Patrick's is the second best burger I've ever had! I don't normally eat pickles and I was pleasently suprised when I discovered that the burger came with pickles and I still loved it. The onion rings and curly fries could do with some kind of signature seasoning. And it would help if there were napkins on the tables and fancier katchup bottles. Decent run of the mill greasy burgers, fries could be great if they consistently used fresh grease (sometimes they are overly greasy or old grease tasting), front counter people can sometimes be slightly rude, higher priced. No kids burger, so be prepared to pay for a full $5 burger with no side or drinks for kids. Not a horrible stop but won't be a regular for us. read more

This place Sucks! Food over priced, owner of establishment is very rude. They put only a teaspoon of chili on a chili cheese burger, on told me it be 1.75 for extra chili. For a chili cheese burger and fries was 8.00. the owner told me chili was to expensive and messy to be putting more than a spoonful on a burger. read more

I love Patrick's. We try to go here once a week. As mentioned, the staff is great, the service is quick, and the food is fantastic. Well, at least the burgers are... I've never tried anything else because their burgers are so good. Bring cash, or check, because they don't take credit or debit cards, but I think that helps keep the prices so low. You can get a double meat, double cheese burger, fries, and a LARGE soda for $6.50, or a single meat, etc for $5 even. Great value, fast service... you can't get better than this for a quick bite. Driven by many times but never stopped. Finally had a spare few minutes and a growing hunger. Place has a great atmosphere. Menu has a pretty extensive line up and prices are very reasonable. Really kind of what you expect as far as a local burger joint doing it right for a long time. Lots of young staff and a real feel of community. The burgers I ordered were not "wow" but good for a local haunt and prices work. I will definitely be back. Many great sounding item in the menu that I have to try. read more

If I could give a no star rating I would. Been to this particular business 3 times already. Every single time I've been here my order has been wrong. Steer clear of this place if you can. First time I came here was a couple months ago. Came here to dine in and sat down to wait for my order. As Im waiting for my order I first notice the customer before me was sitting down with their family eating and their order was messed up along with not having utensils to eat their food. Automatic red flag. Well our order comes out just to find out that our order was messed up too. But instead of complaining, since the other customers complained I decided to just let it be and continued on eating my food. They were busy that night as it was. The food is great. But doesn't justify orders being messed up. Fast forward a couple weeks. We come back here to order out food for the family to bring back home. I knew better. I should have checked my order before I left. We get back home to find out our order had been messed up now for the second time. I'm sure they could have been somewhat busy this day as well but being busy is no excuse to have several mishaps. We called them to let them know about the situation and we were told that they would fix the problem (order). Which they did. And we appreciated. We were told the same thing last time that we were told this time. (I'll get to that part next.). So one more time, fast forward another couple of weeks we come back to get food (today). Ordered a daily special and another burger and another side. To start off drink size was wrong. Okay it gets fixed. Order of food comes out. We receive the wrong side and wrong burger. They go to fix that. In the process we are told we got what we paid for. Obviously!! But it's not my fault the cashier entered it in wrong or didn't hear the order correctly. They repeated the order back to us which was correct however it was put wrong on their end. We are upset that the manager on duty came out and insulted us while explaining they needed more help due to some employees walking out on them. We made a comment about possibly getting more help and the response was if we wanted to work. That is insulting. We tried to support this place being that it's a small business. Not to mention coming back multiple times to give them opportunities to correct was has been wrong in the past. There is obviously something wrong in this establishment if you can't fix. There is a reason why you can't keep good help despite the fact the the food here is amazing. You try to have good customer service and it isn't working. Maybe I sound like I have a stick up where the suns doesn't shine but that is unacceptable how things have been handled here. I would say go to westside burgers instead. They are not that much farther up the road and about equally priced. The staff is much more friendly and they don't mess up your orders. Happy dining!! read more

