Purchased 330e. Ron is an excellent sales person. He responds very quickly to my text.

Always excellent service. The staff is very friendly and professional. Josh is my go to advisor. He reflects the quality and commitment that is expected from BMW. read more

Update: called in yesterday to speak with advisor Matt, because I wanted to make sure why and what exactly needed to fix. Before I had another dealership look at my vehicle. So I spoke to him, he said , "that I needed to replace my cylinder head. Because the connector that attaches the hose (which was replace) to the cylinder head is damage." So while I'm listening to him, I'm just wondering why would I need to change my cylinder head if it never over heated, nor there wasn't any smoke from the radiator nor it wasn't driven while I notice the coolant pouring out underneath my vehicle. That's when I realized this man really takes me for a fool! I know when a vehicle is overheating. unless my vehicle overheated while it was in their possession when it was being "fix". So he continued to tell me that the connector is the problem since it looked like it was scrape. Now I'm wondering how that happen. Unless it was intentional. Fast forwarded had another mechanic looked at my vehicle he did confirm that it was the connector that was damage, but no reason to replace my cylinder head unless I wanted to spend over thousands of dollars in parts and labor fees. Well I'm glad I didn't return to Schaumburg to fix this issue. Of course you won't find me under (hector), because that's my spouse name. But I definitely have receipts from all the times my vehicle has been there. Do I believe that you would resolve my problem, at this point no. read more

I live in Chicago and instead of waisting my time at Perillo BMW, I went out of my way to Schaumburg to Patrick BMW. I have nothing but good things to say about their Service department. Everyone is very professional and courteous. All the service techs are very knowledgeable and respect the customer enough to provide them with a pleasant experience. My first trip was to get an annual oil change and diagnostics to make sure everything was okay. The service tech said he will take a look and call me in about an hour and a half to give me an update and provided me with a shuttle service. In exactly an hour and a half he called me telling me that my car is ready for pickup and sent the shuttle for me. As I arrived, my car had been washed and vacuumed, plus he saw that my steering wheel was peeling along with the buttons being worn, he had a brand new one put in. Awesome service! The second trip was for a check engine light along with a TPM sensor that was on. Timo the service tech was very professional and told me he will be in touch with me as soon as he finds out what needed work. Timo calls me back telling me that there was alot of work needed and that he will need to keep the car for a day and provided me with a loaner. Timo promptly calls me the next day explaining the details step by step and my car was ready by that afternoon. Came in picked it up no hassle and the car is running like a champ. Thank you to the guys in the service department at Patrick BMW for the great experience and I won't mind the long commute for such great service. read more

The service center is incredible, and is staffed with very knowledgeable and courtious professionals (TIMO, for instance). I have a 5 series and the I trust no one with it but Patrick BMW. I highly recommend this business for its professionalism, courtesy, well trained staff, and honesty(most important to me). My next vehicle will come from Patrick BMW. Keep up the outstanding work, guys. Stan read more

The team at Patrick were great to work with on the purchase of our X3 M40i, which we love by the way. The team handled Covid social distancing measures well and we saw no delay in managing paperwork. A special shout out and thank you to Gary Khaytin, Sales, and Tim Byrnes, Finance. All in all, from trade to purchase to transfer of plates, seamless transactions and no pressure sales. We can recommend Patrick BMW. read more

A great place to shop a car. Bibiana Reyes was very helpful and and accommodating. she is awesome and not pushy, she helped us with everything and made sure that we're happy with the deal that we had with a very reasonable price. Ordered my 440i xdrive through Angelo. Had a great experience from start to finish. Very professional, responsive, kept me informed while the car was on order, delightful and expedient when I picked it up. Finance manager was helpful and efficient. I was really pleased with my visit to the service department here. My service advisor, Fred, was friendly and very helpful with answering my questions and ensuring that the process went smoothly from start to finish. Picking my car up was also a breeze thanks to the highly efficient porters and cashiers. Of course, the most important part was that the technician who worked on my car got the job done perfectly and sooner than expected. A first rate experience across the board! read more

Last week I had the best experience buying a car from Patrick BMW. I drove 15 hours from North Dakota to picked up my vehicle, I don't regretted it a bit, and I will do it again. The knowledgeable salesman, Don Lyons, made things easy, got me what I needed and then turned me over to Zain Merchant in Finance, who did the same. The whole staff was super friendly, very helpful, kind and professional. Smooth sailing all the way. They say a good deal is a deal you feel good about and I'm feeling Great about my BMW X6M-Competition and the buying experience was fantastic. Thank you Don Lyons, Zain Merchant & Patrick BMW of Schaumburg Illinois. I will highly recommend. read more

