The penne al salmone was a creamy tomato pasta with smoked salmon. This was saucy and so delicious! The fettuccine abruzzo was a creamy cheese sauce with pancetta, peas and mushrooms. Instead of offering to replace the meal or help in any way, they just took the plate without saying a word. No one checked in, and no effort was made to resolve the issue. Then, to top it off, I was still charged €10.50 for the dish I couldn't eat. When I asked for the manager, a staff member said she was the manager, but never introduced herself or showed any care about the situation. She said I was charged because I "gave back the food." It's not about the money -- it's about the complete lack of customer care or professionalism. We left extremely disappointed and won't be returning. I wouldn't recommend Rugantino to anyone.

We ordered the mild, and friends with us with a little heat. Everyone loved it! House made pasta was so so good. We also ordered one of the best Caesar salads. Great dressing, a wonderful lettuce that tastes fresh from the garden, sliced white onions, croutons and thin sliced Parmesan. We each ordered different drinks and they were all good.
