This is the worst nail shop ever??! This is exactly why I don't support Inglewood Businesses because you always got people trying to do to much?!!!! And I'm very unhappy with my nails....the first time was cool but this time around they look horrible?! As a business owner, I get you want to help everybody but don't doubt book ur appointments??? And then you wanna Rush to hurry up to get to the next customer?!! That's not cool!!! I visited this shop for a pedicure & a fill in. The pedicure was great until the lady started to cut the cuticles around my toenails and dig into the sides of my toe nails and underneath the nails. This was a bit painful. Next, while doing my fill in, the worker was rushing because another customer, who seemed to be a regular, wanted a pedicure but was pressed for time. My polish was not applied correctly to the bottoms and sides of my nails. The cutting of my cuticles on my hands was painful as well...and now my cuticles are rough and rugged looking. I've been getting my nails done for over 25 yrs and my hands have never looked like this. I selected white polish. Nothing more. The technician took it upon herself to start adding glitter. When I advised I did not want glitter, she proceeded as if I said nothing. Lastly, I was offered a brow wax, which I declined-yet the lady still removed my hat and proceeded with placing wax on my eyebrows. One thing that WAS very nice was while telling a friend, who was there with me, that I was hungry...the technician offered me a burrito. This visit was around $90...I was not satisfied. read more

First time here and Teresa was in a rush, I asked for pedicure and gel manicure. For my manicure she didn't do cuticles just applied gel polish. I had to ask to get my cuticles removed. She then only did the end corners on each nail. I had to once again ask for full cuticle around my nail. She rushed the process and ended up cutting me and my nails started bleeding. I was here for total of 2.5 hours. And was asked at least 3 times to wait so she can do a service on someone else. She even mentioned that she was sorry she didn't do the best service for my first time. Although she didn't end up charging me for the manicure that I wasn't even happy about. For the pedicure they do not do a good job either. The polish was not applied evenly therefore I will not be returning here. read more

I found this salon by randomly searching Google for a nail salon that does eyebrow arching. I took a chance after reading the reviews and stopped in. So glad I did. Teresa was really attentive to making sure I was satisfied with my eyebrows and the price is reasonable. I was really happy with my arch. I decided to stay and see if she could fix my nails that another nail salon messed up last week and she made them look so much better. Great attention to details. They look natural. Then I decided to get a pedicure, also. I love that she uses natural products to moisturize my feet and I was so relaxed after my feet and leg massage paired with the spa massage chair I was in. I felt like I visited a spa today. Thanks Teresa for making my day. I will make this place my permenent salon for now on. read more

I wanted to like this salon spa a lot more than I did because it's local. I went and had to wait even though I had an appointment. In the middle doing my nails she starts working on some other customer then tells me to sit in the pedicure spa chair. Although I was there before the other customer she starts working on their pedicure. Then to make things worse the gel polish started peeling a few days later. After careful examination I saw she also cut down my nails crooked. Maybe she was in a rush, but a rush job is not ok when you still charge full price for mediocre service. The place was semi clean. Would I go back? Only if my regular nail spa is unavailable. read more

Teresa what a Beautiful soul! I've gone to several nail salons over the past 4 months, even the so called private one on Crenshaw and Manchester across from the 99 Cent Store (don't even bother). Walked into my 1st appointment today and had the best pedicure across the board. Here's photos from the private salon (nail chipped the next day). The black gel is from a salon in Culver City, The middle one is from Teresa. Plus, she treated my hard calluses without using any chemicals. I'm not usually the type of person to complain nor write about it but this trip to the nail shop has prompted me to do both. I went in for a full set, pedicure and eyebrow wax. My pedicure ( done by Lyen- the aunt) was extremely rushed- i had to point out errors with the polish being on my skin, parts of my toenail not even having polish on it.... Overall, my pedicure is 4 days old and it looks 2 weeks old. My full set- (done by Teresa) I was asked what shape i wanted but she tried to give me a horribly shaped nail because she thought it looked better. The color i picked out, was too light in her opinion. So i asked for cappuccino but got Nude. I was then told I was picky. Ummm, my money, i'll be picky if i want to. My eyebrows-(Teresa) ahhh, my eyebrows. I told her to clean them up, which she did. One eyebrow was a little less clean so i asked her to pluck a few hairs and she preferred not to because she said my eyebrow would look higher than the other. (I came home and plucked them, it looks fine!) These may be simple, small, stupid complaints.... But they're big to me because I'm taking my money and spending it at your establishment. One word...GARBAGE!! Would not even be acceptable if I were BLIND. The polish looks like a 5 year old was trying to do it for the first time ever. They added a $5 charge just to shape nails. If you wear contacts do not even bother considering this salon. The sides of my nails have ragged edges that would rip any contact lenses. They charged me $35 for a fill with gel polish. I went in and asked for gel ombre (nude to white like French tip) she got halfway done and told me she didn't understand what I had said in English at all and that I would have to settle for dip powder (which she did not have white or nude of, just shades of pink) OR just a gel polish. Absolutely the worst salon in the entire Los Angeles area. Waste of time and money for trash service and the worst end result I've ever seen on my hands. I will have to go get it fixed at another salon ASAP. Also ridiculous since I was the first customer of the day and the place was empty until 2pm. Makes sense. Don't make my mistake. read more

My first manicure in LA. I went because I read many positive reviews. The only reason I am giving this place a 4 and not 5 is because of the appointment time. I made an appointment for 9am. When I arrived there were two people there and I didn't get started till 930ish. That aside I love my nails. I'm a nurse and I needed something very natural. Very neat and polished look. Had a gel pedicure here. Overall charge was $40, but I didn't have any designs so, yeah, just had to put that out there. Very nice ladies that helped me out. I wish they had an actual color wheel to choose the colors from, but it's okay. Dont usually leave reviews but... Went here during a visit to CA when I wasnt able to get my nails done before. It was a Thursday afternoon and the salon was empty when we walked in. My boyfriend also wanted a pedicure. They put an older woman to do his pedicure and even he noticed she had no clue what she was doing. Pedicures are usually a relief for him due to his calluses but he left with the same calluses and same pain. I asked for a full set and the tech was Teresa. She asked me to wait midway through the service for a scheduled appt, fine. I waited and got a message in the pedi chair. Then she rushed through my service, burning me several times with the file to get to the next customer. Even had an attitude when I mentioned the burning and continued as if I didnt say a word. The two women who did my manicure and pedicure were lovely, my gel manicure is still chip-less and I got my nails done 5 days ago, but within 2 and a half days my pedicure was already chipping badly, not the little chips that go unnoticed either, but ones I can't wear any of my shoes that you can see my toes in which is inconvenient because I paid $25+ in hopes of having nice looking toe nail polish for at least a week. I went in yesterday to get a fill and a pedicure and waxing, first off the lady that started doing my fill didn't know what she was doing. She was leaving this fill all stuck on my skin and bulky that I had bubbles on the cuticle area. Some other lady took over she actually knew what she was doing. Will I go back here I'm not sure.