Well it's been quite a few months since my car, 750i was stolen from this dealership after I simply turned it in for tire work, again the car was stolen with a key so the job was done most likely by an employee, either way the dealership was well aware of the theft and the damage incurred, well here's where everybody needs to be very careful, they tried to bully me into settling for repairs that THEY said the car needed without ever allowing me to have a second opinion. I could tell something was very suspect by the way they not only pushed hard for the settlement but had a very rude lawyer call and try to bully me into getting tires and body work only. I decided to take the car to another dealership for review only to find out there were several other things wrong with my $103,000 car. The rims were bent, interior damage, and other repairs that were not minor. To this very day they have done nothing to correct the situation. Nothing, not one repair. They tried to get me to sign an agreement stating not to talk about it and they would fix 4 tires and some body damage and then I'd never be able to hold them liable for anything else. Luckily I did not sign this because if I had I would be out thousands. I had to make the repairs myself and I'm now forced to send this to my lawyer for litigation. It's amazing how a dealership can do everything in its power to avoid responsibility for their negligence. They were well aware of the repairs needed and tried to avoid over half of the repairs in their offer, yes offer to fix their grievous error. Remember MY CAR WAS STOLEN FROM THEIR SERVICE CENTER WITH A KEY!!! Trust is major when purchasing a car. Handling a mistake is even more important. If you have any common sense and value your investment like I do, DO NOT use this dealership for anything. Their are many other dealerships that can assist and will not lose your car, return it damaged beyond belief, while trying to avoid responsibility like bad children. All BMW dealers are not the same and these folks have zero scruples. Now it's going to court. read more

Very good overall experience with Patrick BMW sales. Cannot speak to the service dept. as of yet. Factory ordered beautiful 2021 X3 with the M design , executive package, and many upgrades. While there were a few minor hiccups along the way, they probably were as much due to the fact that we chose to do the process from beginning to the end online and over the phone due to the Covid, with a family member's medical issues, than any major problems with the dealership. My product specialist Michale Wilson, especially, was great. He was very helpful, and very willing to do what was necessary along the way to make sure my wife and I were happy with our purchase. He eventually took care of all minor issues that arose. Would definitely recommend Mike. As well as others in internet sales , Omar , and in finance Tim , were helpful in completing the sale. Received a very good quote compared to the other 4 dealerships we contacted. Told 4 to 6 weeks from order date in late Nov. and vehicle arrived in 3 weeks in early Dec. Awesome. As stated earlier, due to the Covid, and a family member's medical issues, Mike was more than willing to drive an hour or more to our home and the same back to bring us our new vehicle. Along with all paperwork to sign, and take our trade in back with him. So, overall very good experience and from what we can tell a good price. read more

I was treated very kindly and professionally. I was always kept up to date with the repair work. I have always had great service at Patrick BMW. My car is now fixed. Thieves. This word describes their whole service department when your warranty runs out....

Had a great experience buying a 2018 440i Convertible. Matt Castle, sales advisor, was great to work with along with the rest of the staff. Was able to get a great deal on the new car along with my trade. They say there is no such thing as a free lunch, I did get an actual free lunch. The dealership has a monthly cookout for employees at lunch time and it just so happened I was there buying my car on that day. Was invited to partake. I have dealt with Patrick BMW in the past with either purchasing or have my cars serviced. It has alway been a pleasure. read more

My boyfriend and I came into the dealership looking for a specific car. Unfortunately the car we wanted was just sold that morning. That wasn't the problem. The problem was that the car salesman bypass me and introduce himself to my boyfriend. Completely rude considering I was the one buying the car with the money. So is that how you treat your clients? My guy knew right away I wasn't going to buy a car and said it was completely rude. I would never buy from a place where I was disrespected. We end up leaving and buying a BMW down the street at Mercedes-Benz. My second car was going to be a X4. Turned off I will never step foot in here again. Never judge a book by its cover. read more

