He texted with some follow-up questions, but then said that he should be able to begin working in two to three days. I replied that two would be much better and asked if he could make it two, not three. He texted with some other questions, but didn't respond about starting. I asked again. No answer. I asked again. No answer. Nor did I get the quote. I called the next day, left a VM, and never heard back. Very, very dissatisfied. Some reply, even to say he couldn't take the job, would have been preferable to complete radio silence. Not to mention just plain polite. He lost a repeat customer.

Where do I begin... hire them! Our experience began with a meeting with Yuri to discuss our…read moreproject, then a meeting with Dan to begin designing and planning for the addition, and then following through to the completion of our addition as foreman of the entire project. Dan was patient with our questions and adjustments as we went along. He offered suggestions in the design of the room, ideas that we had not thought of. He informed us when the next stage of the project was to be started and when vendors would be dropping off materials. Then Chris, Ted, and Nick, Dave, Odle Excavation(Mike and his son) came on the scene; they are hardworking, respectful, friendly, and polite skilled tradesmen. We had two neighbors comment about their professionalism...no loud music, swearing, or negative behavior. One of the vendors, while dropping off supplies, ran into our neighbor's fence. Dan was notified, and someone was here the following morning to fix the fence. I had a personal, unplanned health event during the construction phase, and the company sent me flowers, which is above and beyond what a construction company would normally do! Because of this medical diagnosis, we had many doctor appointments, which led to eventual surgery. We had to leave our home unlocked so they could continue the project. We weren't hesitant because of the character of these workers and the company they represent. The best part of this whole project was that the estimated completion time was 3-4 months. They completed our 16 x 12 feet, 4-season room in just over 2 months! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Best Construction! We have been blessed! If you would like to see the room, we would be happy to show it to you; just ask Best Construction for our name.

I accepted the estimate; then they said they could not get my job done until spring. I should have immediately moved on to another contractor; instead I waited until spring. March 1, 2021, I called to find out where I fit in their schedule. They had the nerve to tell me they would NOT HONOR THEIR ESTIMATE due to price increases AND their "best guess" would be 7-8 months before they could do the job. I immediately called Lowes and Lowes estimate was more than $1,000 less and completed a great job 4 weeks later. If you still think you want to use Best Construction, insist on a price guarantee, deadline completion date, and refundable deposit for cancellation. You can do better elsewhere.

I sent a picture of what I wanted -- something that would match the existing handrails on the rest of the porch and be in character with the style of the house. Jared and his crew did an excellent job. The new steps are rock solid and look great. The final cost came in less than his original estimate even though the job took a half day longer than he had planned. I would highly recommend Reimagined Spaces to anyone looking for quality carpentry for a reasonable price.

DJ was able to arrange an estimate the following day and arrived promptly on the day and time agreed upon. After viewing the project, DJ offered his advice and expertise on how to best achieve our desired results. He said he would provide a detailed quote the following day and true to his word he did so. We hired DeDe Construction & DJ provided a start date and a detailed day by day timeline of the work to be completed. DJ and his partner Oleg arrived on time each day and went directly to work, completing the daily tasks expertly, efficiently and with attention to detail. From precise cuts on tile, to double waterproofing appropriate areas in the bathrooms, they always strove to doing the best possible job in every aspect of their work. Communication during the project was exemplary and we were shown the progress of their endeavors during each phase of the remodel, so that we were satisfied with the quality of the work performed. During our entire interaction with DJ and Oleg, they were always friendly, courteous and respectful to us and our home, cleaning up at the end of each day. DJ even voluntarily picked up several items we had purchased from various stores that were too large for our vehicle, with no qualms about doing so. DJ and Oleg completed the remodel of the three bathrooms ahead of schedule and the quality of the work, of which my expectations were high, was better than I expected. They showed first-rate dedication and workmanship providing prime, aesthetically prominent results. I would highly recommend DeDe Construction for any home improvements due to the aforementioned reasons, plus their first rate craftsmanship and they being all around nice young men. They are now our "go to" artisans for any future projects.
