Well we were excited to try this food truck! Food looked great and they had some great choices! But as we were waiting our turn, the lady working the counter started chit chatting with a couple that were in front of us! Which I'm a talker too, so that didn't bother me until it turned political and about the workers friend that has a different sexual orientation and then the customer starts talking about her gay & trans kids. Which I don't have a problem with people that are gay or trans! But they just kept going on& on and we were just standing there waiting , but then the worker said how stupid the farmers are around there ! Now that totally turned us off. Does she realize that is who grows & raises the food she uses in her cart!! So my husband and I went down to the twirly chicken and it was delicious!! read more

So are here the other day service was good. Food was pretty good but lacked a little bit of flavor. The pear slice was very thin and couldn't be tasted on the sandwich very much if at all and the balsamic vinegar was just watery balsamic vinegar when they should've used a balsamic glaze so that it actually stuck to and coated the food with flavor instead, it was just watery and dripped off my sandwich But other than that, it's located in a cute little food pod behind a bakery so you can always get good treats, no matter what plus there's a rotisserie chicken a pizza place and a Boba cart as well plus great outdoor covered seating and just a really cool place to hang out and eat read more

CRAVING this STUFF!!!! OMG the hands down best grilled cheese you will EVER have!!! It reminds a bit of Texas toast ( that thick crusty cheesy bread) but somehow adding the delicious brilliance of stuffing goodness inside!! The food and service was excellent!! I had the cheddar, apple, and bacon sandwich. My son had the loaded Mac n cheese. Sooooooo good!!!! The guy who runs the food truck was super nice and the food didn't take long at all. The quality of the food was great! No chinsy bacon here, they use the nice thick strips. The bread was perfectly crisp and just delicious. I usually only eat half a sandwich but that was impossible. I ate it all the area to eat in is beautiful, overlooking the river. It's clean and family friendly. next time I'm in Silverton I'll be back for more. Thanks again! read more

What a fun place. There are four food trucks and you can sit at tables or in lounger chairs overlooking the river. The sandwiches were awesome but the Mac-n- cheese was to die for. Owner was super friendly and brought our food right out to us. read more
