I really enjoy working with Four Seasons Garage Doors. I've used them to replace my garage door opener and the door itself. They'd reached out to me offering a maintenance deal to come and do a tune up. It had been a couple of years since my last service so I made an appointment. Their customer service team is great about scheduling around my availability, then sending confirmations about my appointment. Nino, my technician today, called when he was half an hour away to let me know he was on the way. After doing the maintenance, he found a couple of issues that were due to wear and tear and could become problems in the not too distant future, so we were able to get those done today instead of waiting until I find myself stuck in the garage unable to get out. I appreciated how well Nino explained my options and went out of his way to make sure that I felt comfortable with the work being done. I can't say enough nice things about Nino. I've never had a bad experience with Four Seasons Garage Doors, but I feel confident that if I did, they're the kind of company that would go the extra mile to make it right. I highly recommend them! read more

Sitting in my sunroom, I heard a loud, banging, metallic sound and thought someone had crashed into my garage door. I checked everything out, but couldn't find the source of the noise. The next morning, when I tried to open my garage door, it would only open a few inches. Then I realized that one of the springs had snapped. So I called Four Seasons. 8:15 AM Someone answered right away, and although it was a terrible connection, the guy was very patient with me. Once he found out that my car was stuck in the garage, he put me on the schedule for a 10-2 appointment. 10:50 AM I received an email stating that Nick P. was on his way. There was also a photo of him, so I would know who to expect upon arrival. 10:57 Nick called to say he was about 45 minutes away from my house. 11:37 Nick arrived at my house. He was professional, thoroughly explained my options, showed me pics and costs on his tablet, then promptly replaced the springs. The cost was very reasonable, in my opinion. He was finished by 12:30. When I read some of the recent reviews, I was initially a little worried. But then I saw that a couple of the Yelp reviewers only did one review (which was the Four Seasons one), and I assume they are probably from competing businesses. My experience with this company is that they are top-notch, and I would definitely use their services again (although hopefully I won't have to for a long time) read more

Quick, reasonable price, great service! I had zero problems in dealing with them. Made appointment on time finished quickley. read more

Three months after MJ installed our garage door springs, one of our door cables failed on a Sunday afternoon and I couldn't close the door. I contacted Four Seasons. They said that they couldn't come out until the next day to address the problem. I told them that I couldn't leave our garage door open all night. I also told them that I wouldn't trust them to work on our door again, so I had to hire another garage door company to install new cables and install new springs (the springs that MJ installed were the wrong size and caused the cables to fail). I contacted Four Seasons and spoke with Abilash ( a manager). He said that Four Seasons will not take responsibility for this issue because I didn't wait for them to inspect the door. There is nothing I can do now other than advise anyone who has new springs installed (I wouldn't hire Four Seasons to do this work) to make sure they install the right size. Every newer garage door should have a tag attached to the door that specifies the correct spring size for the door. Make sure that you review this with the installer before he installs the new springs. read more

Yesterday evening when my garage coiled spring decided to LET LOOSE as while closing the garage door. The scary thing about it, I was approximately 3 feet away as it propelled and HIT my truck versus striking me in the HEAD. I called FSGD and got an appointment scheduled for the next morning (less than 12 hours later) and it was Tech Michael C. that responded!!! Very PROFESSIONAL and KNOWLEDGABLE. Most importantly a PEOPLES PERSON. Needless to say Michael discuss all my options and BAMM. . . just that simple as I will be getting an entirely new garage door and accessories replacing the 22+ year stuff I had on there. Lastly, Michael helped me get my truck out of the garage which I could not do last night!!!! I will request for Michael if I ever need garage door repair service. He almost talked me into getting a NEW garage door opener even though mine is only 6 years old!!! LOL. One HAPPY CAMPER!!! read more

So I called today to see if I could get my garage door repaired. Service man came out, walked up and looked at it took a picture of it took a picture of the button and told me there was nothing that could be done that I needed to spend $650 or $895 for a new one. He charged me 125 for five minutes work and two pictures that he took to me. He did nothing that he couldn't have done over the telephone. I am very disappointed. I think that that least he could've got his ladder out and looked a little closer and seeing if he could've done something to try to help I would not recommend this company ever really need to focus on Customer Service. read more