Awesome place to buy a "BMW" from beginning to end 'no hassle to make you buy' but they definitely will go out their way to make you a happy buyer " Mike Wilson was very experience and totally went out his way to make sure I was happy on my purchase. Used to be 4 to 5 stars. We recently had bad service experiences. It starts with the calls and being passed around with no customer.sevice skills. Changes to how you pick up your car without being notified. Service rep hasn't called. The manager wouldn't come talk with a customer because he was in internal meeting how is there no manager available for a customer only the lady at the desk. After multiple poor experiences, we can not go back. I tried another dealer. First time, I ever got offered a car and an immediate ride to my location. I don't know what happened after 5 years of good service, this change in service is awful and turns me off from even considering a purchase. Not sure why things changed. read more

A big thanks to Terry Shoemaker who made my car shopping experience with Patrick BMW an extremely pleasant one! Great service! Made buying a BMW smooth and painless. I highly recommond this dealer and go see Gary Davis in sales!

Terry Shoemaker is a season and personal sales professional! Terry made the purchase experience drama free. He was very fair and willing to negotiate on my behalf. I bought my third BMW at Patrick this week. My salesperson, Gary Davis, was extremely helpful to me as we looked at models and options. And my service advisor, Matt Page, was kind to come and congratulate me on my purchase and to schedule an appointment for necessary work a few days later. The quality of my experience with the staff at Patrick BMW over the past 17 years is one of the key factors in my returning to Patrick BMW for purchases and service. read more

We just bought our third BMW (X4) from Patrick BMW in Schaumburg. Our fourth BMW overall. This is the BMW "place to go" if you're in the market for one. When you are there, ask for Gary Davis in Sales. This guy has been in the business and knows how to treat people, and treat them fairly. Long ago, we went to Fields BMW once - will never make that mistake again. We tried Perillo once (downtown) and we got our first BMW from them (i3) - and found out later that we got taken a little from them - not as badly as Fields would have done, but enough that we didn't go back. Then we found Patrick. They follow-through, they gave us more than we wanted/asked for our trade-in, and what you get from Patrick with a new vehicle (full maint & service for several years after purchase, etc) - it just can't be matched. And while Genesis and Ford (with the Mach E) and Audi and Tesla, etc etc etc, are all talking about "hey, order a car custom-built from our factory, and it'll get here in about 8 months..." we custom built this X4 to our specs on Nov 24, and it arrived here 3 weeks later on Dec 13. And, it is still a BMW -- so, a better vehicle than any of the others we looked at anyway. You can't go wrong with the folks at Patrick. If you don't give them a look before buying, then you've already lost... read more

We recently had a very positive experience purchasing a new car at Patrick BMW. Our sales advisor, Gary Davis, brought his decades of experience with Patrick BMW to the table and helped make the process quick and painless. From taking the time to answer the hundreds of questions we had, to providing side by side comparisons in vehicle models and trims, to finding and applying rebates, to maximize savings, to coordinating appointments with a BMW genius - he did it all, and with a genuine personality to boot, we never felt pressured or that we were dealing with a typical car salesman as we all know and dread. If you're in the market for a BMW, go to Patrick and ask for Gary Davis! read more

I didn't buy any car from them but I have been bringing my BMW to them for service. I had very good experience about their service. Although sometimes, I got issues (e.g. dirty seats after the service - I got very light color interior), they went beyond to fix the issues. Most service people were friendly and helpful. I received several valuable service discount coupons from them too. When a loaner was not available during the week, I would bring my car in early Sat morning to get a loaner because it's on a first come first service basis. I got a 335i convertible at one time too! read more

Caveat emptor. TL;DR - If you are trying to communicate with this dealer don't expect to successfully use email to do so. Doesn't appear to be able to read and/or follow directions. Won't answer questions via email, leaving the impression they have something to hide or can't be bothered to take you seriously unless they have you 'in the box.' Interested in a used listing which was not their primary marque. Emailed via their site to confirm availability and ask questions to determine if a visit was merited (long distance trip for us). Received automated reply (Sunday) and a follow up the next morning indicating they needed to check status and pricing. A day passed. 3rd party site notified us of a price change on the listing. Another half day passed. We started scheduling other appointments. Giving them benefit of the doubt (end of month, not a higher dollar sale, model they weren't familiar with) contacted their team via chat which was a pleasant experience, confirmed car was available but had to have a sales person contact us separately to answer questions. Indicated we preferred email due to schedules / availability and would appreciate answers to our previous questions. 15 minutes later they place a phone call we can't take. Left a vm asking us to call back, didn't answer questions. Called again later, same thing. And again. Finally received an email follow up, which...didn't answer our questions. Replied asking our questions again in case they had misplaced them, provided alternate daytime phone number...which they didn't call...or answer the email but did manage to call the other number after hours finally but we weren't able to take the call. Located another car which met our needs. Sent an email follow up letting them know we had found something. Received phone call and email asking if we were still interested in their listing... read more

