This review is long overdue, but I love this nail salon! I was first referred here when I received a gift certificate for this place, and after I used it, I kept coming back! Andy and Lily always do the best on my acrylics. I never had any issues with my acrylics lifting at the cuticles when I got my fills here. Everyone is always nice, and you get a free boba drink when you come here. I haven't come in for a while because I moved. :( But I wanted to spread the word that everyone should come here! This place is so disorganized. I made an appointment at 10:00 a.m. over 2 weeks prior to the appointment. We show up on time and they said our appointment was an hour earlier at 9:00a.m. I know I would have not made an appointment that early and I have a text message confirmation regarding my appointment time. We asked if we could just get our scheduled pedicures and skip the acyrlic nails; however, this establishment was not accommodating. I have been coming to this nail salon for years and I usually never have any problems here but today I realize they over charged me for a Mani/pedi. Didn't even put lotion or oil on my fingers literally just filed my nails and painted them. What type of mani is that? Then charged me a extra $25 for absolutely nothing. This was my first time going to Paso Nails and Spa! I loved the atmosphere, and the salon was quiet, clean, and bright. It was a very relaxing spa day for me. I had a regular mani/pedi with gel and it was $65 without tip. My nails looks gorgeous and the massage was wonderful. I'm so irritated! I called for an appointment to have a mani/pedi. They asked me if I was available to come right over. I said, Yes. When I got there I waited for a few minutes and when they called my name I was told they couldn't do my pedicure because they had someone coming in for an appointment. Hmmm, then why ask me to come now if they didn't have anyone available? I was already at the salon, but they blew my appointment off for someone else who had an appointment, who wasn't even at the salon! I guess their business is more important than mine! Skip. They were rude and I specifically asked for mani pedi at same time. It took over 2.75 hours for two simple treatments that I specifically asked for at same Time. No one spoke a bit of English as I had a broken foot so wanted no massage on one foot. Then hot and chairs didn't work. Then 3 weeks later a fungus I've never had. Nice. They are one of the best nail salons around! When I go I always see Andy doing amazing acrylics on ladies and they turn out stunning. Being a family owed business they get to know you on a personal level, the last time I went we constantly were joking about finding one of the young gentlemen a girlfriend, so ladies he is single haha! I love that they offer you a milk tea while you sit back and relax in the massage chair while you get a pedi. Also I went to a different salon with only a little bit of calluses and there treatment did nothing but man at Paso nails they got it all off! Just in time for sandal season too. Oh and one more thing they have this cute chair for little girls to get there nails done too! They are affordable and do the best work around. I would give them 10 stars if we could. read more

On 7/31/18, I went for a fill at Paso Nails and Salon before leaving Paso today, and the owner Andy did my fills like before. He listened to how I wanted them, fixed the only two that were lifting that were done by Alex at Number 1 Nails, but most importantly didn't hurt me once, like Alex did several times. I had such a Horrible time at Number 1 Nails, it was really nice coming here again and getting great service. I don't live in Paso but come here once a year, and I really enjoy my experience at Paso Nails and I think anyone reading this will too. Try it you won't be disappointed. read more

I had the delux mani and pedi for $45. I was happy with the experience until the very end, when I got a good look at the polish and cuticle job. Pretty bad. She also did a not-so-great job moisturizing and filing the calluses on the back of the foot. I won't be going back. I've had better mani-pedis (non delux) at Vessel Day Spa down the street. I was given a choice of water or several different flavors of "bubble tea"and escorted to a spa chair (with massage) Sea salt massage, deep tissue/hot stone massage and paraffin wax treatment, my feet (and I) are in Heaven! The owners of the Lily's by Walmart have moved and they are now in downtown Paso near their Yogurt shop! I had and excellent pedicure with a good firm foot massage. The place is clean and very comfortable. They even have a kids chair that my 7 year old loved! Plus, free boba drink with your pedicure. Deluxe pedicure was very reasonably and comparably priced at $32.00 Spread the word!! Lily is still in business, just in a much better location under the name Paso Nails and Spa!! read more

This is normally my favorite place to go, however the last 2 times I've gone, Andy has been pretty rude and rushes through my nails. The most recent visit he did a very sloppy job on the shape and on the paint. I decided not to keep having gel put on and got regular polish because their gel doesn't stay anyways (they are very cheap with how many coats they put on) . He charged extra for removing the gel, which would have been removed regardless as part of my fill. Then when filing I asked for him to make them a little shorter, again charged more. Pretty ridiculous to have all these extra charges for things that are normally done. Wont be going back since I had to pay someone else to fix them a couple days later. read more

After trying several salons I town, this is the one I've chosen to stick with! Andy does a great job with my fill and I'm in and out in about 45 minutes, which is really important for me. My first visit I just walked in without an appointment. They had appointments booked but asked if I could come back in an hour, which I could. What a great surprise!! Walked in mid day on a Wednesday and was immediately greeted. I had one of the best pedicures of my life! Everything was very clean, professional while a relaxed feel. I have been to Paso Nails & Spa in the past, which is why I went there to get a pedicure again. This time, despite the same kind service their technicians provide, other parts of the service were not as before. The main problem was with the sanitation of their tools. My feet were already in the soaking water... but the buffing tool that was brought out was used (gray residue to prove it). After a flustered trip to the back, new ones were brought out and I thought we could continue on, overlooking that detail. But then, the metal tools that are used for cuticle and nail care were not properly sanitized! They were in a sterilization bag, but that bag was not sealed and instead of ripping it open to reveal clean tools, the technician was about to just dump them into the work tray. The adhesive seal on the sterilization bag was still in place - I have no idea if they were indeed clean, but I have no wish to find out the hard way. Hopefully, the team at Paso Nails & Spa steps back up to their normal standard of care. In the mean time, I'll be painting my nails at home. read more

So first I have to qualify this, I've never had a pedicure prior to my experience here. That said, I took my wife as a date-night surprise and she gets pedicures quite a lot. I called and scheduled an appointment for 6:30 expecting that an hour would be adequate time for our pedicures. We arrived about 15 minutes early (hoping to expedite the process). They had plenty of open chairs, but we ended up waiting for about 20 minutes to get a seat (5 minutes after our appointment. Not a big deal. I was enjoying the massage chair and soak when, after about 30 minutes, my wife leans over and says "What's the deal? I've never had to wait this long." No one had even spoken to us since we got in the chairs, and by this point the water for our foot soak was getting cool. After about another 10 minutes, finally someone came over to start giving me a pedicure. I asked her to start on my wife first, but she refused saying that the only other person who would be available was a guy, and he wasn't allowed to work on men's feet. I mentioned that we had other plans after the pedicure, and were under a schedule, but that didn't seem to sink in. I then pushed back our dinner reservations by 15 minutes in hopes that they would be able to wrap up by then. No such luck. The guy working on my wife's feet apparently didn't think that the fact that we'd asked them to speed things up a bit, nor that I'd already pushed our dinner reservations back was a big deal, because he was sllllloooooowwwww. Finally, after about an hour and a half (over 30 minutes of which we were just sitting in the chairs) my wife just told the guy she to finish up on her feet, and skip the toenail polish because if we were any later, we would lose our reservations, and miss the concert later in the evening. Maybe I was too ambitious and should have planned for a lengthier pedicure, but my wife was pretty irritated, and felt like we had been very neglected. She commented to the owner that if you take a reservation, you should have the staff there to accommodate it. A fair point in my mind. The owner did not seem to care that we had a bad experience. It was a shame, because what I'd hoped would be a happy surprise for my wife ended up starting our date night off to a rough start. Don't go to this place if you expect good service or need to be somewhere afterwards. read more
