There were no menus visible, and when I asked what was available, the employee didn't offer any guidance--just asked what I wanted. When I said a dozen donuts, she pointed at the display and said "this is it." No explanation, no friendliness. Only after I specifically asked if they had breakfast sandwiches did she pull out a folded paper menu, which I found odd since it wasn't offered at the start. The biggest issue was the food quality. When I got to my car and opened the croissant breakfast sandwich, the bacon was completely burnt--so burnt it wasn't edible. I threw the entire sandwich away. The donuts were also handled poorly. Two of the iced donuts were placed upside down in the box, with the icing smashed and stuck to the packaging (as shown in the photos). Between the lack of customer service, poor food quality, and careless packaging, this was not a good experience. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend it to others.

As a result, they spent time removing the tails before they could eat their po-boys, which meant their po-boys were lukewarm by the time they started eating. The Mac-n-cheese did not receive good comments. I did not try it because I was too busy enjoying my breakfast. The mistakes were unfortunate because I enjoyed the diner. The decor was cool, the server was friendly, and the restaurant was very clean and comfortable. I wish I could give 3.5 stars because my experience was better than a 3, but not as solid as a 4 connotes. Would I come again? Yes.