Competent technicians and easy to work with. One of the panels arrive damaged and their technician immediately brought it to our attention and ordered a replacement on the spot. We have gotten so many compliments on our new door. read more

Four Seasons Garage Doors - Garage Door Services Near Me - Roselle, Illinois

We had an appointment between 1-4pm and they called FIVE MINUTES before 1pm to tell us we live too far. I understand we're out of their range, but they should have known that when I called or at least told me this morning so I didn't have to take a half day off work for NO ONE TO SHOW UP. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

We couldn't be happier with our new garage doors! They look fantastic and really updated our home! We were going to get doors without windows, however, Kip suggested that windows are nice to have, so we added windows. Best decision ever! We would never order garage doors without windows again. The installers were very friendly as well. I would recommend Four Seasons Garage Doors to everyone! Thank you for your great service! read more

Broken spring on the garage door. Called at 5PM on Friday night and fixed before 8PM. Great Service, Great Service Tech (Sal I.), Great communication. Fair price. Would highly reccomend. read more

They're very responsive when you call and very nice. They are very professional and do good work. But they are really expensive and I get the feeling they try to upsell. I had some work done without calling other companies and learned after that the company charges quite a bit more than competitors. They are 24/7, back their work, blah blah. As with anything shop around before committing to one company. Don't always trust google reviews. read more

Had the need for a garage door and opener repair. After negative responses and dealing with rude people over the phone, happened upon Chris and Salvador: Technicians with "Four Seasons Garage Doors." These men were prompt to arrive, quick at sizing up the problem and repairing the door. They were very polite and easy to talk to, not making you feel like you were hindering their work. These men were very honest and hard working individuals. Before accepting payment, they walk you through their work and make sure you are completely satisfied. I give this company 5++ rating. Highly recommend them for your garage door needs. read more

Black smudge marks were left all over the white garage door when the service was completed. Called, left a message, no response. Will not use this company again. read more

The seals on my garage door froze and stuck to the ground - as a result, they were ripped right out when I opened the garage doors. Called them up and they were extremely responsive. Provided me a quote which I felt was reasonable and we set an appointment for the very next day. The guy they sent down was efficient, quick and most of all, really friendly. When the repairs were complete, he also cleaned everything up which was really pleasing. Guess I've found my go-to folks for my future garage door needs! read more

Received about four quotes for new garage door and opener. Four Seasons by far was the most helpful, and took their time to answer all my questions to allow us to make the best choice of doors and openers for us. Very timely with returning emails and/or phone calls. Work was completed and the door looks beautiful, friendly and cleaned up when completed. So far we are very happy with everything that was done. Highly recommend! read more

Chris came out the same day I contacted four seasons. He was thorough, gave me a fair estimate (which it wound up being cheaper because he was able to repair some things without replacing) He did a great job, was very professional and gave me some good things to consider going forward as far as maintenance and future replacement costs. Highly recommend them! read more

Hello wanted to thank Alex for setting up an estimate for my garage door broken spring repair. I was not expecting to get a same day appointment but I did regardless of the three hour window. I did not have to wait the three hours in fact, the technician came out ahead of time. A special thank you to tech Sal Ibarra for his professionalism, knowledge and efficiency in getting it replaced. He knew right away what was needed and had the supplies on hand. My garage door was working within 30 minutes. Exceptional job and service that Four Seasons provided on the same day. read more

Scheduled two estimates and they missed both of the three hour windows they set for themselves. Complete waste of time.

