I have gone in to this establishment to get my nails done and the elderly gentleman with the "I Heart Nails" had cut my cuticles and made me bleed covering it up with nail glue, would not recommend this person if you go to this place they switched my nails techs without telling me although the girl who finished did very well.
If I could give negative stars I would. The lady who did my nails- didn't catch her name- was so rude and was on her phone the entire time. She was rushing my nails and was even aggressive while switching fingers to put acrylics on. She also got upset when I said wow those are short and said "I SHOW YOU, YOU SAID YOU LIKE!!!!" Which was not the case because if she had listened to me rather than being on the phone I said no that's too short. I even showed her an "inspiration" photo for the shape and length. So disappointed. She never cut my cuticles or handle my nails with care they were bleeding and are sore now. AND to top it all off i paid $50 for a less than fair experience as well as just a regular full set. My nails look like they need a fill already and it's been an hour since having them done. Never coming back here! Posting pictures of my nails and also a split screen of the inspo photo with how mine came out.
The lady there did a horrible job on my daughter's nails. She got money for this as a Christmas gift from her grandparents and it was a waste of money. When I asked for a refund the lady told me that I was a bad person for asking for a refund mind you my daughter is 12 and just wanted to try something fun, never again will we go there or recommend it to ANYONE!!! This lady should not be doing acrylics, she has no idea what she's doing!!
I waited over an hour to get my nails done, only for them to let me leave with wet polish that started to peel and crack a couple hours later. DO NOT COME HERE. They also charged my friend 20 dollars extra for gel polish and shaping the nails, which they did not tell us when we called about pricing on the phone.
So love Jenny. She's the best. They place of always clean. Very relaxing. Always so helpful and detail is wonderful.
I will definitely not being coming back here. I asked for acrylic French tip and pretty early on of her painting them I asked the lady if she could do the tip thinner like I showed her in the reference photo, she cut me off and said no she can't. The lines ended up being uneven, the color was transparent because she didn't do enough coats, and my thumbs were two different sizes. I called the next day and asked if she could fix it, and she said yes. When I came in she told me she could only do 3 nails if I didn't want to get charged again, even though there was her mistakes on every nail. There was definitely miscommunication and I didn't want to be rude/obnoxious with what I wanted, but she could have easily redone them if she wasn't rushed due to being under staffed or cared enough to do the right thing
I opened my mobile banking app to find a $40 charge from passion from January 27th. And that would be fine except I haven't been there since DECEMBER 27th. I called and the lady that answered changed her story from , "oh I just did the paperwork" to "we will give you a credit" to "come in with a bank statement" the last charge on 12/27/2020 was $33 and it went through already. I went to the bank who managed to fix the charge (especially after they saw my grown out nails). I immediately started screenshotting transactions in my account from them. I took photos of my nails right away. Anyone who has their nails don't can clearly tell I have not had them done in more than a month! THEY ARE NOT FOLLOWING PCI guidelines and clearly had my card on file somewhere. THIS IS FRAUD!!! Every time I am in there I am the only one there with usually someone leaving or walking in when I arrive. I always wonder how they stay in business. THIS IS HOW!!! BEWARE! CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS
My friend and I are new to flagstaff and wanted to try our luck in finding a good nail salon near campus. This place definitely didn't make the cut. We got a full set and when she was cutting the nail, I asked for a sort of coffin shape. She proceeded to tell the other workers ".... coffin shape..." and then looked at me and said "no they're too short. Tell me next time" with an attitude. I sat there feeling like I had just been scolded by a teacher in school. To make things worse, they filed my acrylics way too hard, and along the way I keep getting cut at the bottom of my nail bed. I would flinch in pain when it would happen, hoping they'd start being more careful, but it kept happening. I am now left with uncomfortable cuts along the bottoms of my nail beds, and nails that aren't even painted all the way. This stuff wouldn't bother me if the staff was friendly and welcoming, but they weren't. I wasn't satisfied with any part of the experience, really. Would not recommend.
I came here after another salon messed up my nails. The crappy place is across the street and is called Lively Nails. I left them a bad review with pictures. DO NOT GO THERE! Passion Nail Salon took very good care of me. The nail tech named V was very friendly and took me immediately. The shop was clean and well organized. If I'm ever in Flagstaff again, I will definitely come back.

