I would not go to this tow company. They are very rude disrespectful they charge you extra money that you don't even that they don't even tell you about and they make you pick up your car even if you're 5000 miles away and you have a tow to pick it up and bring it to you home. They still make you come to get it towed for no reason at all they are very disrespectful and rude and I do not recommend anybody go to them at all. The vehicle was towed around 10:00 AM and I picked it up with another towing company at 2:30 PM the same day -- less than five hours later. They charged a total of $635.05 (and $657.28 with credit card fees), including: * Towing light duty: $155 * Loaded miles: $63 * Clean up & disposal (minor): $75 * Recovery/winching: $175 * After-hours release: $85 * Storage: $50 * Fuel surcharge: $6.54 For just a few hours, this is excessive and unreasonable. Very poor communication and no clear explanation of the charges. People, be very careful -- do not use this company. Find another service.

When one part on my car broke, instead of just repairing it and charging me, he took the time to call the dealership to see if there were any recalls. It turned out the part was covered under a recall, which ended up saving me several thousand dollars! Mike always takes the time to explain what's going on, never pressures you into unnecessary repairs, and wants to help. He cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Mike. He's kept my Honda running great for years, and I'm grateful to have found someone so dependable.
