I had been looking for a car for the past month and every dealer experience was frustrating beyond belief. This was different. I contacted them via email and we got close in price. I came in and they were very accommodating. We got the deal done quickly and without of any of the typical high pressure sales tactics one would expect. I left the dealership happy and found the car I wanted for the price I wanted. The entire staff went above and beyond to help me and I am very grateful of that. read more

my dad and i walked into the store in our gym clothes, and none of the salesmen blinked an eye. after 10 minutes walking around, still... no in. We have a 2015 bmw x5 and a nissan juke. we were thinking about trading in the juke the 2016 m3. i dont mean to brag but we got money, and i guess we just didnt dress "properly" for them to sell to us. Dont judge a book by its cover, you could have made a sale today. read more

We recently were in the market for a new car and we had the good fortune of purchasing a 2019 BMW X1 from Patrick BMW with the help of Terry Shoemaker-Salesman, Ferik Shuaipi-Sales Manager and Donna Gonzales- Business Manager. This extraordinary team of professionals were truly honest and dedicated in providing outstanding value and customer service. Prior to my decision, I had done some extensive research and shopped around multiple local dealerships with no success. My research identified Patrick BMW as having the best deal on the X1 and we made the 45 mile trip to Patrick BMW in Schaumburg, IL. The experience was well worth the drive! I went to Patrick BMW for the deal of a life time but it was Terry's professional demeanor and the team's attention to detail and exceptional service that made Patrick BMW worth the trip. As soon as we walked in we were treated as VIP's! Terry and his team patiently took the time to understand our needs, wants and made sure that we didn't rush into making a decision that we would regret. They wanted to insure that we were happy in purchasing the "perfect car" to meet our needs. They provided exceptional value with no hidden gimmicks. The experience was truly worth the drive! I am very excited about our X1, almost as much as my daughter. My compliments and gratitude to Terry and the team for their integrity, knowledge and honesty. After taking possession of the X1, I know that the team is just a phone call or text away if I have any questions. It is this incredible customer service that I would highly recommend Patrick BMW to my friends and colleagues who are in the market for an exceptional car. Thanks to them for being a team of trusted car advisors, exceeding my expectations and delivering on all their promises. Sincerely, Aneta Jackson read more

Probably the best car buying experience I've had. Felt with Perry Lerman. Zero pressure zero BS. Shoots straight. Everyone is laid back. Very good experience. Highly recommend Patrick BMW. Was well worth the 20 mile drive. And my Beemeer is beautiful. read more

I can go on and on about how wonderful Patrick BMW is ....but the below stats say it all.... - customer for over 15 years - 4 BMWs purchased - all purchased from sales Rep Angelo Tramuta With many options in the Chicagoland area, Angelo has strengthened my brand loyalty to both BMW and the Patrick dealership! His professionalism and ease to work with has made me a happy customer many times over! read more

I have never been more frustrated and exhausted from trying to get a new car. The sales team is terrible and my sales guy was so unprepared when I walked in. I spent 6 HOURS in his office and came out with NOTHING to show for it! Do not go to Patrick. You will be stuck with sales people who try to take advantage of you and your time. read more

From our initial contact by phone with Bibiana Reyes through the finalization of the paperwork with Donna we had an excellent experience. In particular, Bibiana Reyes provided concise but thorough answers to our product questions. She served as an efficient intermediary to finalize pricing and she made us feel welcome. read more

Josh was friendly and professional, the first thing is just the transparency of the information, being able to see what the prices are upfront--being able to see the estimate for hours and parts before any work has started and he explained everything that needed to be fixed before the technician started working on my vehicle, which they completed in a timely manner. He suggested further problems that should need attention but wasn't high pressure. Will definitely use this location again for any repairs I need. read more

Bought my BMW X5M and had the best experience i ever had with dealerships! I never post online reviews but i really had to share this experience! At first the wasn't deeply clean but when i asked for deep cleaning the car was already on the way for wash :D Terry was incredible, he work for that Patrick BMW for 26 years so obviously he knew what he was talking about, but not only that, for a sells guy he wasn't pushing the sell he was just being very nice and professional. He was very generous and open mind about doing business with me. Manager was pretty cool also. Idk what to say really go check it out yourself! Highly recommend this dealership and of course working with TERRY. Amazing experience i will definitely come back and buy my next car there! read more

This is the 2nd time I've leased a car at Patrick BMW and this review is specifically for Brian Parker. I had worked with other sales people here and other dealerships in the past and Brian is right at the top of customer service. He understood my needs and didn't waste any time getting me into a new car. I was unsure of what I wanted to go with but he helped me narrow down my choices, offered me a great deal on a 2018 320i and I took it, very happy. Keith the manager was also great to work with. It's always a great experience when the sales people you get treat you like a person and not a dollar sign. If you talk to people like people and not all salesy, you will go far. Thanks again Brian, I plan to be back in 3 years for the next one! read more

