I'm sooooo disappointed and sad! My daughter and I have been clients of Ashley's for years. We've always been on time, tipped well, and been completely satisfied with our services. We hugged and shared our personal life stories at every visit and I considered us friends. Yesterday I had a medical emergency and ended up in the ER all day discovering I had a bad kidney infection. My fault, I completely forgot about my daughters appointment. Yes we were a NO-SHOW! Rather than being compassionate and understanding the situation was completely out of my control, Ashley charged me $150 for a service never received because that is her no-show policy. I can't say anything bad about her talent sugaring, however be warned she has a VERY STRICT NO-SHOW POLICY and regardless of your relationship with her she will stick to it. I guess I give people too much credit. I know business and friendship shouldn't be mixed, but I sure wasn't expecting this outcome.