Four Seasons did an excellent job. The workman showed up with a mask and arrived on time. The repair price was very fair compared to some of the run around I had gotten on the phone earlier in the day. The repair was a very simple one but the technician explained everything very thoroughly, fine tuned the opener itself and lubed all the springs and runners. Very good. 3 year warranty on parts and 1 year on labor. I would use them again. read more

Called about service with very specific questions. Tim answered my questions, was patient and quoted me reasonable prices. When Chris came to my house he was so pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. He explained why I needed what, the options, and the pros and cons of everything. Fast and excellent service! In the end the prices were still reasonable and I'm so happy I chose them! So satisfied with what was fixed and able to plan for the future replacement. Thanks, Chris! read more

Garages unlimited, you've been a huge time saver for us! Our garage door motor or something Broke down!! We had called in a couple of other companies as well some of which never showed up!! Some which did ended up giving us a unrealistic quote for a single car door garage motor replacement!! We did our research about various costs of the motor and then called these guys up! They showed up within an hour and gave us a very reasonable quote. We are not handy people when it comes to house works so we had to trust them and I am glad we did. 6 months plus and we have had no issues ever! They even cleared up any mess the work made. Thank you. read more

My most sincere thanks to Amine R for his prompt, professional, and courteous service fixing my garage door. His knowledge and honesty about the condition of my garage door was very much appreciated. He didn't over price or do any "sell ups" for unnecessary repair work. Only what I needed done and then some. The result? I am one happy customer thanks to Amine and Four Seasons Garage Doors. If I ever need service on my garage door and it's components I know I can count on Amine and your company. Thank you very much. GB. read more

I appreciate that the technician wore a mask and socially distanced the entire time. He did try to upsell me though. He said I needed about $700 worth of work to fix my all of my issues. A few weeks later I got a second opinion and the other company said I only needed a gear for $150. read more

This is the second time I've had them come out now. Two different addresses they've serviced for me now, and they make things so straight forward and easy. Chris has helped me both times as well! Even had a follow up visit before on my first project, and it was simple and no charge with them backing up their work. I highly recommend them. read more

Replaced door opener: Last week our garage door had problems opening and Amin came to the rescue! He arrived on time, was very courteous, professional and clearly knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and explained all our options clearly making sure he answered all our questions. We chose the option to replace our very old door opener and we are very happy with our choice. Amin did a fantastic job and cleaned everything up! Such a pleasure to work with him, he genuinely cares about his work and his customers. The entire process went smoothly. We are very pleased with the excellent service provided read more

Our garage door bracket snapped. The one that connects the door to the drive. I called Garages Unlimited because they had a good deal on yelp and some pretty good reviews. I spoke to Tim and explained what had happened. He was very nice and quoted me a price over the phone. He was able to set up a time frame for the next day. The guy that came was on time, quick, and professional. He replaced the bracket with a much more sturdier one, and honored the price quoted on the phone. He did notice some rusted rollers and brought it to my attention, but I decided to leave those for another day. Overall I had a good experience and will most likely call them again if I have any other issues with my door. read more

After the first company I called came out and told me they weren't willing to take on the job given how difficult it was, I tried calling this place based on the positive reviews on Angie's List and Yelp. Tim came out within an hour and took care of it within two hours. Very professional, polite and got the job done with no fuss. Will only use this company going forward when it comes to garage door repairs. read more

I came home around 11pm last night to find the garage door would not open. Upon further discovery I found that the spring on the door was broken in two. I proceeded to send out for a few quotes. Tim called me within 3 minutes of submitting my request at 11pm at night. That it what I call service! He came out next day at 11:30am and fixed the door quickly and charged a very fair price especially for coming out on Sunday. Tim is a very personable guy, comes across very friendly and professional! I will use him again if my other door needs repair! read more

I used this service 3 months ago because their ad popped up at the top of my yelp search. I should have known better. They were fast to respond and they said the could come out right away (they were an hour late). They did honor the yelp pricing for the service call, but ripped me off on the price of the spring (double the price of another competitor who could not come out until later, but would have been the same time because Garages Unlimited was late.) I was initially OK with paying more for fast service, but 3 months later, the cheap spring they used to fix my broken spring broke! But now I've learned my lesson and used another honest competitor and they told me the spring Garages Unlimited used was too small, which is why it broke after 4 months. The original spring was 5 years old, so don't tell me my garage door is too heavy. So I'd say fast service call, but ripoff for pricing, and poor product. Cannot recommend. read more
