I usually ask for less orange juice since it's so overpowering but even if they added less this time, I could taste extremely sour and spoiled oranges. It was undrinkable. Service is great and the inside is clean but this drink was pricey for the quality of fruits and vegetables that I couldn't taste from the spoiled oranges.

I have visited over 25 different donut shops this month in the SGV, and this is the first time I felt compelled to completely scarf down a donut. It's sublime. I arrived at Tasty Donuts (Rowland Heights) on Wednesday (around 6:53AM). Parking is available, but it's awkward since the lot is slanted and hilly. There's also faded parking lines, so parking can become confusing. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Staff immediately greeted me, and Staff politely answered all my questions. Staff works hard. As mentioned, I ordered the Ube Donut ($1.95). WOW!! It's so fresh and springy. The texture is addictive. The flavor is clean, lightly sugared while also presenting that fresh, familiar ube flavor. It's one of the best donuts that I've ever tasted. And it's VERY affordable too! Regarding ambiance, Tasty Donuts (Rowland Heights) is minimalistic. There are zero tables or chairs. I got my order within 5 minutes but it was like 10am in the morning. The pistachio cream donut has great amount of fillings and it tastes good. It's a little pricey for a donut I think. For the drink, I got the TYS cream top. It's like a caffe Latte but with the cream top. It tasted good and was recommended to drink without the straw. I drank with the straw anyways lol! There is plenty of tables and seating areas outside so it's a good place to get a sweet treat and chill. They also have many other drink and donut options! Can't wait to come back to try more!

Glad to check out a local, small business and not a standard chain franchise. It's located right outside, next to the Haven City Market entrance and Junbi. It's in between Haven City Market and the grocery store but only accessible from the outside, I got confused and wandered around a bit, but they do have signs outside. Staff are super friendly and welcoming, informative, and answered all the questions that I had. They were training new workers, but she was picking up everything quickly too. My drinks didn't take too long which was great and was given information to correctly enjoy everything too, which is nice. It's a small to go pick up coffee place, but there's cute decor there with a pop of color, they have their own stickers for sale, and there's a mirror for cute photo opportunities. Though there are seats outside and you can technically take the drinks into Haven City. For my visit, I got the: 1) S.O. Kyoto Cold Brew: -Got this without any add-ons for my dad. Smooth taste to it, but he did say it was a tad bitter, but he usually complains that a lot of the coffee I bring home is too sweet, so this was perfect for him to adjust to his taste. He did say it was pretty good quality. 2) Fancy Choco Milk (Dark Belgian Chocolate): -Was warned that this is made with their special mix and that it's super rich. Also was advised that if it did taste super rich to take it home and add milk or water to it and they weren't wrong. It's SUPER strong and rich thick chocolate taste to it, like if you were melted several bars of high quality Ghiradelli chocolate bars. -I was fine taking it home and diluting it, but if I got it to sip on at the start of a work day or to go hang out the rest of the day, I would have been in deep trouble. 3) TYS Cream Top Latte: -This is their treat yourself cream top latte. It's advised to try it sipping the foam at the top first before mixing. -The foam itself is sweet with slight roasted taste and a little bit of saltiness. Mix it with your latte, it just becomes a regular sweet coffee latte. My brother says it was okay. There's also pretty decadent looking donuts there, but they weren't out yet when I visited. I don't mind coming back to try more of their drinks.