We purchased our third mini from Patrick Mini. Anna sold us our last two. She was excellent. Anna was thorough, patient and very easy to work with. With the help of Ivan and Anna we were able to come to a price point that we could all agree on. Anna patiently went over all the features of the car and the new dashboard. It is obvious that we have received A+ customer service at Patrick Mini and from Anna that keeps bringing us back. read more

In the past, I would never take my mini anywhere else for service. Now, they don't even pick up the service phone. I though maybe Auto Nation bought them out. Obviously a huge turn around in this department. Terrible service & response!! I called them to tow my car in & help out with blown spark plugs. I had to leave a message & no one even called me back. I was stranded. I had to call an independent repair shop & they handled the tow & repair. I tried calling yesterday to find out details of the scheduled maintenance my car is calling out, and no one answered their phone, twice. I was trying to give them a second chance. Too bad, used to be a great place to get your Mini serviced, not any more! read more

My experience from start to finish with Patrick MINI/BMW has been fantastic! From the start, they were incredibly friendly, helpful, professional and not pushy. I had a lease with another dealer that would be ending prior to when my 2022 MINI would have arrived. They (Ivan and Noe) went above and beyond to offer me a loaner, while expediting the arrival of my new car. Once my car arrived, the process was straightforward and Noe did a great job ensuring my questions were addressed and that I was comfortable and familiar with my new vehicle. The dealership service offerings are also extremely beneficial and accommodating. Best car dealership experience I've had and I look forward to continuing to work with Patrick! read more

My husband and I are very pleased with our new 2022 BMW Series 3 vehicle. But more so pleased with the customer service we were provided. Our client/sales advisor, Will Wells was amazing. He walked us through the process and was able to help us get a great deal on our trade in. We left the dealership happy. To top the cake, the car mats that came with our vehicle was not available the day we purchase the vehicle. Will drove the mats to our home the next day. I recommend Patrick BMW to anyone. But please ask for Will. He gets the job done. read more

This was my first time purchasing BMW brand. The minute I walked into the dealership, I was greeted with a smile & a warm welcome to Patrick BMW. From there I was introduced to Oscar Reyes, who made the entire purchasing process very simple. Throughout the process, Ferik Shuaipi, worked hand in hand with Oscar, listening to my wants, needs, etc. to ensure I got the perfect car at a payment that fit my budget. When I took delivery of my vehicle, Don Lyons took time to show me all the cool features of my car and set up/program all these features. He was so detailed and patient. The experience I had from start to finish at Patrick BMW was like none other. Seeing my name on the VIP Board, the BMW keychains and the beautiful flowers I received just amazed me. I cannot THANK Ferik, Oscar and Don enough. I plan to share my excellent experience with as many people as I can. read more

Brady sold me a BMW with an Owner's Choice to avoid taxes and said "it is exactly the same as a lease." Which I found out was untrue when I attempted to sublease. Upon coming in to BMW to discuss the situation, their solution was to recommend I take out a second mortgage instead of recognize the error of the salesperson. Secondly, he said that I didn't need a front license plate anymore because the law changed. Found out that was also a lie when I was pulled over. I understand it is technically "buyer beware" and to carefully read the 50 pages of documentation before making a decision, but instead I incorrectly assumed a level of trust. Shame on me. Upon turning in the car at Patrick, as soon as they found out I wouldn't be purchasing/leasing another BMW, they dinged me on minor, minor wear (the car was 11k miles under the contract limit!) and the employee was extremely brash with me. I had purchased a BMW prior to this from Motorwerks and received the quality of care and service expected from BMW. Patrick has ruined my perception of the dealership and BMW brand. I will never be purchasing a car from any Patrick dealership and certainly never a BMW again. read more

We made and an appointment to test drive a car and walked away later that day with a car we are very excited about. I can recommend Matt Kinsella if you are looking for a Mini and want someone to help you understand all the options without pressuring you for one car vs the other. All in all a great experience. The only downside is that they have more customers than staff in the evenings and so it was just a longer wait than ideal -- but let's count that for covid. We'll come back next time if we need a car! read more

Saw a good deal on the Patrick website on a 530, did an online trade in appraisal. Got a call the next day to set up an appointment. Went in that night and had a great experience at Patrick. Sal was a great salesman. Helpful, knowledgeable, and made the experience better than car buying usually is. There was a little hiccup with a computer error the next day, but the GM, Enzo, took care of me. Great experience at Patrick. Go see Sal! read more

This was an out of state deal. Fist of all they charge $300 for doc fee then an additional $534 for out state since they use a 3rd party to process. There were misc additional fees not out of the ordinary and it ended up well over 1K in doc fees. They made it miserable to use my own financing so I submitted in using theirs. I have an 837 credit score so they did get me a competitive rate HOWEVER they used the most corrupt company to finance with. TD Auto finance. We tried to reach out to Patrick a month after we bought the can since we didnt hear anything on making a payment. I called and left messages and emailed without response. I finally got 1 email and then nothing. No after the sale support! I refused to sign one of their documents while we were closing agreeing it was ok to sell my sales data. I later got a letter stating they had and if I wanted it removed I would need to call within 30 days. Needless to say I called immediately and that was impossible to get released from. Now for the car. They said it was in great shape and when I got there to inspect the car it had many scratches in the finish. It was clean but the paint was very disappointing. When we got the car home we found out it needed new ball joints and the tie rod ends were also shot. The only reason they got a 2 was I got a call from a very kind person there saying they had found an extra key. Stay AWAY if you are outstate! read more

