Cleaned my apartment when I moved out. They were very responsive and did a great job!

Patricia's cleaning service is top notch and reasonable priced. I requested a deep cleaning for my apartment and I got a brand new clean apartment as a result. The ladies were fast and efficient and certainly know around their way with the cleaning tools and methods. Best cleaning service there is! read more

Super quick response and I was able to schedule the cleaning within a couple days. Out of all the quotes I got, Patricia's was the most competitive. On the day of the cleaning, the cleaners came right on time and we're very considerate. They communicated and coordinated with me so that we were out of each others way during the cleaning process. The cleaning took a little longer than I expected (haven't done a professional cleaning so I didn't know how long it would take) but they did a great job. The toilets, sink, and countertops look nice and shiny. The rest of the rooms were cleaned wonderfully! Also, before they left, they told me to check if the cleaning was to my liking and it definitely was. I would use them again whenever I need the house cleaned. read more

Excellent job cleaning our home! Patricia and her team were great -- they showed up on time, brought all the supplies needed, followed COVID health and safety guidelines, and cleaned every inch of our apartment. Super responsive via phone/text as well. A+ service and a competitive price -- highly recommend! read more

I contacted Patricia after the company that was supposed to come to do a move out cleaning cancelled on us last minute. She arrived to our house within 30 minutes of us speaking, and quotes us. The rate was very fair! Since we needed a deep cleaning, she said that she needed two more people whom also arrived within the hour that she started cleaning. They all delivered a great service, all were so friendly, and even helped is finish packing as we have an infant and it was hard for us! They cleaned fast and did not waste time either. We loved the cleaning so much that now we asked her to come once a month :)! Overall it was a great service and everyone was so nice and had really great attitude! I highly recommend Patricia's cleaning services. read more

my husband and i have been looking to do a deep clean for the house and we're so glad we found Patricia's Cleaning Services. i reached out through the "message" feature on yelp and got a quick response. from there, we scheduled a date that worked for both of us. there were 3 people who came out and they did a magical job restoring our house to a clean state! their attention to detail was wonderful and they even surprised us with thoughtful touches. we mentioned the kitchen and bathroom were the most important spaces to focus on and the team delivered! so impressed that our tub and oven look brand new! can't wait to have them come back on a monthly basis :) well worth the money and will be recommending to our friends and family. just a note that patricia's daughter is the one managing scheduling and she's so friendly to work with! read more

Great service, very thorough cleaning, prompt, and fair pricing. Patricia and her daughter did an amazing job and abided by covid guidelines the whole time. Patricia's Cleaning Services came highly recommended from a friend, and they did not disappoint. I asked for a quote and she responded within minutes, and offered a cleaning for the very next day. The cleaner, Yasli, was very communicative, and did a spectacular job of cleaning my whole home. This was a move-out cleaning, and everything looks perfect, from the inside of the fridge to the shower. Everyone I dealt with was proactive and friendly, and the work was excellent. Highly recommend! read more

Patricia and her team were wonderful. Our house hadn't been professionally cleaned in 2 years, and had really built up a level of grime - I'm so happy in my clean house now :) Their pricing negotiations were fair and well communicated, and their friendly attitudes and impeccable attention to detail had me content to have them over cleaning our house for 5 whole hours! They took their time to be thorough and made sure I was happy with every room before they left. I would highly recommend them for your next house clean!! Thank you Patricia! Happy Mother's Day! read more

I'd give them ten stars if I could. Short review: Excellent cleaning, above and beyond customer service, straightforward communication, reasonable cost, total professionals. Long review: Moving is stressful. Our latest move was a full-on disaster due to an incompetent moving service. In contrast to that, Patricia's Cleaning Service was an incredible help during a very stressful time. We contracted them to do a Move Out cleaning and the TL;DR result was that we received our entire security deposit back from our landlord due in no small part to PCS. When Patricia and I discussed the services we would need, she was very clear in itemizing all of the different tasks that her crew would undertake (other cleaning services just quoted a price). When I communicated how challenging the move had been because of the moronic movers, Patricia was empathetic and understanding, flexible with the services offered, and perhaps most importantly, offered a much-appreciated kind word to a very stressed-out person at a very stressful time. The cleaning made our old place look brand new and the cleaning crew went above and beyond what was asked to make the process much easier. I broke a cherished piece of artwork that the moronic moving company somehow forgot to pack, resulting in broken glass everywhere. Samuel, a member of the cleaning crew, went above and beyond to clean the excess glass (not part of the contract) and offered kind support and empathy. In short, Patricia's Cleaning Service understands how trying a move can be for someone. Their actual cleaning was absolutely stellar, but beyond that, they saw the people who needed the help, not just the items that needed cleaning. If you're planning on a Move Out clean or regular service, I highly recommend Patricia's Cleaning Service. They have your back. I'm grateful they were on my side during a very stressful time. Highly recommend. read more

After searching on Google and Yelp and costing out a move-out cleaning of my soon to be former apartment, I decided to go with Patricia's Cleaning Services. I'm so happy I did. Patricia's arrived on time Saturday morning. We went through the apartment and discussed what needed to be done. She offered an extremely reasonable price to clean my two bedroom, two bathroom apartment, including steam cleaning the carpets. They did it in four hours. I was so amazed with the great work. They went far above and beyond what I expected. The baseboards were clean, the windows inside and out, the stovetop and oven, the bathrooms wow! Thank you Patricia! read more

Patricia and her team did an excellent job deep-cleaning my apartment for a move-out. My landlord was fully satisfied with the work they did. Patricia offered me a very fair price compared to other cleaners in the area and was a good communicator. I would happily recommend Patricia's Cleaning Service for an apartment move-out clean, and will go to them first for any other cleaning needs I have. read more

