Always happy with Patricia and her crew. Very thorough, friendly, and they do an excellent job. It is a super busy time for them and they still were accommodating. Special touches too like really scrubbing the sink drain board and fancy bow on the TP. My cat has asthma and they were also careful with the products they used. Highly recommend them! read more

Cleaning was fine, but when I went to put in my contacts at night the case was upside down and the right lens was missing. They were ortho k lenses so they're worth almost the same amount as the cleaning service itself. There's no other reason for them to disappear, and I'm upset that there was no mention of it at all. read more

My roommates and I needed our apartment fully cleaned before inspection -- after living there a year it was pretty scary. The cleaning lady came in (just one woman) and in about 3 hours made the apartment look spectacular! She took care of every cabinet and drawer and threw away left behind things (we asked her to). Highly recommended this service! read more

I just used Patricia's Cleaning Services for a move-out cleaning and they were amazing! Super friendly and communicative, fast and very thorough. The place was spotless and my landlord was very happy with the results. I highly recommend for any of your cleaning needs! read more

I provided Patricia a detailed list of what I expected to be covered in my move out cleaning process (as dictated by my landlord). She could not complete the window cleaning portion of the list, citing the windows to be too high (on the third floor). She never asked what floor the windows were on, didn't ask the right questions. Moreover, the estimate she provided was more than $100 lower than the quote she later gave me when her cleaners arrived to my apartment. I chose to hire her because she specifically promised that she could complete all of the tasks and by the time the job was "finished" it was too late for me to find someone else to complete the job in time for my move out walk through. On top of it, 0 apologies from her. read more

Had a wonderful experience with Patricia's cleaning services! She was very prompt over Yelp and came over for a deep clean less than 48 hours after the initial request and did a great job! read more

Marlene came out and listened to my needs. She was very detailed and made sure that everything was clean to my liking. She ensured I was happy with her work and let me check before she left to make sure that everything was done correctly. I would highly recommend this company. They are reliable, detailed oriented and come prepared to tackle all your needs! read more

First quoted for $300 online. Comes in person and quotes for $2,000. I had no choice because we had to turn the house back to the landlord within the next couple of days and had no time to shop around elsewhere. So I agreed because I also knew the house had a lot of work to be done. They spent no more than 5 hours, cleaning the house between 2 people and then an additional two in the later half. For $2,000 I was expecting the house to be spotless. They messaged me right after the job asking for the money. I hadn't seen the job yet so I was not about to forward over $2,000 to them and rightly so. The next morning I went to look at the job and it was completely botched. I was so incredibly upset that they would dare charge me $2,000 for what they gave me. They didn't even clean the walls!! They did a quick steam job on the carpet, like one round with a regular $200 target vacuum so it wasn't even technically a steamer. I basically still had stains on the carpet that could have easily been removed if the job had been done right and the walls were still so dirty. They came in the next day to address my problems. I was there and pointed everything out to them and they said they would take care of it. After 1 hour they were done and I go over their job again and I'm like seriously? They didn't even address the parts that I walked them through. I was SO upset. I could have done a better job myself if I had the time. But I didn't have time so obviously that's why I was willing to pay someone else $2,000 to do it. In the end, I gave them $800 but looking back now I should have just given them the $300 that they really deserved. How can you look my in the eye and tell me to pay you $2,000 for the job you did? I asked them that and they were SILENT. There's so much more I can say and a whole paper that I can write about this experience. But the bottom line is that these are dishonest and nasty people who will take your money and run. It's a real shame because I wanted to support their business and put a lot of trust and faith in them, but it goes to show that you should just go with legitimate businesses that are licensed. Don't EVER use this company. One of the biggest mistake of my life. I honestly want to sue them or bring them to court for even making me pay the $800. read more

Great cleaning crew! Everything was spotless and they were even able to completely clean my stove top of grease stains. I had tried everything and couldn't get them off. Highly recommend! read more

If you are a real estate professional - don't use Patricia! Yep. Price gouging. As soon as Patricia sent her folks - they went from charging $325 to $485 for a 2 bed deep cleaning. I was specific in what I wanted when I got the quote so not sure why they have to quote that much more. A little more , I understand - but the original quote was already a lot to pay! Luckily, while I was waiting for her team, I read her 1 star reviews - and I saw she does this often. I didn't want to be in a total when bind - as I was asking her team to come at the end of the day. Luckily, I asked another cleaner to come 30 minutes later just in case. Thank God I did! They charged me $300. Soooooo glad I had a backup plan. I'm getting tired of price gouging in SF. :( read more

Amazing!! Excellent communication and she + her team did a fantastic job cleaning my house. Highly recommend!!

Responsive, thorough, affordable, and friendly! I'll likely hire Patricia's team again.

We realized we couldn't deep clean in time before we moved out and on the day we are supposed to move out, Patricia said she can send her staff on the day of to deep clean our 1 bd 1 bath apt. Wowowow the oven is spotless, fridge brand new!!! The price was reasonable and they charge based on the condition of the place. We are extremely pleased with their service. Very unprofessional crew. Before starting the service they asked triple the price they quoted. I asked them to give me 10 mins to discuss with my roommate but they didn't wait for my answer and they left. They had two more appointments at the same time, no idea how they were gonna clean all 3 houses at the same time. Do not trust them. It's not worth it. Book a back up appointment if you wanna try these people read more

I contacted Patricia on short notice and was surprised by her quick response. We agreed on an appointment date and her crew arrived promptly. Unfortunately I was late but they still were able to clean same day and did a thorough job! We did a walk through together first and then, when completed they asked me to walk through again and review before leaving. I could smell the freshness as I approached the front door. The services exceeded my expectations and everyone was pleasant and professional. I recommend them and will use them again for sure. read more

