Not typical for a food truck, but considering the event was very busy I get it. The Gyro was very good, the meat had a great flavor and the corresponding white sauce was excellent. The chicken quesadilla was OK. The quesadilla from the Mexican taco truck adjacent was far better and more authentic, bigger, more charring on the tortilla and flavorful, which is understandable considering it's a Mexican food truck.