Having had some not so great experiences in Chicago with BMW dealers I was actually considering another brand for my new car purchase (even though I loved my current BMW). Before pulling the trigger on the Lexus I thought I had convinced myself on I gave BMw one more shot and decided to go to Patrick and test drive. I am so glad I did! The whole team was friendly and no nonsense. Alan M my salesman was the best! Friendly, knowledgeable, and always checked in on us throughout the long process (I bought on the last day of the year and it was busy). Totally recommend Patrick BMW and especially Alan. Thanks for restoring my faith in BMW! read more

FIRST OF ALL THE ONLY WORD TO DESCRIBE THE SERVICE I RECEIVED AT PATRICK BMW IS ABSOLUTELY 100% OUTSTANDING!!!!!! Enzo the GSM went above and beyond to work with Basil in finance and Sal in sales to get me the car and the deal I wanted. They treated me like family when looking for my new car and kept it going throughout the entire process. I felt comfortable dealing with them. No pressure just complete honesty which I respect very much. Everyone of them worked in some capacity on their days off to help me. I am a little on the picky side and tend to repeat myself ,not once were they cross with me for being a pain in the ass. They did everything that was promised the numbers were the same when I got there to pick up the car actually the payment was around $2 cheaper for the lease. Enzo, Sal , and Basil should be put in a class by themselves. I have never had such a wonderful family like transaction in my life!! Thank you all for everything 3x I love my deal which makes me love my car even more. I will be a Patrick BMW customer for life as long as Enzo Sal and Basil are there. Thank you all again and who ever reads this go see them for a new or used car they are the best you won't be disappointed. Please take my word go see them. I would also like to mention Dan in finance thank you. read more

Was looking for a new car/new brand at the beginning of the year & after previously visiting 3 other area dealerships (Zeigler of Orland, Perillo of Chicago, and Laurel of Westmont) and having a difficult time coming to terms on a fair deal for a loaner/demo X4 M40i, I decided to give it one more shot by stopping into Patrick BMW on a recent Sat evening. Oscar Reyes was my salesman and while it initially appeared that we too wouldn't come to terms on the demo model I came in looking at, he and his sales manager, Ferik Shuaipi, made it clear that they were truly interested in earning my business and didn't want to see me walk (unlike the others). Suffice to say, we were able to work out a solid deal on a brand new 2020 model fully-loaded with an upgraded rim package, plus all-weather mats. Even better is I didn't have to do a significant amount of haggling and didn't feel any of the classic pressure tactics. Also important to note is how awesome Oscar was in clearly demonstrating a strong knowledge of the vehicle/BMW brand. None of the other salesmen I worked with took the time to demonstrate every single feature on the car from exterior to interior, including making the most of our limited test drive. Finally, props to Elmir (the "BMW Genius") for getting me all set up on the tech end before I pulled off the lot! I'm very pleased with my overall experience at Patrick, and loving my new ride!!! Truly the ultimate driving machine!! read more

My story goes like this... I have been in the house for three weeks now, experiencing severe cabin fever symptoms, so I started searching for a new car. I found a bunch within 3 hours but really didn't like the idea of hitting the road under the current circumstances (COVID-19). I found a cool car with low miles and just about everything else I wanted, locally, at Patrick BMW in Schaumburg. Given the circumstances, the process was amazingly fast and easy. Within minutes on my arrival the car sanitized and prepped for a test drive. The whole process took a couple hours and Brian Appelhans was fantastic! I recently purchased a used 2013 VW Beetle "Fender Edition" from Terry Shoemaker at Patrick BMW. This was my first time ever at the dealership and Terry was wonderful to work with--kind, patient, understanding, and fair. No high pressure sales tactics or jive. The dealership was very well maintained and the receptionist was very kind and responsive upon my arrival. There was only one person working in the finance department the day I purchased which resulted in a hour and a half wait. The person working in finance was efficient and no pressure. My only gripe and misgiving was the rate I was offered to finance the vehicle--it was high for the FICO credit score I have (832) and the finance guy tried to tell me the "new high score" for these credit scores are now 950...yeah, no. Knowing I could easily refinance at HALF THE RATE Patrick BMW gave me--did they even try to look for a better rate for me? (didn't feel like it)--I made the deal anyways and have been happy with my purchase...and new refinanced rate of 2.85% instead of 5.99%. Terry Shoemaker called me a week later to check in and make sure I was still happy and that the car was working out for me. If you want a relaxed sales experience that flows at YOUR PACE--do yourself a favor when you are at Patrick BMW, ask for Terry Shoemaker! read more

Beyond rude. Horrible salesman. Didn't explain one thing about the car. He told us we were looking out of our league when he showed us a car out of our budget.
