Months later and MANY phone calls and emails and no reply! Unbelievable that the owner, Nick, simply ignores the fact that he left a job unfinished yet accepted our money. Would NEVER recommend because of this.

He seemed very professional during the initial meeting. After the fact, he missed the time window (1 week) for providing an estimate; these were his words, not mine. I called several times to follow up on receiving an estimate, with assurances from the customer service representative that he would get to the estimate, that he was working on the estimate, and that the estimate was completed and should have been sent out. I additionally emailed Nick about the estimate, and he told me that he was working on the estimate that morning. I still to this day have not received the estimate. I get the fact that the job I was requesting was not an easy job, and not as profitable as other summer work; therefore, I understand the fact that a lot of contractors will pass on this type of work. However, consistently leading me on and then never giving me an estimate is terrible customer service. This isn't dating, this is getting work done at my house. Either send out an estimate, or say "Look, we are not interested in doing the work."

He promised to repair it again within 10 years as stated on the signed quote. He did not keep his word. I called him as soon as it started leaking on a Friday and he said he would come out Monday to get the snow off and tarp the roof. I tried calling him that Monday and the call would not go through. I tried for the next two weeks, same outcome. He clearly blocked my phone. Several issues here: 1. He blatantly lied to me saying he would help me and take the snow off the roof and tarp it to prevent serious water damage from occurring. 2. He blocked my number. I was not aggressive or rude when I called him with the issue. 3. He did not stand by his warranty. Would you want someone like this working on your roof to protect your family? His behavior is sickening and illegal. No honesty or integrity. Does not stand by his work.

Well, long story short it got paved the week befor Thanksgiving. Thats to late in the year. Half the driveway came out like crap. I called with my concerns and was polite and patient the whole time. He said it was the quality of the ashfalt and sometimes that happened. He offered to seal coat for no charge later the following year. I was satisfied with that. After a few months into summer I sent him a text asking if he was still going to do it . He said he had not forgot about me. Never showed. Be careful! He came to look at the sidewalk, gave me a reasonable quote, and the sidewalk job was completed a week later. Toby and his crew worked hard all day and did an excellent job, leaving us with a beautiful new sidewalk. We have hired him to come back in about a month to reseal our driveway, and I am sure Toby and his crew will do a great job with that also. These are good people who work hard and do excellent work!
