"Do you have valid passports? Are they good for 6 months past your travel date?" "It is very cold in the beginning of May". (I had told her our travel dates are at the END of May, but she didn't listen.) Finally she wanted to know how much we planned to spend. I told her we had a flexible budget, and our last tour was with Tauck, a high end tour operator. I still had ZERO information from her at this point. Her response was "Well I can't start spinning my wheels if I don't know how much you are willing to spend". I ended the conversation right then. Diana has a lot to learn about customer service. She drove away four high end customers with her rudeness and lack of interest.

There skydiving company has been lovely. Watch time I have went nothing but a great time. During Covid I don't think they are running. If you get a small plane to bring you here private that can be worked in as well. There been times especially with covid it was just safer to leave a bigger hub and transfer to here if you know someone with a plane that can get position here. Nothing special here, just planes and more planes. Non commercial planes I should say. The people seem to be pretty nice each time as well.

It's okay, I guess - the location works very well for me since it's only a 2 minute walk to the house and back, but there are issues with this station for me: - It's just creepy, to put it bluntly. The stop is not very well lit, which makes it really, really unnerving in the early morning. Add a huge abandoned building looming over the southbound side (it used to be the Planned Parenthood headquarters) and it's enough to make your skin crawl sometimes. Safety is a real concern here, especially if you're alone waiting for the train. There are a few folks that like to sleep under the roof at the Greyhound building across the street, too, and while they don't bother anyone, I have seen some suspicious looking characters from time to time. Be careful. - Constant improvements going on, which you would think would be a good thing. However, when half of the sidewalks are ripped up or blocked off, etc., it makes navigation of an already creepy area difficult. They just painted the benches because of the constant graffiti. That is one thing that I've noticed, though - whoever patrols this area makes sure that graffiti and other undesirable elements are usually removed right away. This area gets a lot of spray painted crap everywhere, but it's also gone pretty much the next day. I don't know who's keeping up with it, but it's appreciated. It's not bad, but be careful in the early morning(s) if you have to wait here by yourself. I would highly recommend waiting with someone you know, if you can. They do occasionally have transit police waiting here toward the weekends, which is good. On occasion, I've seen rats running on the tracks here in broad daylight. Ugh. Just a heads-up for those who may be squeamish about such things. (I know I am, heh.)

Thoroughbred made shuttle service seamless for our 5/13/23 wedding. They were communicative,…read morehelpful in assisting us in figuring out our shuttle needs, and on time. The shuttles were comfortable and clean, with friendly drivers who followed instructions to get to our middle-of-nowhere venue. Everything happened without a hitch. Not only did they deliver exactly what we asked for, but they went above and beyond. My groom and I were forced to clean up after our caterer, who left without completing her contracted work. When I communicated this politely to our driver (I so wish I could remember her name!) and asked if she could just wait a bit longer for us because we couldn't leave the property in that state, she responded, "Oh my gosh! That's horrible! Where are the trash bags?!" She helped us clean up all the napkins, bottles, cans, and cups littering the tables before getting us back to our hotel. I can't recommend this company enough.
