In the future, when we need any masonry or contractor work, we will definitely call Brian again.

Luckily, it stopped raining…read more I called TG about 10 pm and he showed up first thing in the morning and took pictures of the problem. The picture showed the skylight frame separated and he fixed/repaired. Using his underlayment paper and my roofing shingles left over from a reroofing job performed 8 years ago, he tore out the old paper and reshingled. TG also installed a bathroom exhaust the same day. Very happy with the immediate service and extra work TG performed. We've several downpours since then and no problems. Very fair prices without gouging because of my circumstances.

Luckily, I found Luis, who came the same day. He immediately cleared the clog and cleaned out all of the gutters thoroughly. I appreciate you taking the time to respond. And this is a reply to your response which is…read moreimportant for full transparency. I just wanted to clarify my experience -- short and simple- you confirmed an appt you didn't keep and then decided not to accept a project/work further because my tone of frustration (of which your lack of communications was the root cause ) was not acceptable. You say you "value mutual respect and clear communication in every client relationship. " Unfortunately, you didn't even communicate until I contacted you to ask if you were still coming. You left me waiting without notification so that's already contradictory to what you value. Management then chose not to continue to work with me because they felt the tone and nature of response was not acceptable after an apology The truth is...No one called to apologize or acknowledge the no show until after I called. You can't expect to gain respect if you don't give it. Although you had an emergency at 7am (our scheduled appt was 10am), it doesn't take more than 5 sec to send a quick message to cancel. You had 3 hours to cancel an appt you couldn't make. So it is for the same reason that I prefer not to work with your company. I also value respect and clear communication which did not occur with your tone and lack of accountability in how you handled the matter. Hopefully this feedback will help future prospective clients. And best of luck to Hub Chan Remodeling. I didn't have a chance to experience their excellent work as others have yelped but hope others get to. Just confirm your appt ahead of time.

If anyone is looking to have renovations done on their home - I DO NOT recommend hiring Dan Pata…read moreConstruction! The work that was done on our bathroom and laundry room was done very poorly and far beyond the timeline we had discussed (by months and months)! Our shower water ran the OTHER direction when it was complete (AWAY from the drain and underneath the tiles was drenched! We had to fix this ourselves!), the quality of craftsmanship was incredibly poor (drywall seams left unfinished or poorly coated), and now less than a year later our floor tiles are popping. The work was done with little attention to detail, poor planning (ex. they FORGOT a plug for the dryer), and did not finish many things before they left. I had paid them in full (rookie mistake - I know this now!) because he claimed he "had no money to pay his workers". I assumed and trusted he grew up with the same moral standing that I had, however, I was sadly mistaken. He got very rude and belligerent as I addressed my concerns with him (which was incredibly unacceptable and stressful - especially in my first trimester of pregnancy). I even wrote him after he left, hoping he would own up to his mistakes and remedy them. However, all I received back was a letter stating that he would take me to court if we said anything negative about the business on social media.