The service consultants are thieves. We have had average quality service from Patrick BMW for the past two years but they crossed the line on our last visit. My wife and I always suspected them of taking advantage of us since we aren't car experts but our latest (and final) visit proved our hunch correct. They charged us $605 for a 50,000 mile inspection plus another $250 for miscellaneous charges such as replacing a spark plug and filling the windshield washer fluid. No repairs were done and our total bill was $860! For an inspection!! Chris Simon and the other crooks that work as service consultants will never make another penny from us. Please don't make the same mistake as us and service your vehicle at Patrick BMW! read more

Did you notice how only the manager comments on 5 star reviews? He really should be focused on the low reviews and how to make things better. This review is for my service this past weekend. I do NOT recommend this place at all if you would like for your vehicle to not be intentionally sabotaged so they could charge you for extra services. I brought my car in for a simple oil change, which the service rep (Andrew Malone) said it would take 40 minutes. We arrived at 8:15am and did not get out until 11am and did not even get the car washed.... He reset the brake wear sensor when it did not need to be. Nothing was wrong before I came in. He wanted to charge us about $600 to replace the brake pads and sensors. When we got the car back, the sensors lights came on and I stated I never asked for them to be reset. He kept on arguing with me, insisting that I did, and that he didn't know why we were complaining since he did that "FREE, GRATIS", and he used 3 other words in different languages that meant Free. A very unprofessional and b*tchy way of talking to a long time patron. I contacted their manager Brad Smith who forwarded my complaint to Andrew Malone, the service rep; and he replied back with this long message never once apologizing or even suggesting that they could something to help. It was just really defending his @ss. My reply to him and Patrick BMW was this below: "Thanks for the reply Andrew. This seems to be an accurate description of the work that was performed. However, the problem is and remains that the car arrived without any brake failure lights showing. Following your service, it now has additional work that needs to be performed. I am very knowledgeable of cars. I know the actions that trigger the brake wear sensor. The issue that I have is that the wear sensor was Not triggered until you had performed service; indicating that you either grounded it during the service or Intentionally triggered it otherwise. In either case, I'm very disappointed in both the service and response below. At no point was an apology provided or was there any acknowledgment that this was a problem. This is very upsetting that you had a hand in intentionally causing damage to my vehicle, to trigger the brake sensor, just so you could sell me your overpriced brake pads and new sensors." Needless to say; they never responded. Not even a reply from Andrew or the manager. I have already reported this incident to the BBB and may pursue legal action them. Thankfully, I replaced and fixed the brake sensors and replaced the pads myself and all for $50 bucks with OEM parts; as apposed to them attempting to charge $600 and intentionally triggering the sensor. VERY DISHONEST GROUP. DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR AND DO NOT WANT TO HAVE YOUR CAR TAMPERED WITH TO GET MORE $$$ SERVICE. My trust and confidence in Patrick BMW has been severed. Buyer beware! read more

I was completely deceived by my sales person. Shame on me for not trying to pair my car to the bluetooth that day. But I was led to believe the car had options it didn't. For Example the Blue-Tooth connection. In today's world where the city won't let you drive a car without hands free. the least the dealer could do is differentiate for you when a car appears equipped for bluetooth and isn't. So a month after purchasing I'm as dissappointed as a human can be. Admittedly its still a BMW and a nice car but WAYYYYYY over priced for what I got and honest I needed a lack of clarity/honesty to get me into this predicament. Stay away and buy a VW from Steve Wozniack at Fletcher Jones. He doesn't sell BMWs but he's honest and direct. read more

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR REAL PHONE NUMBER IF YOU ARE JUST LOOKING. I took ONE test drive a month ago and they have called me over 10 times and left 10+ voice mails - sometimes I have received multiple calls per day! I have told them to stop in writing AND verbally, but they do not stop. I have been out of the country and charged $1 per minute for these idiotic voice mails. And - geniuses, If I was "still in the market for a BMW" I would GO IN AND BUY A BMW. On what planet does calling me repeatedly somehow make me want to buy a car from you? In fact, I will never buy a car from them at this point with this asinine sales behavior you have been engaged in. No other BMW dealer does this. I was at all of them in Chicagoland.
