You can eat inside there or there's a shaded outside eating area between the bar and the food cart. I went with the Slangers Style burger, which comes with white cheddar, smoked Oaxaca cheese sauce, Slangers Sauce and fried pickled red onion. I got mine with two patties. This burger was unctuously rich and super saucy. I think, for me, two patties was a bit much. I removed one of the patties and the flavors of all the components came through a bit more pronounced and balanced. So, I would stick with one patty on my next visit. Because I dislike wasting food, I also ate the extra patty by itself, and it was great and well-seasoned. The fries were delicious as well: hearty with bits of potatoes skin and fried to a perfect crispness. I will absolutely be back as this is one of the best burgers I've had in Salem!

My burger was juicy and the fries packed half the bag. The only downside was the grease soaking into the bag. It was a bit much and I didn't want to get a stain in my car, so they were tossed and wasted. Perhaps if they had a boat to catch them it wouldn't be so messy. Other than that, there were large bins of peanuts, but no real explanation - so, are you supposed to eat them? Seemed odd to not have a sign or be told about them. I know I've been to other restaurants where they offer them & patrons throw the shells on the floor but I didn't see anyone eating them. I guess I'll ask next time if I go back. Maybe they can double bag the fries, I dunno.

I was craving a big juicy burger and this hit the spot. I came here on a Sunday early afternoon. It was dead inside. And surprisingly cold. I reached out to them on Instagram and they informed me that the Riverview location wasn't getting enough business and unfortunately had to close :( in hindsight, their lack of business was probably a result of the constantly inconsistent hours that other reviewers have mentioned. Everything went about as usual until my daughter asked if she could get a refill, like she has multiple times before, while we were waiting on the food. The girl running the register, who somehow managed to get our 2-item order wrong three times while taking it, refused to allow her a refill. When I asked why not, she stated it was store policy that refills were only allowed for guests dining in. When I pointed out that she was not allowing us to dine in, she smuggly replied "that is correct." Rather than demand a manager, who presumably wadn't present since it was only the two teenagers running the kitchen and register, we've decided this will just be our last trip and advise all of you other yelpers of the substandard service this place has made a practice of providing.