Went here looking forward to a great burger. After placing our order, we waited at our table for our food to arrive. After seeing all the tables around us get their food, including 3 groups who ordered after us, we went up to find out where our order was. First they told us they thought they already made it. Then they told us they had a question about the order so had not started it. In 20 minutes of sitting there not one person had called out to the patrons saying they had a question on an order, no one came to the table, and no one stopped either my wife or I to ask whatever the question was. After asking for a refund on our order, the manager on duty aggressively retrieved the cash from the register and placed it on the counter. No apologies were given. Definitely a top 5 burger place in NWA. Cheap and consistently good. Only knock on them is the location...very hard to get in and out of the parking lot sometimes as it gets a little crowded for lunch. I deviated from the burger once and got the chicken sandwich...it was decent, but I'll definitely stick with the burger from now on. read more

At least 3 times a month we call in an order for the office. Absolutely love the burgers. Never had a bad experience. There are only two inconveniences (one my be personal because I am a typical woman who cannot drive, according to my 'lovely' boyfriend): 1 being the lack of a credit card machine (although there is an ATM available), and the smaller sized parking lot. The food and service make up for it, I believe. The servers are always so pleasant. At first, I loved this place b/c their burgers are super tasty. Fries are crinkle from a generic bag. The drinks are average priced but have so much ice that I didn't get my money's worth. Do NOT order the chicken fried steak dinner. The "steak" is terrible - the cheapie, nursing home cafeteria type. The employees are always kids who couldn't care less if we have the correct order or who gets which burger, etc. Wish they had some adults in there sometimes. That said, the actual hamburgers are what has kept Patrick's in business for so many years. The burgers are very good. BE SURE to take cash or a check. No debit cards accepted here! My husband and I called the restaurant at 740 on Wednesday night to place a quick pick up order. We live literally less than 5 minutes away so knew we could be there before 8 to pick up the food. No one would even answer the phone. My husband then drove up there and called me at 755 and said as soon as he pulled in to the parking lot the group of kids working inside turned everything off and locked doors. If you advertise that you are open until 8 then why aren't you? That is horrible service to provide to those who want to offer you their business. In a day and age where everybody uses debit cards, we already compromise by having cash when we eat at Patrick's because cash and check only accepted, but this is unacceptable. I have loved Patrick's hamburgers for a long time. But here lately the customer service has really gone down. Today was a new low. Came in at 1:00 pm. No one waiting in line. We walked up to the counter to place our order and two old ladies were behind the counter talking to a customer about old times. The person already had their to go order in hand. Very rude of all three of them. They never acknowledged our presence or offered to help us or to find someone to help us, nothing. We were invisible to them. After waiting 5 minutes a young man about 16 came up to the counter and took our order. We sat down. They did not bring our drinks. We waited about 15 minutes and a different student brought out the food. Both burgers were made wrong and still no drinks. I asked if we could have drinks while they made new burgers and he said yes and never returned. I finally found one of the old ladies and she begrudgingly brought us drinks( I think that was below her job description). We did eventually get our burgers and they were just sat on the table with no apologies at all. Obviously since they made a mistake we are now the bad customers! I wonder sometimes how these kids get hired? Zero customer service skills. read more

Patricks has gone way down hill over the years. Now i am honestly not a very picky person but I wont go there to eat anymore. When I was younger (I am 24 now) Patricks did used to have great burgers but that is sadly not the case anymore. We have kind of realized over the years that we think the wife took over and ever since the burgers have gone down hill. The patties are now so small and the bun and everything else on the burger is cold and the fries are always cold, soggy (because of the grease) and just not flavorful anymore. And to top it all off they refuse to get any kind of debit/credit card machine. Which can easily be done with even a simple smart phone now days, which I told the owner but she just shrugged and has yet to get one. So you have to pay the ATM $2 to take out a minimum $20 dollars just to pay. I believe that Patricks has now forgotten about the customer and is on interested in making maximum profit... But if you do that you also lose customers. So I now go to Westwood drive in which is literally walking distance right down the road. We havent been going to Westwood long but so far the burgers are great and they have the BEST fries! If your a fry person I definitely recommend! read more

I'm originally from Cali. Their is a famous burger place called In-N-Out Burger the best. When I had a Chesse Burger from Patrick's it taste just like a In-N-Out Birger minus the thousand island dressing. :) I love Patrick's fries. I will definitely be eating hear again yum :) read more
