But my drink was empty for about 5 minutes, and then had to wait another 10 minutes or so to get the check when we were done. That's bad enough, but what makes it worse is that the place was empty. There were a couple people sitting at the bar and that's it. More staff than customers and still couldn't find our server.

As you walk in the counter is to the left, beyond that is the entrance down to a full bar, directly in front is the walking humidor (decent size with a good variety), then to the right there's a few small smoking rooms (20-30 seats total) with a few TVs and a small stand up Davidoff humidor. Plenty of ashtrays, lighters and cutters if you don't happen to have your own. Good ventilation so you don't sit in dreary haze. Love the place, love the people, will most definitely be back.
