Unfortunately, the way this needed was very disappointing. I don't know why it was her concern that I come from far away. Despite my concerns about the service and not seeing the results I was hoping for, I still gave her the opportunity to continue working on my upper lips because I wanted to complete the process and believe in giving her a fair chance. On the day of my appointment 06/20. She had power outage at her location, which was understandable. However, instead of working with me to reschedule and continue my treatment, she decided to stop taking me as a client. I was very disappointed that after five months of being a client, there was no effort to find another appointment time or a reasonable solution. I was also disappointed with the level of attention given to my concerns. I specifically wanted my baby hairs addressed, but i did not feel that this area received the proper care and attention i expected. After five months of treatments, I expected better communication, professionalism, and consideration. Unfortunately, I left feeling dismissed and undervalued as a client. Based on my experience I cannot recommend this service. Teri Severson only wants clients from Auburn area if you are from a different area don't waste your time

She asked me how dramatic I wanted them and I told her to make them long. They were absolutely fantastic!! I looked doe-eyed, it was great! She even has colored glitter extensions that we've played around with in the past. I've also had Tiffany wax my eyebrows. She does an amazing job of being conservative. Many people who have waxed me in the past will get crazy with making my eyebrows to thin. Not Tiffany! She has helped me reshape them into what they are now. She is very professional, clean and fun!