I was a walk-in, and the gentlemen did not use sterilized nail clippers . In between the gel polish coats, he was filing my nails which left nail dust on my nails, and he just put the nail polish over the nail dust. This is possibly the worst manicure I have ever gotten. I do not recommend they are not sterile or clean. The place is filthy. The equipment is filthy. It was just a horrible experience. read more

the lady really hurt my cuticle. I was bleeding the whole time and she didn't even clean it up! You can see how bulky and weird my nails are. I expect to be handled gently and I expect decent service. I am paying $65. that's not cheap!! Very disappointed. Never going back read more

Not a salon I would recommend!! I walked in and they told me to come back in an hour which is fine because i didn't have an appointment. They only have one lady working... great business right? They charge $45 for a full set then $15 for gel and $5 for shape. I got short coffin nails. They charge for shape but don't you have the shape the nails anyways?? Any other salon i've been to never charges extra for gel on acrylic nails. Especially $15!! I could buy my own bottle of gel for that price I'm upset with the way I was treated at the salon and they should definitely work on their communication skills. A sign with prices would also be beneficial. Lastly my nails are all different sizes and there is acrylic under my nails. My friend also had a bad experience and the lady let her walk out with wet nails. Ridiculous definitely do not recommend and I believe I was overcharged! read more

I just went back to speak to the "manger " to tell them how terrible of a job the employee did my nails and not only was I kept being ignored but the lady felt the need to tell the guy how much it was going to cost me too get them done how I would have liked it. I wasn't worried about the cost of getting them done; I just wanted them to look as I had shown the woman in the picture. The only response I got was that the next time I show up I will get a discount. I'm confused as to why they assume I was going to show up again once I had asked for partial of my money back since this rude and pea brain had messed up so bad. The length of my nails are UNEVEN ! Half of them are significantly longer then the others read more

So not many people know of any good nail salons in Flagstaff. Well, I am writing this review to let everyone know, that Passion Nail Salon is definitely NOT one of them. I visited Friday (April 13th) afternoon around 2pm. I was doing my morning shopping and decided to test this place out. I asked for a regular manicure, inspired by a simple matte design from Pinterest. I usually paint my own nails, but today I wanted to treat myself. Well. When the manicure was done, I was appalled. The ladies rushed me out of the salon, and when I got in the car, all I saw was a lumpy mass of haphazardly-put on nail polish. There were remnants of nail polish color on my skin, which shows a lack of time put into the manicure, and sloppiness. Barely 24 hours later, the color has chipped away and looks like an even bigger mess than before. And it's not like I've sat and picked at the polish or done anything harsh to rub at them. So, today, April 14, I decided to go back in and see if I could get a refund for these horribly disgusting nails. When I walked in, I told one of the ladies about my experience and she replied, in an extremely rude way, that she won't be giving me a refund, and that the most she could do was put nail polish over it. In the middle of me once again asking about the refund, she ignores me and starts taking care of another person. When I told her I will not be coming back, she rolled her eyes and continued to work on customers. Really? This is the kind of customer service you want in the world? From the reviews, it's evident that they do shitty polish jobs and in no way take care of your nails. For $25 and friendlier service, drive to Phoenix, where people are actually considerate of you and want to help. 0 stars. Don't give this place your business or even a second chance. read more

Not sure why Passion has so many bad reviews, but I was very happy :) I've gone here twice, once to have my old acrylics removed and to have a gel manicure done in its place with a pedi, and the second time was a few nights ago to get a full set. I can't remember who I had, but she was awesome and we had a good conversation. My Mani came out very nicely, very even and all the same shape. I got a gel coat done and it was done perfectly! Definitely will be coming back. Only reason I gave 4/5 is because it is pretty pricy. I'm used to paying about $25 for a full set + I tip $7. This place was $50 before tip so I left spending $60. Kind of a lot /: read more

Are they even open anymore? I have attempted to come here two different weekend and they haven't been open during their posted hours. They used to be my favorite but I'm going to have to stop trying and take my business elsewhere.
Oh yes just left there
