Nice salon. TV's feature lovely travel pictures on stream, no crazy news or background reality tv. Nice subtle jazz contemporary music, not too loud, but relaxing. Well lit, but not blaring fluorescent lights. Good comfortable chairs. And an excellent pedicure. What more could u ask for? read more

Please do not go here. The set I requested was very fairly simple. Unfortunately I do not have pictures of them, but I have attached what I wanted below. I requested them shorter than this. The person I had didn't even do the color under the pattern that differentiates the nails from the other. She just did all of them one color. I could you not, the paint and design job took about 15-20 minutes total and the only reason it took that long, is because she had to use a magnet to get the cat eye effect. I was charged 85 dollars. My little sister who had much shorter and smaller nails in general because she is 8 years old got charged 55 dollars. Her design was a French tip and had two nail stickers on it. She wanted jewels, but for some reason had her pick stickers instead. I wasn't notified about the price of my nails until half way through my appointment and had no idea about my sisters until we were at the counter. I paid and didn't say anything because I figured it's my fault for not asking earlier... and sense I don't get my nails done very often, it doesn't matter that much. But now I feel justified in my frustration after trying to take them off only to realize they use the ILLEGAL MMA acrylic powder which is SO MUCH CHEAPER and makes the 140 dollar charge in total make no sense at all. Her nails ended up cracking and falling off within a few days. This set took 4 hours to take off with help from my partner because I don't own a nail drill. It completely ruined my nail filer and I used 3/4 of a bottle of brand new acetone. My nails are so sensitive, damaged, and hurt so bad. The MMA smelled disgusting, it was so gummy, and hardened literally 10 seconds after taking my hands out of the acetone which is why it took 4 hours to take off. They are taking advantage of women and little girls who have no idea about how dangerous or what MMA is and how much nails are supposed to cost. Please find somewhere else, or ask to make sure they are using the legal EMA when getting acrylic sets. I will be reporting to the Board of Cosmetology. read more

Out of owners here! Vacationing in Sedona, but haven't found a good nail place there. Found TLC on Yelp.com and called to make an appointment for my husband (pedi) and I (full set). Nice salon and kind people. I was very happy with my funky almond shaped nails. My husband enjoyed his pedicure very much! All set! Now, we can enjoy our vacay! read more

Beautiful modern Spa, they pamper me. My favorite thing is the paraffin wax pedicure. My feet love this place! They are busy, so make sure to call to schedule. There are a lot of great options for nails too. Sometimes I go for the Gel Dip, but lately I've been getting acrylics. Their polish choices are endless. read more

I've been a client there for nearly 2 years. The vibe is relaxing with muted soft music and gorgeous landscape/wildlife videos. It is very clean. There are numerous service options; all expertly done. The staff is highly experienced and the quality of services is consistent with whomever may perform your service. We have had services done by Hellen, Chris, Tiffany, Vivian, Sonny, Stephanie, Linda, Kelly...all with excellent service I loved watching the biker type man come in today for a pedi. He walked out like a happy kitten. The nail tech took the time to teach him how to avoid the painful callouses he had walked in with. I could never get my husband in for a pedi until he tried TLC. He is now a regular. We drive up to Flag from Phx in the winter months to have our nails done at TLC. read more

Do not recommend booking at this salon - just from my call to the salon. I called to book mani/pedi appts for 3 people. Was told that they are severely understaffed and unable to accommodate 3 people, even though I was calling 2 weeks in advance. Also tried to revise the services I was requesting to accommodate minimal staff, but still wasn't able to book. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told "I am the manager, I answer the phones, but I just work here and my boss told me to book no more than 2 people." Unprofessional and unworkable. Needless to say, I won't be even trying this salon, regardless of how well their services are. read more

