It should be walk-in only if they're not gonna follow their appointment schedule time. so fucking ridiculous at this point and all they're gonna say is I'm sorry. No let me get you in. Let me prioritize your appointment over a walk-in just I'm sorry for wasting your time your gas. They do not care about your time !

She fixed all my little hang nails and cleaned everything up, didn't file my nail bed, and my first manicure stayed on for a month, easy. I removed it because I was getting tired of the color but it didn't peel or lift at all. The appointments are long but it's because Tina takes VERY good care of your nails. Yes, the price is also higher but for the time and expertise you're getting... decades of experience and superb attention to detail.

In the second room where my lashes were done, i laid on a HEATED bed which i cannot rave more about. I was so comfortable as Lisa lifted and tinted my lashes (which all took about ~45mins). Lisa let me be a little chatterbox throughout the session but in my silent moments I enjoyed the ambient music. i haven't worn makeup or tired with my appearance for YEARS and having lifted black lashes adds SO MUCH.
