I crown you "New Fave Coffee Spot". The coffee here is stellar. I can't get over the perfect and balanced flavor on top of the latte art and the golden orange glassware. I'm obsessed! I literally can not have enough. Oh....and then the rest of the decor. You would think we were in some bougie LA neighborhood. Absolutely stunning wallpaper with cranes on it. There's this minty green background that is just so calming. And then the pastries! Wow! Chai Pumpkin Bread is so moist and flavorful! I really could not believe those first bites. My boyfriend and I just happen to find this place so randomly on one of our big walks. Last time we tried the "Blueberry Lemon Olive Oil Cake", this is next level. I need to try the madelines! Everyone who works here is so sweet and pleasant. They are the perfect people to start my day with. We live a nice walk away but it's a treat to know this place will be our first stop. Also I have been tempted to get their hoodie with the swans! The art work is so beautiful and stylish!

Quaint local cafe that's pretty busy. Open seating and variety cafe options. Water closets located adjacent pick up desk. I ordered the matcha and blueberry lemon cake. Really tasty items that I would return for. Also decently priced. The service is fast and professional but can get busy. Front patio seating available as well.

Such a unique coffeeshop! If you have a friend visiting you in Brooklyn, definitely put this cafe on your list of things to try. Passionfruit Coffee might make them fall in love with the city! Get a coffee, a hojicha, or their must try treat, the passionfruit pound cake. Yummm! I've been wanting to leave a review for awhile, but this cafe was dealing with online review trolls. So glad to see that cleared up, they deserve nothing less than 5 whole stars!

Like others who rated Passionfruit Coffee, going there was an excellent experience. The exterior is all glass so the interior is bright and airy. The decorations and furniture are spare, in a good way. Still, there is enough seating to go around. The espresso coffees were excellent. We didn't try any of the baked goods, but they looked very good. The prices appear to be high when you first see the menu. But, tips are included. You never really know how much to give. I'd much rather have it built-in (sometimes) than trying to determine what is fair.

So I've passed this place while walking and I decided I wanted to try them out! The bright colored art work and see through glasses make it very welcoming to go inside. Food: 2/5 I wasn't as impressed with the passion fruit cake as it's named after their establishment. I anticipated the texture would be sweeter, smoother and moist. But the cake was EXTREMELY dry and tasted more like box cake. Service: 3/5 basic service was provided staff was pleasant, greeted upon arrival which I liked. Offered some coffee and iced latte options. As well as the cake which I am not a fan of. Ambiance: 4/5 Love the green accent wall and art work it's pretty spacious inside and cute for WFH. Music selection was nice. The location gets a lot of sunlight on sunny days which makes it very appealing and it's in a quiet area which I enjoy. I will try to come here again to enjoy the space.

Such a cute coffee shop! I thought the interior was beautiful with the art on the walls and such a fun place to sit and get some work done if you like. The baristas were very friendly both times I came in. I had the special jasmine-miso hojicha latte both times - it was so good. The first time I tried the chocolate chip cookie which I really liked. The second time they were almost completely out of pastries but I snagged the last blueberry olive oil cake they had. Also really liked it!

COFFEE IS SO SMOOTH AND FLAVORFUL! All syrups are made in house so that's automatically 4 stars! (You know a place is good if they make their own syrups!!! Anti-monin) Such a quiet cute place, little inside Merch & coffee available for purchase

I am kicking myself for not heading into Passionfruit Coffee more than the one time we walked there while visiting Bedstuy. The decor is phenomenal, especially with their eye-catching, chic Japanese crane accent wall. If the MoMa had a cool, hip pop-up cafe, this would be the vibe. The baristas were incredibly chill and easy to talk to, and I love that they have such a streamlined menu. The menu is actually gratuity included, and it's really nice to know exactly how much you're paying for each item. The owners are industry experts and pastry trained (Culinary Institute of America), so need I say more about the fantastic food and beverage offerings? I will anyway since you NEED to know. I got the most perfect cortado pull with beautiful latte art, and my husband enjoyed their chai latte. We also indulged in their gorgeous work-of-art passionfruit pound cake and hazelnut-caramel coffee cake. Truly delectable, and a treat for both the eye and tastebuds. Highly recommend!