I had a very disappointing experience at Flagstaff Nail Salon and will not be returning…read more I called ahead to schedule an appointment for myself and my two kids. When I made the appointment, I specifically told Mary that I wanted a gel manicure and pedicure done at the same time so I could finish around the same time as my kids, who were getting basic manicures and pedicures. Mary confirmed this over the phone and told us to come in at 11:45 a.m. We arrived early at 11:35 a.m. and I reminded Mary that my appointment was supposed to include my manicure and pedicure at the same time. She immediately told me they couldn't do that but assured me not to worry because I would still finish at the same time as my kids. She seemed to be in a bad mood, so I didn't argue. The salon was packed, with many people already waiting. Even though we had an appointment, we waited over 35 minutes before anyone helped us. Around noon, they finally started my pedicure, and shortly afterward my kids' services began. After my pedicure, Mary took me to her station for my gel manicure. She was on her phone while removing my old gel polish and was extremely rough. I tried to tolerate the pain, but after about seven nails, it became unbearable. I politely asked if she could be a little gentler. Instead of responding professionally, she looked at me and said, "Go sit at station 7 so someone else can do your nails." I moved to station 7 and then had to wait another 35 minutes before someone finally came to finish my manicure. By that point, my kids had already been waiting for me for nearly an hour. Unfortunately, the manicure itself was rushed and poorly done. To make matters worse, when I went to pay, Mary handled the transaction rudely, shoved the receipt toward me without saying a word, and walked away. Appointments should mean something. If the salon couldn't accommodate what was promised over the phone, they should have been honest from the beginning instead of having us wait and completely disrupting our afternoon. Good customer service includes clear communication, professionalism, and treating customers with respect. Sadly, this experience had none of those qualities. I will never return, and I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience.

I spent $70 on a pedicure here, and unfortunately I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the work and the overall experience. The finished polish looks terrible. There are patches where the polish is missing, several nails are not fully covered, there is polish on the surrounding skin, and the polish itself is visibly thick and clumpy. I wish there were an option to upload photos because the pictures show just how poorly it turned out. During the pedicure, I specifically asked if the callus on my heel could receive some extra attention. After I made that request, the technician's attitude noticeably changed, and the rest of the appointment felt uncomfortable, distracting, and anything but relaxing. The polish being used also appeared to be old, dry, and clumpy. The technician actually stopped to add some type of thinner or solvent to the bottle. However, instead of removing the thick, clumpy polish that had already been applied to my toenails and starting over, she simply applied more polish on top of it. There was also no clear top coat applied at the end. Because of the technician's attitude after I asked for additional attention to my heel, I no longer felt comfortable speaking up about the polish or asking her to correct it. For a $70 pedicure, I expected a professional-looking result and a relaxing experience. Instead, I left with poorly applied, clumpy polish and feeling uncomfortable about having made a very reasonable request. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the service I received. read more

I had such a wonderful experience at this nail salon! The location is perfect--easy to get to and ideal for a pedicure or a full set of almond-shaped acrylics. The salon itself is spotless and beautifully maintained, which made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful with soft, relaxing music and super comfortable chairs that make it easy to unwind. The staff were all kind, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire visit. They paid great attention to detail and delivered exactly the look we wanted. Whether you're treating yourself to a pedicure or getting a full set of acrylics, I highly recommend this place for its cleanliness, professionalism, and calm, welcoming vibe. I'll definitely be coming back! read more

I only come here for pedicures and they never dissapoint! The staff is always so friendly and make you feel super comfortable the whole time. My tech was amazing -- she really took her time and made sure everything was perfect. The salon is clean, relaxing, and just has good vibes overall. My feet always feel brand new when I leave, and the polish lasts way longer than I expect. I've tried a few other places before but I always end up coming back here. They just do it right every time. Definetly my favorite spot for a pedicure! read more

The girl I had did really good. Even though my group had gone late our nails were still really good. They did an amazing job and so far my experience with them has been amazing. It was my first time there and I am definitely coming back. The vibes there was cutesy and they played nature videos in the back ground with a good playlist. read more

Got a mani-pedi Saturday…read more The woman who worked with me seemed angry at me the whole time, no idea why. The water was very hot initially, so I asked for it to be less so. Then it was cold and she wouldn't adjust it, which was just kind of a bummer. There was not a regular foot file part of the pedicure, so my heels don't have that nice feeling they usually do after a pedicure. My right big toenail was cut at a strange diagonal on one side (it had been straight across when I came in), and this is what my hands look like *three days* after the mani. (And I've barely even done dishes the last three days--no hard labor or anything. I can get over a week when I do my nails myself!) Just very odd and not a good experience, unfortunately. My left toes look good, so 1/4 of the mani-pedi turned out as one would hope?
