Unfortunately, the way this needed was very disappointing. I don't know why it was her concern that I come from far away. Despite my concerns about the service and not seeing the results I was hoping for, I still gave her the opportunity to continue working on my upper lips because I wanted to complete the process and believe in giving her a fair chance. On the day of my appointment 06/20. She had power outage at her location, which was understandable. However, instead of working with me to reschedule and continue my treatment, she decided to stop taking me as a client. I was very disappointed that after five months of being a client, there was no effort to find another appointment time or a reasonable solution. I was also disappointed with the level of attention given to my concerns. I specifically wanted my baby hairs addressed, but i did not feel that this area received the proper care and attention i expected. After five months of treatments, I expected better communication, professionalism, and consideration. Unfortunately, I left feeling dismissed and undervalued as a client.