This is my second time using Patricia and her team (I forgot to write a review for the first time). I find them to be prompt, professional, and of course, they do an excellent job otherwise I wouldn't use them again. I really appreciate that they wear masks also. Patricia also allows you to pick the type of cleansers, for example, green, or non-toxic,etc. The place is always sparkling and I intend to hire for more cleaning projects. I also think her pricing is fair for the current market. There is nothing left for me to do when Patricia and her team are complete. Makes life a little easier. read more

NOTE: this is only for a move-out cleaning where some specific places need to be cleaned. They were very thorough in some aspects (e.g. fridge and bathroom), but not in some other aspects (e.g. cabinet surface and inside). Communication was a bit interesting due to language barrier, especially that it was a bit difficult to communicate when having specific items need to be cleaned. Another communication issue was that we had a self-cleaning oven that the landlord prohibit using cleaning solutions in, but they used soap and water in it before I realized it and stopped them. In the end of the day it was not a huge issue, but figure that I should point it out. These are the reasons for the 4-star rating instead of 5. However, I will still recommend them to anyone who needs their home to be cleaned -- they are very professional and nice, and did an epic job cleaning our fridge and bathroom. read more

Patricia's team (two lovely ladies) did an awesome job with an extensive move-out cleaning of our rental home. We lived in the home for 11 years, and it's never been so sparkling clean! They were both very hard working, and dedicated women , paying great attention to detail! I truly recommend their services. Thank you, Patricia's Cleaning Service!! read more

I needed a cleaning service as I had lived in my apartment for over a year and it needed a deep cleaning. Communication was reliable and fast from Patricia and we were able to set up an appointment. The cleaner came and evaluated the deep cleaning to be $250 which I accepted and she did an amazing, thorough job in cleaning the apartment. She was very respectful and made sure to prioritize some of the key areas that I had asked for. If I need a cleaning, I'll definitely come back again. Thank you for your service! I docked a star as the cleaner was late by 1.5 hours due to traffic. However, I had moved my schedule accordingly so had to reschedule my meetings again because of this delay. read more

I had a wonderful experience with Patricia's Cleaning Services. They were able to do the job promptly the following day after booking. Everyone working was pleasant, efficient, and professional. We had Patricia's Cleaning do a move out cleaning for a 3 bedroom / 1.5 bathroom townhome. They did a very thorough job of cleaning our home as well as carpet cleaning. It took about 9-10 hours but our place was spotless when it was done. Would highly recommend. read more

Patricia and her crew did a beautiful job cleaning our duplex that is getting ready to be sold. They cleaned all of the dust that had been behind the appliances and furniture, and on the walls. Good cleaning services, communication skills and customer service! Worked with my budget and gave me a discount on certain additional services upon arriving. Were very good at communicating before, during and after service! Also the place looks great, even our super stubborn outdated carpet looks good after a simple steaming and everything was put back in its place once cleaned. Thank you! (I got a deep cleaning done for my kitchen, living room, stairs, hall and foyer with carpet steaming for extra) read more

Inquired and arrived within two days. Cleaner was kind and hard working. Would use again.

Words cannot describe the magic Patricia and her daughter performed on a 1-bedroom apartment in Berkeley. The unit needed a very, very deep cleaning after years of heavy use without regular cleaning; especially the kitchen and bathroom. Patricia quoted me a price and stuck with it even though the job took 2 hours longer than anticipated, so I tipped them generously for their hard work to make the kitchen and bathroom sparkling again. I will absolutely be using Patricia's services on a monthly basis if not more frequently. Highly recommend! read more

We had rented out our place for 3 months while we worked outside of the city. When we got back the place was not in good shape. Patrica's cleaning service was able to find a slot to help us the same day. They have us a fair estimate and did an great job making the place clean again. read more

To people who lives in good neighborhood, please see my proof of Patricia's Price Gouging activities (Update on Aug 12 4:34pm) : After Patricia's people left ( they left because Patricia was afraid of getting a bad review after having me paid $950 for 2 people to clean my house), I called around and found another cleaning services crew who was willing to send 2 cleaning services people, this crew came at noon and left at 4:00pm. It took them FOUR hours to do the same services that Patricia claimed it would take EIGHT HOURS for her crew to do. And this agency only charged me for $380. So there is a price difference of $570 between Patricia and the honest people, this is what I would call :PRICE GOUGING. ************************* Original Post: I am planning to report to the police department about the conduct of unauthorized filming and their suspicious activity because filming the interior of my house without my consent is a suspicious activity, especially plus the gouging nature of her business. This was a funny experience. Patricia gave me a quote of $335 based on the my information. Her 2 people crew arrived today and told me they need to take another look. So I gave them a tour, neither of them informed me that they were FILMING my house. The lady did the filming was holding the phone up but she had her phone cover closed. After they finished the casing my house, I found out that they were actually filming instead of talking on the phone with Patricia. Then Patricia changed the services price from $335 to $950 dollar, which is approximately THREE TIMES more from her original quote. I was fine with that, but I told her "for this price, they have need to do a good job. Otherwise, I will need to leave a bad review." She heard that and then quickly declined the job, claiming that I am threatening them. When I told her that her people is filming my house without my consent, she didn't apologize for her employee's rude and illegal conduct either. First of all, if you are afraid of customer leaving a bad review, don't show your business on Yelp at the first place. Second, when you want to film someone's house, ASK THEM IF THAT'S OKAY FIRST ! read more
