Had a garage door that was starting to be mis-aljgned due to temperature expansion and I called Patrick on my speed dial and he gave me his availability to come out to take a look at what the issue was. I fwded him pics and video of the issue initially. He came out on time as promised and quickly diagnosed the issue and offered several options for what he observed. He even suggested that I do some exterior work trim through my HOA so as to save a little bit of money. I trust Patrick completely bc he doesn't try to do an upsell, and he lives by his value of treating others as you'd want to be treated. The quote was quite reasonable. First proposal had a wrong date and very unspecific about the work to be done. Never redid a new proposal after numerous requests. Very reasonable, and very quick to schedule an appointment. Patrick arrived on time and replaced our old opener in less than 90 minutes. HIGHLY recommend Patrick and Son! Called them at 8am the day after Labor Day and he was at my place in just over an hour. Within 90 minutes, he replaced the spring and coils on my garage door and I was back in business. He had all the parts with him; no extra trips. Spoke to the owner Patrick via Yelp yesterday. I was given a fair quote and we scheduled an appointment for this morning at 7am. Patrick informed me he would even try to get here sooner. I still haven't heard anything back. I am incredibly disappointed by this service, especially since I had to use sick time to schedule the appointment. We found Patrick and Son through Amazon, and we are so glad we did!! I think the guy that came was Patrick, but regardless, he was fantastic!! He called and texted that he would be at our house by 2. He then arrived early (which I love) and got the whole job done in about an hour and a half. My husband, who is usually a stickler for services and people, was very impressed with the thoroughness of the job. He (Patrick?) checked everything, even noticing and then tightening the springs on our garage door. When my husband came out with our baby, he told my husband to take the baby inside because he would be spraying something and it might be too strong for the baby.
