Place smells like mail chemicals but service was excellent and he did a wonderful job on my nails. They have to turn away a lot of people because there isn't enough staff to handle the demand, so while walk ins are welcome, o recommend booking an appointment. read more

Great place! The owners here are the people who used to own lilys by wal mart and currently own lilys yogurt. Its clean and modern. Nice working massage chairs. They speak English well. I will continue to come back here from now on. Even tho the place by wal martvis still called lilys, it is not affiliated with this place. Above average service and tgey are open until 7! Best foot/leg massage ever! They made small talk but didn't try to talk me to death, which is annoying. And all of the polishes appear to be brand new and most are OPI. read more

Avoid this 'salon' if you value your nails! I went for a shellac manicure, which I've had many times in my home city, and these people have no idea what they're doing! They asked me to soak my fingers in a bowl of blue liquid which was so intense it burned my skin after a few minutes. I asked them to apply acetone to cotton wool and wrap with foil, as is standard procedure but they didn't rough the top coat so it took much scraping of my nails to remove the shellac. The polish was eventually applied but they don't use UV protective gloves or even give you a manicure so I would never return. read more

The only place I go to get my acrylics done. Lily and her team are professional, kind, and hard workers. I've been coming here for several months now and only twice have I had an issue with the tip of one of my acrylics coming off. Both times were due to me bleaching and scrubbing my bathtub and the reaction of the chemicals to my acrylics. All I had to do was walk in to Paso Nails and ask Lily if they could fix it and I was squeezed in within 15 minutes. And the repairs were always free of charge! You get a free drink with every service, which I think is awesome. I love their Taro Tea. Making an appointment with them is a breeze and they can usually schedule you in the same day you call. They have a wide variety of gel polishes to choose from too. While I mostly go for maintenence on my acrylics, I have gotten a pedicure here too and it was great. Andy and Lily have been doing my nails for about 7 years now and they have never let me down! I have tried multiple other places and have had bad experiences, but never have a bad experience with Andy. I bring him pictures off of pintrest and he'll make it happen no matter how complicated it is. They're extremely friendly, and try to make you feel comfortable. Lily is fantastic also, she always remembers exactly the shape I like my nails to be and always has a suggestion for colors and designs. I absolutely love them! Paso nails is wonderful!!! I walked in with my entire bridal party for emergency wedding nails with no appointment. They were able to squeeze us all in with staggered appointments and did an amazing job! I've never had a pedicure that good or relaxing and my nails are still perfect 7 days later. I just moved here from Texas and was looking for a nail salon. Because of the reviews I decided to try Paso Nails. I walked in no appointment and they took me right in. They did a very excellent job. Lily and Andy are very professional it was nice to get my nails done and be able to have an interesting conversation at the same time. It was clean, the massage chairs were great, the pedicure was wonderful, and everyone was very friendly. I went in to get my nails done for engagement pictures so I wanted navy blue tips (I've had this done before no prolems) the lady dyed my cuticles and finger tips blue and asked if it was ok. I told her how I'm taking pics and can't have my fingers blue (lucky she started with my right hand) so I told her after 30 min of her trying to get the tips right to change and just do white tip. She then filed all the blue off of my nail and skin. I was pulling my hand away because she was making me bleed. Then sticks my hand in asitone which burns like hell. If that was not enough she filed my what where long nails to nothing, painted my cuticles and finger tips, missed the edges of my nail with white and my daughter sat and waited to even be touched after an hour and a half. I will never never be back there. I have never had a worse experience then I did there. read more

My experience did not measure up to other reviews here. My mother and I were about 5 minutes late to our appointment, and waited about 20 minutes to be helped. The location is great, and the place seems very clean; they have massage chairs and used new tools still in the bags. But the nail techs who did my mother's and my mani-pedis were not so wonderful. These ladies seemed very nice, smiling at us while hurting us both. My mom has sensitive feet, and did not enjoy having her feet scrubbed with such intensity. She was clearly in pain, even pulling her feet away at times, and the nail technician just kept scrubbing harder, even in the soft callous-free part of her foot. It would be really hard not to notice her nonverbal cues. A week later, her foot is still red and sore in that spot. My pedicure came out fine; the technician was fairly gentle with me...until it came to my hands. Apparently in a rush, she cut my cuticles so deeply that it stung, left a deep red mark on my thumb, and my right pinky started bleeding. I didn't want my cuticles cut at all, much less butchered like that. But how do you ask someone not to do something when they can't understand a single word you say? After she was done, Andy did my gel polish and chatted with me a bit. He is very friendly and speaks English well. He did a great job on my gels (and they have tons of shellac colors). But, he did not make any mention of the fact that I was bleeding. During this time, my mother had been left to sit alone on the opposite side of the shop. They did not do her mani--I guess because they didn't check what our appointment was for and hadn't understood what she wanted after trying to up-sell her on a deluxe pedi by pointing at a menu, which really confused her. The chair next to me was empty, and she later told me that she kept asking to sit by me but they just ignored her, probably because they didn't know what she was saying. After seeing how they cut me, she was glad she missed the mani. I don't really understand why they don't train the techs on some basic phrases, or at least have someone/Andy greet guests as they enter and ask what services they want and any special instructions for the techs in advance to help smooth the language barrier. After my nails were dry, Andy was kind enough to call over to his Yogurt shop a few doors down and hook me up with a free Boba Milk Tea, which I did enjoy. But my cuticles and fingertips were dry, peeling, and in very bad shape for several days, and the nail bed around my punctured pinky nail was painful, swollen, and red for a week after that. Unfortunately, I can't really recommend this place for anything other than Polish/Gels which did look nice. Maybe if you can get an appointment with Andy only, you'll have a better experience. read more

Last week me and my husband came for a pedicure a lady with short yellow hair works on my husband feet is wonderful and the lady with long hair she work on my feet so terrible because we like to time our tech to see how they are doing lady with yellow hair come first we both have deluxe pedicure my lady with long hair came after 5 minutes she on that time that lady doing my husband feet just done doing his cuticle she starts to get her machine for callus treatment my lady always look at the lady who work on my husband foot i try to see why she always look at the lady with yellow hair, now i know because she trying to catch up with her the yellow hair lady applying seasalt for my husband she rouge for 5 minutes and that long hair lady she apply seasalt for me and rouge only 1 minutes now she can catch up the yellow lady and she puts lotion on my foot and massage only 6 minutes on both feet my husband got 10 minutes i just want to let you guys know when the lady with long hair working on you. You have to pay attention on her specially on the time my husband got good massage my massage is terrible she massage is hurt my legs for a week and brushes everywhere i don't know if i want to go back to paso nail read more
