After texting their contact number, the owner Yvonne called me and answered all of my questions. She was super sweet & didn't make me feel like I was asking too many questions. Toni was my lash tech and she is amazing! I didn't even realize that I was laying there for almost 90minutes. I did the full classic LED lash and there was no pain and no irritation. We had great conversation and she also answered questions that I had. The space is small, clean and cute located in a suite building that has ample amount of free parking. I will definitely be back! I love my lashes! Thanks Toni

I asked Sophie for a natural look, but the result was the opposite. The lashes were heavy, overly…read morecurled, poorly placed, and uncomfortable. They actually hurt, and a week later they still don't look right. One eye has shed almost completely while the other is still full, so they're uneven and look worse over time. After two days of trying to reach someone, I finally spoke with the owner, Yvonne, who offered to remove them. I clearly said I did not want Sophie to touch my lashes again. When I arrived, Sophie was the one assigned to remove them anyway. I declined and left. What made this even more uncomfortable was being pressured to leave a review before I even left my original appointment. Sophie handed me a QR code and insisted I write it on the spot, standing over me while I did it. It didn't feel optional, and it wasn't an honest review. Based on my experience, I would not trust the reviews here or return.

She is so sweet, very friendly and wants to make sure you are comfortable and okay with her work every step of the way. She even helped "fix" one of my real nails that was splitting by adding some acrylic to even it out - free of charge. I can't say enough how sweet Mina is. I will definitely come back again. She does her own art work and her designs look amazing. Since her shop is small, there is a chance she may not be able to take you right away. But if you can wait, it is well worth it. Try calling ahead to see if she has availability if you don't feel like waiting.

Instead, she just did my nails right after. 2) she stopped in the middle of doing my nails to feed the pigeons outside and came back to continue without washing her hands. 3) she cut me up so many times 4) she didn't clean up my nails after 5) my nails overall looked a little uneven Overall, this place was unsanitary and my fingers + fingernails were hurting the next day to the point that I thought I had gotten an infection. I had still received numerous compliments so I'm happy about that but i will never pay $45 for dip nails here again. I also gave her a $5 tip and I'm not even sure why. (You can see one of the many cuts on my pinky finger, it's red)

Friendly staff, and great work!…read more I've been coming here for about 1.5 years now. I love that you can book online, and there's multiple technicians that you can go to. Scheduling with independent lash technicians became difficult for me because of scheduling conflict. They're open everyday. I usually see Tiana, but everyone who's done my lashes when she's unavailable is great! The longevity of the lashes is also great! I get a bunch of compliments on my lashes even when they're super outgrown haha Prices are reasonable! They also have a loyalty card!

I've been to a couple of techs and when I read that they used a special glue, I was surprised because I had never heard of it. When we started, she got frustrated and told me that my eye kept twitching. I told her it was because I felt a burning sensation and also felt like the tape was poking my eye. She offered the sensitive glue which i agreed to but I feel like she got really upset based on her tone. She asked me if I had drunk coffee, which I had. In the past, it never became an issue so serious. She kept claiming, in a slightly rude tone, that I felt burning because my eye kept twitching, but she never tried to fully tape my eye shut. The entire time, I felt burning and discomfort in my left eye, and every time she moved my lashes around, it hurt. I have never had that happen before, so I was really scared that it might lead to an infection or something. This morning, I woke up with the bottom of my eye red and my eyes still feeling a bit irritated. Right now, I regret getting them done there, and I'm hoping it's not something serious like an infection.
