretty, easy to eat and clean sandwich. It gets everywhere, and it is worth it. You SHOULD get this sandwich, for the culinary perfection, but also to honor the late Anthony Bourdain. This is definitely a meal that properly honors the man and his legacy. America's Pie isn't perfect but it is one of the best pizza/sandwich/pasta places in my area of Delco. Hands down. The specialty sandwiches really take it to the next level and that Tony Bourdain shoots them into the stratosphere. You will never have a bad meal here. They are local people making great food, with a local but very friendly attitude, and want you to enjoy everything you order. Explore the menu and check them out. I made a pledge to work my way through the sandwich menu just because that sandwich was so damn good and I am excited about every single one that I check off that list. I always customize my order with substitutions and they are always willing to accommodate, and the two times I've had an issue, they have remade my order within a short period of time. I recommend their pizza slices, sandwiches, and wraps. The staff are always wonderful. The owners do a lot for the local community, they do days where they donate proceeds and provide free pizza for the local businesses. My company has also done hoagie catering with America's Pie and it's a great deal for great food.
