I was referred to this place by my friends listed below!…read more The name got me to start with. "Honest," yea right! Well, being from Vail Arizona and going to northern Tucson via I-10 to find an honest mechanic emblazoned my mind in very limited possibilities. Then, to drive up to a property on old La Cholla blvd not having quite reached the much improved part of town was another suspicious pre-conclusion. Even worse, half the lot was a used car sales lot and the other was Honest Auto Repair... However, I WAS WRONG WRONG WRONG. Then, the truth started growing: Clean office with a very helpful person at the front desk. Clearly informed me what the costs will be. Quickly took my vehicle to the unseen garage. Came back and told be the approximate time to repair. Listened to the outside calls to the office. Listened more than talked. (For the most part!) Family run business. Same owner for both businesses. Researched very high public ratings. (check it out yourself) Included a very nice surprise for active and retired military. Well now it's a WIN WIN WIN. Best surprise of it all? About 50% less cost than the alternatives! Thank you Gabby, Ted, John and Lucy for refering me!

Prices aren't low or high but they're fair. Schedule in advance with them because they have a lot of loyal customers that keep them busy.

We had been to another shop in a different town and was told we needed to replace our whole AC…read moresystem, which didn't sit right with us because we knew it wasn't the whole system. We have a 2008 Ford F250. We called integrity and explained to them what was going on and they got us right in, got our AC checked out, identified the problem quickly and had it fixed in about a day, even with a hard to find hose that (was the only thing) needed to be replaced. Communication was top tier, they provided status updates constantly. Customer service is awesome and the prices are fair! Highly recommend this place if you are needing any work on your vehicles. I took my Infiniti QX80 to Integrity Automotive & Diesel expecting an honest, evidence-based…read morediagnosis. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but that. They kept my vehicle for two days and charged me for a diagnostic. However, the report they provided states there were no active, pending, or history transmission codes, the technician could not duplicate the concern, and no issues were detected while monitoring live transmission data during the road test. The only documented finding was that a small sample of transmission fluid appeared dark and burnt. From there, the technician wrote that they believed it could be an internal transmission issue and recommended replacing the entire transmission. What is missing from the report is just as important as what is included. There is no documentation that the transmission had failed, no confirmation of internal damage, no evidence of metal shavings or clutch material, no hydraulic pressure testing, no testing confirming a failed torque converter, and no objective evidence supporting such a major repair recommendation. I later discovered that Integrity Automotive & Diesel does not have the manufacturer-specific diagnostic equipment needed to fully diagnose an Infiniti transmission. Had they been honest about that from the beginning, I would have taken my vehicle to a shop that could properly diagnose it instead of paying for an opinion. To make matters worse, this opinion was reported to Carfax, creating a record based on a diagnosis that was never confirmed through testing. Integrity is built on honesty, transparency, and evidence. Based on my experience, I did not receive those things. I expected a diagnosis supported by facts--not assumptions. I cannot recommend this shop.
