He told me that due to the climate and moisture it wouldn't be a perfect job and that makes sense as it was snowing with cold temps. The crack was bullseye crack a little smaller than a dime and spread about 8 inches. The quoted price was very fair and much less than the big shops. I made sure to be home at the time being that I was coming from work and I sat in my car for 2 hours waiting for them and they never showed. 12:30 they still didn't come they are calling me trying to confirm my address when that information was communicated the day prior. I told them to forget it, I was going to do business with them because I was referred to them but the experience was so bitter that I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. A lady calls me back asking me if I'm sure I want to cancel I said yes because they don't respect me nor my time. I informed her I will fix my window elsewhere. She refused to take accountability then tells me "f you b*tch". I hung up. I never rose my voice at her, I never cursed at her.
