Not only was the whole install cheaper than I was expecting my electric bill keeps getting smaller! Thanks again Jason and crew! I can't say enough good things about Passionate Cooling. From start to finish they have been nothing but top tier professionals. Jason, Bobby, Krayson and Alfredo all worked their butts off and replaced my two very old units with fantastic new units in very minimal time, got my quotes on Monday and the work was completed on Thursday "WOW". Any mess they may have made was cleaned up and you wouldn't have known there had been any work done at all. You really can't ask for more from a contractor and I thank them for all the hard work. Jason contacted me to help me with my refrigeration repair. I was let down by one of his other associates. He seemed very nice. He sent Derek over to my place to look at the issues. Instead of any repairs being done they told me I needed a new unit And never contacted me again. If you want to waste your time, call these people, but if not run the other way. Jason and his team are thorough and honest with their recommendations. I appreciated the communication we received during the install of HV/AC, water heater and water softener. They were considerate of our home and garage by placing tarps where they needed to walk. They also did a nice job of cleaning up after the install and taking away disposal items. He does a good job of listening to our needs and concerns while supporting our decisions. We will call them for service with HV/AC or plumbing again. read more

I'm very disappointed. They installed the AC and heater. Everything worked OK and then they left the sound of the AC and heater is so loud that I can't hear my TV and when I talk to anyone, we can't hear each other unless it's off. I called Jason. They came out said they would research it and get back to me. Never heard a word since. I have texted and called several times and my daughter who found Jason for me originally texted with no response. After spending $9000 I feel like I deserve a response. I even asked if I could get the manufacturers number because my old one was the same brand and I did not have this issue. It was just very old so I thought I would call the manufacturer, but I can't even get their number. No response in a business is not good. I own my own company before and I know as such. All he has to do is tell me he can't fix it Instead of telling me he's going to research it and get back to me and then never respond. maybe 9000 isn't a lot to some people but I am blind disabled and my husband passed away so I'm alone and that was a lot of money to me. Disability doesn't pay very well. I feel I at least deserved a response. My daughter, who really liked them in the beginning was very disappointed as well. read more

Jason really helped me out. He is kind and has compassion for people having trouble. He will work with you and explain everything you need done. He was able to respond quickly and do the work within a day. I would absolutely call him if I ever needed any work done again and would not consider anyone else! I'm really not sure why Jason does not like us. Jason, if we did ANYTHING to upset you in ANY way, we're sorry. The first time you came out to see our issue, it took us calling you a MINIMUM of (4) times to get you here. And, we're talking about a MONTH to get you out here. During which time you NEVER called us, we had to call you. So, you finally showed up on the setup day. (2) Hours after you said you would be here. Anyhow, you charged us $99.00 dollars for the service call, we handed you $100.00, you did not offer us the change. In addition, we gave you and your helper a $40.00 tip. The understanding was between us, that we were going to do X and Y, and then you would come back out and complete the job. Getting into the technical details will not entertain anyone. So now, fast forward to the next visit. We called you. Again. And again. Your daughter's birthday party. Etc. types of reasons why you could NOT come out. Finally, you agreed to call us with a schedule. No Call. Called you again. You'll be here Tuesday. No Call No Show. Ok, we're tired of BEGGING! You don't need to bother yourself taking our money. Bye Bye forever. We're just not sure why other people seem to find your company so great. But when you WERE here that one, day, you told us how you were so customer oriented and wanting to do our job so much! We can only guess that you simply hated us. On top of all this, our location is only a mile from your shop. In the same 89122 zip code. Go figure. Notice my A/C unit is out at around 9:00 PM at night, I went on Yelp to get a few quotes and see if anyone is willing to come out tonight to take a look. Jason called shortly after I submitted a request, and within the hour he had Derek out at around 10:30 pm at night to look into my issue. Both was service orientated, and Derek was able to tell me what the issue was have suggest a fix without replacing anything. Jason was prompt and courteous, found someone to come out tonight if not for them my family would've been roasting during the day time. Thanks a lot guys! I appreciate you both. read more

What's worse than having your AC fail the night before a long work day ?!? Add to the mix 2 small dogs and 2 cats to worry about as well... we had plans to get a guy to come out the following day but we would have to cancel our day and what if the pups got so hot ?!?! That's when I searched through Yelp and found Jason and Bobby. Let me tell you they were so nice and so understanding and within an hour of my call Bobby was at my house. He not only fixed an electrical problem that our last tech missed but he also replaced our capacitor which we were previously told was functioning fine. Bobby worked efficiently and saved the day !!!
