they are one of the few very reliable contractors out there today. They have put in a handicap bathroom in my mothers house and also repaired her roof. At the time she thought she needed the whole roof replaced and Chris told her she only needed a repair which was thousands of dollars cheaper. In my house they've done two bathrooms , Vinyl siding,, and Windows. they do the job and finish the job on the exact dates they give you. They only asked for a small down payment and not a penny more until the job is finished and you are completely satisfied. they also clean up after themselves and their work is superior. We had our siding and windows project done by Apollo and are so pleased with the results! The house looks beautiful! Sia was our Project Manager and I felt very comfortable working with her. She was helpful and went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied with everything. She also stopped at our house at least once a day to be sure things were going smoothly and to help with any questions or concerns we may have had. We needed new siding on a brick house under a large bay window. We had 3 quotes. Apollo (Sia personally) came to measure, but also explained the process, (from weatherguarding, ensuring we had proper insulation). Same brought samples, so i could see exactly what the difference between the choice of siding was, and provided addresses to drive around and see it. The level of detail really explained what was needed. Another contractor gave us a quote, I then asked for samples, and he never called back. Sia looked at EVERY detail, made sure the employee who did the job re-measured prior to doing the work. The price was reasonable and fair. My husband was there and called me and said it X dollars more than the estimate. I LAUGHED. Sia had explained in the estimate that we may need wood panels to add to the underlying brick if there was any damage or signs of water damage. I am in my house 25 yrs and my "shingled" siding was loose and falling out for years. SO I ANTICIPATED. The care and concern that Sia showed from the start was so appreciated. the additional $250 was So well worth it. I KNOW OUR HOME IS protected and the best job was done. Walter and his team not only put vinyl siding on my entire house, but created a look that we are quite proud of. They offered suggestions on everything from architectural trim around the windows, entryway door and garage, with virtually no impact on the competitive pricing they gave me. They even offered a different treatment oh the gable, which really helped to enhance the look. Lighting suggestions were also a plus. A last minute change on the color of the downspout to match the color of the siding (instead of basic white) was a tremendous plus. These guys are meticulous with a penchant for details. Apollo Contracting turned our house into one of the most beautiful houses in the neighborhood. Since they re-sided our house over two months ago, I can't walk outside my house without someone stopping me to tell me how wonderful our house came out.
