So this is how it all went down... First and foremost, BEAUTIFUL AND BEST SERVICE HANDS down! I thought I was being troublesome when I pulled up 11 minutes late but Patrick was absolutely welcoming and went straight to it. They provided quick and easy service and I didn't wait long at all. I came in to see what was up with my check lights and I was willing to get repairs done the same day. He told me he didn't feel it was fair to fix whatever was on the list of problems I thought were present and charge me hundreds on the spot. He told me that he would reset the module and let me come in 2-3 days to see which lights pop up first and THEN he'll recommend some repairs. Incredibly fair pricing and he even lowered it for me as well! Patrick is so sweet, and really goes into detail about what he will do and what is expected. I really appreciate the fairness and consideration towards his clients. Honestly, the first few technicians I've ever been to always gave me the vibe that they were ripping me off because I was a female, Patrick hasn't given me a reason to doubt his service. I had a complicated brake problem with my Prius for over a year. I took it to the dealer and they couldn't find the problem. Instead they ripped me off by trying to do recall work for the wrong model year and added on diagnostic fees with no results. Then I took it to Carmax and they kept it 3 weeks and did nothing. They actually forgot about my car. I was a good mechanic 15 years ago. Cars have changed a lot since then and I knew I was in over my head with this problem. I have also found it hard to find a good, honest mechanic. So I just parked the car and gave up. But lately I decided I need to fix it. I checked Yelp and found Patrick's Auto Center. I sent him a message explaining the problem. He was 1st to respond in less than 10 mins. I took my car there and he solved the problem easily the very next day. The cost was very reasonable and well worth it. This guy is a genius! Very passionate about his work and I can tell he does his best to provide the best customer service he can. Even called me the next day to followup and make sure it's still working. Such a relief that the problem is fixed and such a relief that now I found an honest and skillful mechanic shop. My fist time coming here I had an appointment @8:00, the guy said to come early. I got there at 7:40 and there was a sign on the door that said be back shortly. I waited for 1 hr and some and got tired of waiting called the people right across from them to see if they had room for an oil change, and they got me in. So next time maybe call saying you will be gone for more than an hour. Wasted my time but thankfully the people in front helped me they were awesome!! read more

I called and asked how much a oil change would be on my car and was given an amazing price ! On top of that, the fact that they are even open on a Sunday is a huge bonus ! Patrick is hands down the best mechanic/owner ever and I'll tell you why! My car overheated on me and I had to rush it to a shop before more damage was done to the engine. Was pleasantly surprised by my experience here. Called two other shops before calling this one (neither of which even picked up the phone) and Patrick was the first to answer. He was able to provide me with multiple recommended towing services to get my car in to him as soon as possible. My car ended up needing a specialty piece from a dealership and he tried relentlessly to reach out to multiple dealerships to locate this piece. It was a pain in the ass all day but Patricks patience and effort did not falter. As someone who is inept on anything car-related, Patrick was able to thoroughly explain to me what was wrong with my car and what was being charged to me in order to make repairs. Patrick is by far one of the most trustworthy mechanics I've dealt with and was able to provide a very reasonable price for the repairs. My usual mechanic was busy today, so I came over here because I live a few blocks down and they had good reviews. My appointment was at 3:30pm, and I got there at 3:12pm. A guy told me to park and wait, so I did, and he came back at 3:22 pm and told me a couple of times I needed to get out and that he had a 4pm appointment coming in. It felt pretty rude considering I was early, not late. I felt so rushed I didn't even have time to put masks on my kids. After 3 minutes, I realized I forgot to ask him if he used generic oil or name brand oil, since my current mechanic does Honpda brand, but I know other places I have been to use generic. I went back to the car to look for him, which was in the service area, but didn't see him. He came out a couple of minutes and I asked him my question. He yelled that I shouldn't be in the service area and should have known to go to front to look for me. How would I have known? There's no sign posted not to he in service area, no one told me beforehand, and I assumed he was the mechanic who would be working on it. He could have told me that in a nice, professional manner, but instead was rude. To his credit, he asked me if I wanted to continue on with oil change, which I really didn't after that negative experience. I have been to many mechanics over the years, but have never had an experience close to that. read more
