We have a 2200 sf ranch with a full finished 2200 sf basement. When finishing the basement they rebuilt all the ventilation to code, so, it is some of the nicer space in the house! They installed a 6 zone system which supplies the main areas evenly throughout both floors. It is efficient, cost effective, and we are very comfortable. Technicians have always been on time and courteous. Working with owner's Russ and Cookie is always a delight. Update: Our AC died in August. Lovely timing. We needed to replace the entire system to get the newer coolant standard. Once again Russ and his install team were excellent, courteous and thorough. Very happy with our new AC, even though we only had a month to enjoy it!

After initial excuses, the owner, Tim Smith, said the installation would be done by September 18. When I called him on September 23, he gave me "his word" it would be done by September 25. They missed that deadline too. Since that September 23 call, I've received no update and have been unable to get a response for nearly a month and multiple calls. As of October 16, they still have my deposit and two units have not been installed. Taking half the payment, missing repeated commitments, and then going silent is unacceptable. This company is a scam and the owner is not trustworthy.

He assured me that he didn't think that I needed a new furnace. He was at my place within the hour as we had discussed. He had to come back the next day after obtaining the new switch and tubing. Don found that the manifold pressure for the gas was set too high AND he found some paper labels debris inside the workings of my the furnace. He vacuum-cleaned the furnace and work area. And if this wasn't great enough, he didn't charge me an arm and a leg. The charge was reasonable. He takes cash and check only. Now I do not have to be concerned with my furnace during this Polar Vortex winter. I highly recommend this company for all of your heating and cooling concerns!

They sent out another technician (Blake) who had a device that allowed him to locate the leak. It was in the cooling system and the unit needed to be replaced. The next day they found the cooling system was under warranty, located a system locally and then installed it. They gave me a quote for the labor which the warranty did not cover. Matt came out that evening and installed the new cooling system. All three technicians were outstanding and knowledgeable and were courteous and did their jobs. Matt who installed the new system was the best technician I have ever seen. Great company with great employees. They did not try to upsell you on anything and even their office researched and found and coordinated the warranty process for us. Our a/c unit was only two years old in a new build house.

After doing a small repair for me in January, I hired him in September 2026 for a full HVAC replacement quoted at $7,560, scheduled for October 5. Before the install date, he requested multiple advance payments: Sept. 24: Paid $560 down payment. Sept. 28: Paid $800 extra for a larger 2.5-ton A/C unit. Oct. 2: Paid $1,200 after he promised to drop off the equipment at my garage that day. He never dropped off any equipment. On the scheduled install day (Oct. 5) and the days following, he failed to show up, repeatedly offering personal excuses via text. On Oct. 7, after he failed to arrive yet again, I canceled the project and demanded my money back. Out $2,560 with zero work done and zero equipment delivered, he refused to refund me. I have filed a dispute with my bank and submitted a police report for fraud and theft. Please be extremely cautious and protect your money.
