Not typical for a food truck, but considering the event was very busy I get it. The Gyro was very good, the meat had a great flavor and the corresponding white sauce was excellent. The chicken quesadilla was OK. The quesadilla from the Mexican taco truck adjacent was far better and more authentic, bigger, more charring on the tortilla and flavorful, which is understandable considering it's a Mexican food truck. Will definitely go back for the Gyro.

I didn't want to keep asking my husband for a bite. But a smart thing I did I used my tzatziki on the burrito that I was eating. That was really great even if I got it from another cart. Dallas was so hot when we visited, and I noticed that he had cold drinks, so I grabbed a diet coke; while, we waited for the food. The beef Kebab was excellent I highly recommend it. I'm usually not a fan of tzatziki, but I did enjoy his taziki. We wanted a small container of Tzatziki but he gave us a full size container, and he would not charge us for it.
