A short drive from Darien Lake we were planning on trying a local place recommended for wings and decided Pasquale's was a better choice. Great choice! Modernized yet still traditionally styled decor and pictures of the place throughout the years welcomed us in. Another door was a takeout that seemed pretty busy at 4pm on a Saturday. Plenty of parking in this quaint village as well as the parking lot. Warmly greeted and quickly seated with a reservation we made on Open table minutes before we each decided on the Feast with chicken parm, lasagna, and Fettuccini Alfredo. Large portions of each and the Alfredo was more like Cacio e Pepe so cheesy and flavorful. Lasagna was perfect blend or ricotta and sausage like I grew up with, and the chicken parm was tender and the batter held well seasoned flavors. The starters were the caesar salad perfect homemade dressing, and pasta fagioli a tad cool but so good I gobbled it up. Soft fluffy rolls are served with oil and seasoning to tide you over while you wait. Service was impeccable perfect time check for happiness with food, drink refills, and how we were doing as we slowed knowing to go containers would be needed. I highly recommend! It was a very busy day after Christmas. We were seated immediately and our server got us menus and drinks while we waited for the rest of our party. Everyone arrived and we ordered. Our meals took a while, but we had bread and our drink. It was quite busy and our server kept checking on us to see if we needed anything and to keep us updated. Hopefully it was an off night but we were traveling as nd ordered takeout for when we passed through East Aurora. Buffalo chicken salad is pretty hard to screw up, especially when you're using frozen chicken fingers. Fettuccine Alfredo was meh. Pretty dry as there was very little Alfredo. I get not wanting to over do it but have some on the side then. Meatball sub was lacking flavor in the meatballs and sauce. Whole thing was bland. Usually food is better so hopefully it was an off night. I don't go to often but figured it was worth it while passing through... for price paid it wasn't. If it were me. I had lunch with a friend at Pasquale's in East Aurora recently. We both ordered the special "Custom Pasta" which allowed us to build our own pasta dishes with a variety of choices. I went with the spaghetti pasta, marinara sauce, with roasted red peppers and a sausage. My friend chose the penne with the marinara and sausage. Both meals came with bread and a choice of soup or salad, which I thought was a great deal for lunch. I had the pasta fagioli soup, which was very good. The salad ordered by my lunch accomplice looked good also, with choice of dressing. The bread was fresh and served with a nice olive oil for dipping. We consumed every carb of the bread with the meal. My spaghetti was a bit overdone, so next time I would probably go with the penne which looked spot on. The sauce and the sausage were very tasty and the red peppers were a nice addition to the mix. We ate in the bar area which was a nice spot for a quiet lunch. The bartender who served us was very friendly and quite attentive. Reservations advised and seated promptly when we arrived. A note to all Hostesses!!! Please select a table that YOU yourself would sit and not just any table . We were initially stopped at a table in a high traffic and walkway. I politely asked for another table and we're placed in a booth more out of the way. I've had to do this at a number of places. Service was excellent and timely and we were not rushed although it was a busy time. We ordered the stuffed peppers to share as appetizers and were not disappointed. My entre was lasagna and my wife had her favorite the chicken parm. Both of the entrees were huge and we both ate half ! A great second meal at home for each. Along with our large cheese and pep pizza, we ordered a 30-piece of boneless wings. There is no upcharge to split sauces 50/50. I was delighted to see a whole box filled with crispy chicken goodness. All were good-size pieces and there was definitely more than 30 wings. (They must do portions by weight as opposed to actual pieces). And to top off our takeout order, we added a side of fries. I moved here from Florida as a kid, so Pasquale's was my first white pizza and I have a lot of love for their oil and herbs dip served with the bread at their Seneca St. location. It's been many years since I've been here. The menu is decidedly more upscale than when it was a pizza / wing / sub joint - they unfortunately don't have the latter. The prices are higher as well. The service was pleasant and efficient. I ordered a Bambino pizza (personal size), and it was quite tasty; my Mom had one to - which she enjoyed. My Sister apparently frequents other locations, and had high praise in general; she had the Buffalo Shrimp and Fries - which she was happy with. There are many good spots to grab a bite in East Aurora, but if you're in the mood for Italian, Pasquale's is your place. Their menu has a decent variety, where even pickier eaters like me can find something to satisfy. The dining room is large, noise level was not bad even with many tables filled. Ambiance is casual, staff is prompt and friendly. I've been here many times, and figured now would be a good time to review. Our server brought the bread and oil while we waited for our meals. I ordered an additional cheesy garlic bread because it sounds good (the pic is halfway through eating it and almost gone!). Served in perfect, bite sized strips, it was plenty to pass around the table. While the pasta section looked amazing, I wanted something a bit lighter. My go-to is always their caprese salad. It's fresh and delicious. Since my nephew didn't want his soup, I scored his bowl of sausage tomato pepper. It was creamy and had just the right amount of taste. Not spicy, which wins in my book. Although their pizza and wings business is some of the best around, their dine in recently was subpar. I brought family from out of town here because they used to like it when they lived here. Our server was fantastic and she made the evening a little more bearable. Even though it was not completely full, everything seemed to take a long time to come, drinks, salads, main entrees. The Caesar salads were good, and the seafood soup of the day was great I was told. However, the entrees were lacking. The veal marsala was so sweet that it almost tasted like it was a chocolate sauce rather than marsala wine. Another had the land and sea with a side of fettuccini alfredo, and the alfredo sauce was bland, although the steak was cooked well and had good flavor. My scallop shrimp milan was also lacking in flavor, and was also a little dry. We did get a pizza and lasagna to go, and the lasagna was fine, but the pizza was the best. They do have the pizza side of the business nailed down, I hope they get the rest of the restaurant back to what it used to be. read more

I love it and normally get it when I go and it usually comes with a bell pepper sauce. Instead when I ordered the take out it barely came with any sauce at all.
