I replied that two would be much better and asked if he could make it two, not three. He texted with some other questions, but didn't respond about starting. I asked again. No answer. I asked again. No answer. Nor did I get the quote. I called the next day, left a VM, and never heard back. Very, very dissatisfied. Some reply, even to say he couldn't take the job, would have been preferable to complete radio silence. Not to mention just plain polite. He lost a repeat customer.

March 1, 2021, I called to find out where I fit in their schedule. They had the nerve to tell me they would NOT HONOR THEIR ESTIMATE due to price increases AND their "best guess" would be 7-8 months before they could do the job. I immediately called Lowes and Lowes estimate was more than $1,000 less and completed a great job 4 weeks later. If you still think you want to use Best Construction, insist on a price guarantee, deadline completion date, and refundable deposit for cancellation. You can do better elsewhere.