Come for the coffee, stay for the vibe, return for the friendliness of the staff. Passionfruit has quickly moved up my list of favorite coffee shops since they opened. The mocha, which I order with oat milk, is made with quality chocolate. The baristas never burn the espresso and I'm so thankful for that because it's something I run into far too often. I love the blueberry olive oil cake. It's so good I find myself cutting it into smaller and smaller pieces just to prolong the experience. I enjoy coming in and taking a moment to enjoy my coffee before resuming the demands of the workday. Bonus points for their solid playlists.

I've been here a handful of times and have loved it every time. They have unique seasonal drinks and pastries which are both really good. My go to is a matcha latte with oat milk and I like that no matter who makes it, it always tastes consistently good. The vibe is really cute and perfect to just sit, work, or read a book. Plus the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable with their recommendations. People who come in seem to be regulars and chat with the workers which is nice to see. Definitely recommend coming here if you're in the neighborhood!

Place is sleek with super cute bird wallpaper. They have a cute outdoor seating area with a water bowl for doggies. The iced oat latte was good. I asked for light ice but not sure if I got that, and wow I've never paid so much for that drink (over $8) but ya know the place is cool and I was stunned into paying the toll. It looks like theh really are meticulous. About their coffee though and it was delicious. they had a different type of oat milk had never tried before which was good and really smooth. Nice vibe, good drinks I'll go back

Love love love this place! If you want to spend the day working here you will need to get here early. However people do tend to frequent in and out so I've never had a lot of trouble finding a seat. It has a model clean feel, the music is always on point. The drinks are so good. I tend to get a matcha or whatever is on their seasonal list. I love their chocolate chip cookies with the pieces of sea salt chocolate. The best part is they don't accept tips so the prices are fair to support that and I assume pay their workers a fair

Excellent coffee! We found ourselves in the neighborhood in dire need of a cup of coffee and I'm so happy I didn't pass on this one! All of our coffees we delicious and we even went back to buy some beans for the house. The space is a bit of a neighborhood hub to get work done which I personally love the site of.

Got brunch here on a Sunday with a friend. We split the Hot Honey Gem Salad and Hottokeki (Japanese…read moresoufflé pancake). The pancake is gigantic and is absolutely meant to be shared. It was really fluffy and smelled soooo good (reminiscent of the HK street cart waffles). But because it's so big, by the time we ate half of it, we were getting a little tired of the same taste. The salad was good but nothing to rave about. For drinks, we tried the Lebowski-San and Kettl Hojicha Kombucha. It was my first time trying a clarified cocktail and it was really unique. I thought there would be more ice cream honestly but I still loved it. The kombucha though was shockingly tasty. I loved it so much that I bought a bottle online once I got home (they're from Kettl, a local distillery in Brooklyn). The venue is really spacious and I actually planned a wedding here in the past. They host a lot of events and there was even a birthday party happening when I ate there. The only downside is the location. The only train that goes there is the G so it's a bit hard to get to. Food: Hot Honey Gem Salad (radish, buckwheat, fennel, yuzu vinaigrette) 9/10 Hottokeki / Japanese Soufflé Pancake (fluffy hotcake, honey maple butter, sesame) 9/10 Add Mini White Sesame Soft Serve (soy milk, sesame oil) 10/10 - I would recommend just getting this on its own instead of the Hottokeki if you're craving just a little dessert. Drinks: Lebowski-San (green tea shochu, pisco, sakura leaf, clarified matcha ice cream, cold brew coffee floater) 9/10 - This is a clarified cocktail which I didn't expect. I thought I was ordering a matcha ice cream-like drink so although the drink was good, all the ingredients are very subtle in flavor. Kettl x Unified Ferments 'Hojicha' Kombucha (jou yanagi hojicha) 10/10 - This is an absolute must-try!

Last I was here was for brunch and we sat in the outdoor patio area. We got a two things to share and a main each. Shared plates were the soufflé pancake and silken tofu. Both were a miss for me. The pancake had a baking soda aftertaste and also they brought it out right away instead of after we finished our mains so it sat around in the table for a while until we were ready to eat it. Silken tofu had a mediocre flavor palette. There was no variation in texture either, just one plate of mushy items. We didn't finish either one of those. For a main, I ordered a a Wagyu beef bowl. It was really good but on the smaller side. The service was attentive aside from a spillage when the order came. Then they started placing plates on top of the spill instead of wiping the table. Eventually they cleaned it but overall there was lack of training in this case. I am not dying to come back here but would consider if I'm in the area again. I really like the actual space but food/service can improve.
