Stumbled upon this place when looking for places that cater pasta. Wanted to try this place out because we had something similar to this in SoCal. First impression when walking in was clean, felt like a new business, but friendly. Staff was super helpful, kind, and friendly. Menu was simple and fair prices! Surprised to see that minced garlic wasn't an option. Only reason why I give this 4 stars is because the pasta was okay. I could tell (and saw) that the noodles I was eating were pre-cooked from earlier in the day and then heated up in a boiling pot. I understand why they do it like this because it doesn't seem like they are popular enough to make fresh pasta every time a customer comes in and that would be time consuming. This place is a no nonsense kind of place and I feel like you have to go in with that attitude. You don't go to taco bell and rate it 3 stars because its not very good mexican food, you go to taco bell and give it 5 stars because its good tacobell. Same thing here, this place is not going to blow you away and make you feel like you're sitting at a cafe in Rome. But it will fill you up and it is a perfect I don't want to cook today or tomorrow curl up with a blanket and watch a movie couch food. I I got the spaghetti with meat sauce and a crap ton of toppings and was very pleased with the portion size, it did indeed make me 2 meals and if I was feeling like it it could've lasted 3. The value is there and I really enjoyed it. The guy who owns it is a really nice and he clearly is working hard to make a good local business. This is the kind of place I'm happy to go to and happy to support. The building decor is a little lacking but we were served quickly, with very friendly service, and took it to go. It's like the chipotle of pasta. What a great concept! We came in about an hour before close. The place was very clean and the staff was friendly. We ordered a couple of medium sized orders. I love that you have options of pasta sauce and plenty of toppings. They aren't skimpy and because it's unlimited you can get heaps of whatever. The possibilities are endless. I really wish they had this concept in Vegas. Good food for the price point! read more

Tried Pasta Boss today for a date day! It didn't disappoint. There was a huge line, and it did take a while to get up and order. However it was 5pm on a Saturday and I found it worth the wait. The owner came out and said hi to everyone. The pasta was fresh and the place was very clean. You can choose whatever toppings you want and however many you want. We discovered the wife makes dessert in house and so we grabbed some and it was a white cake with mint. It was amazing! Light, fluffy and moist with a whipped mint topping. This was my first time in, it was quiet but very welcoming as soon as I walked in. The 3 gentleman one of them I'm assuming was the manager were very nice, walked me through ordering my food and even talked with me about something their adding to their menu soon very very tasty and you can tell these are homemade noodles I highly recommend I'll be back for sure. read more

Was not impressed. The food looked iffy in some of the trays. One pasta sauce was completely dried out. Very plain and no unique flavor. It's just okay pasta, but then I had a bad taste that had a rancid flavor. Hope they can improve on their freshness and quality. Not a bad price for the portions. The only good part is getting to customize your pasta to have the sauce and toppings you want. Overall I had a bad experience with the taste and quality and hope to see them improve. Customized pasta goodness for a great price! Pretty much any topping you can think of, all included. Pasta is made in house. You can watch them make it. This is the noodle version of Mod pizza. A certain topping I wanted was at the bottom of the bin so they whipped up fresh for my bowl. Service was prompt both times I went. If you want extra of anything they will happily oblige. Ate in the first time. It isn't cozy & feels a bit more like a to go place but it's clean & open. Delicious! So many options for toppings. The employees and owner are super friendly, helpful and patient while you ponder all of your choices. Portion sizes are generous and pricing is very reasonable. Definitely one of those places that gets better with time because you will want to be more adventurous with your toppings in the hopes of finding some fun combos. I hate to leave a 2 star review because I know this place will count on getting good reviews for business but this food was just terrible. My Alfredo sauce tasted worse than store bought pasta sauce. The "bacon" in my pasta was ham. I got broccoli and it was just 2 large chunks. The ingredients aren't tossed in the pasta, rather, all layered on top. Overall, I won't be back. I was excited to try this new restaurant, I'd heard good things. But...we went Friday around 3:30 pm to miss the crowd and the pasta was half dried out, I had penne with pesto, chicken, broccoli, and parmesan. It came with garlic bread that had a trace of vinegar that ruined the taste. I also thought that the bins holding the pasta were much too small. I'd like to try them again to see if it was just an off night, but not soon. Let them work out all the kinks first. read more

There are choices for adults and children, so the entire family can enjoy their lunch or dinner. The restaurant is very clean and cheerful, and kid-friendly - great for families ! Was looking forward to a new place for a quick bite. We went late afternoon to beat the dinner crowd. The wording on the front of the cases were really hard to read. Pasta was not hot. Sauce was nothing to brag about. Alfredo sauce and red sauce did not seem fresh. Was very disappointed. Of the 3 employees, 2 didn't even crack a smile or engage at all. The cashier was nice but not until i started asking questions. We will try again in a few months thinking it may improve. If so i will update my review. Step it up Pasta Boss or move on. read more

We had the spaghetti with meat sauce and the shrimp fettuccine. They were both boss size, which was enough for several meals for each of us. I would definitely order smaller size next time. The service was as quick as they could do, considering you pick your own toppings They could upgrade the decor, it is very basic. I will go back again sometime. read more

We've been almost every week since they've opened and have thoroughly enjoyed it! The prices are great especially for the portions. I've switched to getting the kids size as I'm usually too full to finish the medium. My husband switches between the large and medium size. You can add as many toppings as you'd like to any size. Figured I try it cuz it's a new shop but I was disappointed. The pasta was really thin and slimy, the sauce was cold, and the meatballs were store bought (I got the basic pasta and meatballs with red sauce). I went there because I found them off tiktok and they had said they had gluten free options my boyfriend and I like to try new places to eat since I'm gluten free, ( celiac disease) so we went there to try, he ordered his pasta and on there tiktok it says request gluten free pasta so me being myself I requested gluten free because that's what I have to eat and so they put my pasta on boil but my boyfriend noticed the guy wasn't wearing gloves after he had just touched regular pasta so I was already skeptical about that, one of the girl workers comes up and asks what my order will be and one of the other girls says gluten free and the one that walked up and asked made a face like it's a hassle to make gluten free pasta when you guys offer it, then my boyfriend saw a sign saying food allergy so I mention to the workers it's a food allergy so after I mention it they all seemed to not believe that I am deathly allergic (celiac disease) the boss or the guy doing the tiktok live behind the counter had the nerve to ask if a little speck a gluten got in would it kill me like what? so then they were asking the toppings and at this point I'm already feeling a hassle because that's what they were giving off so I turned to my boyfriend and said i'll just go somewhere else mind you this is our 2 and a half year anniversary and we wanted to try something new but that experience was not it. read more