******PRICE GOUGING / RIP OFF ALERT****** I had guests arriving so I planned ahead and scheduled Patricia's Cleaning Service to come to my house the day before to clean. Patricia quoted $245 and I agreed. The house is a 2 bedroom/2 bath house in Lafayette. When the two cleaners arrived they said they had to call Patricia to give a final price. I told them that actually one of the bedrooms doesn't need cleaning. The house was pretty messy because we have a puppy who ripped up a bunch of paper and dug out an indoor plant, but that's just sweeping up. There were dirty dishes in the sink. There was nothing else unusual about the cleaning. After speaking with her crew, Patricia told me that the cleaning would be $750! I told her I wasn't willing to pay that much because I felt that was a rip off. Patricia immediately texted me asking me how much I wanted to pay, and offered to complete the job for the original quote of $245. Patricia tried to scam me. I may look young but I wasn't born yesterday!! read more

I had Patricia's crew come into my 4 bedroom, 2 bath home for a deep cleaning. The crew did really well, deep cleaned every area I requested and did it very timely. The house needed a lot of love which I knew, the quote was less than what I paid, but I understood these ladies did A LOT of work to get my house in shape for us to move into. I look forward to working with them again. read more

I hired Patricia's cleaning last year to clean an apartment. They were able to come quickly and did an excellent job!!! I hire them again this year to clean another apartment. Yet again, they did another excellent job!!! This time, Marlene came. She is wonderful! In my experience, the crew always does excellent jobs. They are very professional and are pleasant to talk to, very friendly people. I high recommend Patricia's cleaning service! read more

The service they did was crazy and to the finest. They estimate they gave on phone was different from what they asked after the visit. But again, amazing service. read more

Patricia's company did a great job cleaning our home. Patricia was honest and upfront regarding her quote, and her price was one of the best out of the other services we canvassed on Yelp. Her staff did a great job during the deep clean even cleaning out our refrigerator and the top of the range hood. I have no clue how they managed to reach it! The house was looking spotless at the end of the service. Patricia also set us up for routine cleaning, and she didn't increase the price relative to her initial quote and also didn't try to push a higher frequency of visits on us. Also, her team is willing to do laundry when they come which is definitely a bonus for us. All in all, I really appreciate her honestly and professionalism and will recommend her team to my parents as well. read more

Amazing work! Patricia and her daughter did a wonderful and thorough job with our move-in cleaning. They left no speck of dust or bit of grime left behind. I can't recommend them highly enough! read more

I moved out of my rental and needed to find cleaners on a quick timeline. Patricia's team responded to my Yelp inquiry same day and was able to do a deep cleaning for a large loft condo (1200+ sq ft) within a few days. They were responsive, thorough, and lovely. When they finished cleaning the condo was spotless. Highly recommend! read more

Great job, friendly and fast service! Would definitely recommend.

Great service they provide, the cleaners were on time and prompt and my place looks amazing, this was a move out clean and from the bathrooms to the baseboards it is all spotless. It's always hard to find a good business in anything but I am very glad I picked Patricia's, she was easy to deal with and accepted multiple forms of payment and texted me when it was all said and done. Very grateful and one less thing I need to worry about! read more

Her team was on time, professional and I believe they did a good job. I wasn't around for the cleaning. They worked pretty fast as the estimated time was ~40 min earlier than projected and price end up was higher than quoted but still normal range for deep clean. They only take cash or cash via Zelle. Would use them again in the future as it was very easy communication. read more

Patricia and her crew did a great job - had her in to do move out clean and carpet steam clean when I was moving out of a rental house . They were very good about wearing masks and communication was easy. She kept in touch with me beforehand via text. Patricia was very responsive and easy to work with. She was available on short notice and her cleaners did a good job at a reasonable price ($280 for a move-out clean of a 1-bedroom apartment). Her English isn't perfect, and the price was slightly more than the $235 quote (despite the job being not more difficult than described), but overall I'm very satisfied. read more

I reached out to a few other companies and Patricia was the first to respond , I had to get my windows done for the photographer before we list the house . She was able to send out her crew quickly and be finished at very specific time . Her team was professional , masked up and even took off his shoes before going upstairs! Great communication throughout -and the company takes Zelle ( cash too if you prefer) I will be using her for all the other services for our move ! Very impressed. read more

Patricia is just marvelous! She is very personable, Covid-conscious, phenomenally industrious and proactive in cleaning approach (took care of stuff I didn't even think she'd do--particular stove issue)!!!!!!! Moreover, she was also super responsive via phone/text throughout. She stepped up and suggested an immediate appointment that got me moving! Now, it's all done. YAY! I am so happy I chose this service, even without reviews at the time. My gut was right! read more

If you want to get your house cleaned at a reasonable rate, do not go with Patricia's. We had scheduled a cleaning weeks in advance to clean our house before we moved in. We agreed on a price and were pleased. On the day of the cleaning though, Patricia doubled the price because it was a "post-construction job," despite knowing it was a pre-move in clean (no furniture or anything to impede cleaning). We could not pay that new price, and the cleaners left. We were stranded the day before we moved in with no cleaners, and we ended up needing to take the day off work to clean it ourselves (in far less time than Patricia said her cleaners required). Patricia was rude and tried to extort customers with no other options. I do not recommend using her service. read more

We needed a deep-cleaning at extremely short notice; husband was being sent home from the hospital with a dangerously weak immune system. Patricia's Cleaning Service was able to oblige. Genesis and Jocelyn were wonderful -- they did such a thorough job. I was quoted a price and told they'd be done in under 4 hours. But the house was dustier and dirtier than they'd expected. They were here for six! Great standards. I'll hire them again. read more
