The timeframe was given 4 months for a large renovation and somehow finished on time as I was not expecting things to go as smoothly as they did. Barry was my project manager and was visiting numerous times a week to make sure everyone was on the job site and seeing if anything was needed. This gave me a piece of mind that someone was assisting me when I had questions. Definitely had a ton of them. Some items I ordered were delayed and defective, but the team was wonderful in not delaying anything and not having any excuses not to be working. I think the biggest part of my recommendation is that they are Efficient, Well-Organized, and the quality was something I am very pleased with. Timing was great, but I don't feel like any corners were cut during the renovation. The back office with Jenn & Brigid kept me posted on who was coming to the site, and what to expect for each week the house was rebuilt. The renovation was an extension, addition, and renovation of Kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Attached are few photos. Before, After, and Kitchen!!

After that became exhausting, against my will, I realized that I was unable to keep the roof that I thought I could not live without, forever. I had John Dominick Cusumano, Inc. rip my roof off and replace it with a new asphalt shingle roof. Dominick and Donna, their receptionist, were very helpful in selecting out a shingle that still gave the old-world charm of my Pennsylvania slate that was falling apart. Cusumano was able to put back my old copper snow guards & ridges on the new asphalt roof, giving the new roof the old look that I loved. They were also able to add a new copper valley and copper trim to a dormer and give the new copper that old tarnished green look to match the old existing copper. I was so happy with their work that shortly after, I had them build a walk-in closet for my wife. After they had finished, I realized that there were too many shelves for shoes and not enough for clothes. After conveying this to Dominick, he sent his workers back the following week and reconstructed the closet to my wife's liking. The owners, Dominick and his brother, John are two exceptional gentlemen. They run a professional business and are very nice with their customers. Donna, the receptionist, always kept me abreast of the scheduled work. All their workers are very polite and professional, and always clean up at the end of the day.
