I have debated writing this review for years, but after recently seeing RH Aesthetic advertising…read moreagain, I feel compelled to share my experience. I scheduled a Morpheus8 treatment and waited months for my appointment. Upon arrival, RH Aesthetic drew approximately 100 mL of my blood as part of the planned procedure. Only after drawing my blood was I informed that I was not a candidate for treatment based on an assessment that, in my experience, was inaccurate. My concern is not that they declined to perform the procedure. Providers should always exercise clinical judgment when appropriate. My concern is that a thorough consultation and candidacy assessment should have occurred before any blood was drawn. At the time, I was anemic, making the situation even more concerning. Drawing blood and then determining a patient is ineligible for treatment reflects poor screening and questionable clinical workflow. Patients trust medical spas to make these determinations before initiating any part of a procedure. Since then, I have undergone multiple Morpheus8 treatments elsewhere without issue and was considered an appropriate candidate. While my views on Morpheus8 technology itself have evolved over time, that is separate from this review. The issue is the lack of proper assessment before proceeding with treatment preparation. This experience left me feeling that patient care and safety were secondary to process and appearance. For that reason, I cannot recommend RH Aesthetic and am leaving a one-star review. There are many qualified providers who take the time to properly evaluate patients before beginning treatment. I encourage prospective clients to do their research and choose a provider that prioritizes thorough consultation, patient safety, and professional clinical judgment.

My first appointment was with Tiffany, PA-C, and my follow-up a couple days ago was with the owner, Heidi, PA-C. Both providers were very friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything thoroughly. At my follow-up, Heidi checked how everything settled on my face, did a few touch-ups, and even added a couple complimentary units, which I really appreciated. The results have been great so far. The office is very clean, organized, and professional. The receptionists are also very friendly, and honestly everyone there seems welcoming and kind. I also like that they offer affordable membership pricing and specials that make treatments more realistic to keep up with long term. Overall, I'm very happy with both providers and my experience here.

I've come to the conclusion that if I treated time spent on daily grooming rituals the same way I…read moretreat my spending habits, then every every minute banked applying mascara, curling lashes and plucking stray eyebrow hairs should evoke the ka-ching of a cash register and give me pause. It may not be the most revelatory life-hack to finally spring for the help of an esthetician, but I'm so glad I did. I found Eboni at Balanced Esthetics here (Yelp) and booked a lash lift/eyebrow wax for a Saturday morning, knowing I'd likely be makeup free for a day or so following the process. She waxed and tinted my brows first - and was pretty amused when I informed her afterward that it was my first time because I didn't flinch. She's that meticulous. The keratin lash lift was next; my eyes were pretty irritated from seasonal allergies, but the formula in the kit she used was actually very pleasant-smelling and mild so after the pads were in place, I just lay on the table, air pods in and drifted into an antihistamine pseudonap for about 45 minutes; during the last 15 or so minutes, my lash tint was brushed on. The final result was a no-makeup makeup look; refreshed, refined and 100% better than when I walked through the door. Also, she is a terrific conversationalist, I look forward to returning for my next beauty siesta.
