This will be the only nail salon I will go to now. I've had a pedicure from Naomi, a full set of gel-x from David and gel-x fill from Shawn. They all did a phenomenal job! The place is clean and welcoming, the staff are really nice and helpful. My pedicure was so relaxing! David did a fantastic job with my full set of gel-x. My nails had grown out a bit and I snagged my ring finger while moving furniture, the nail stayed on but I bruised my nail bed. I didn't want to chance having it happen again. Shawn was kind enough to squeeze me in without an appointment to do a fill and color change. He was so gently and took extra care not to hurt my bruised nail. I probably thanked him a dozen times. Friendly staff, didn't feel rushed myself, but my daughter stayed the gentleman rushed the tail end of her nails when another customer entered for their appointment- and the quality of the last few nails reflected it. My feet always remain uber smooth following other pedicures from competitors- within 2 days my feet were rougher than when I went in.... I also experienced the skin on my feet feeling like they were on (fire). That is new and honestly concerning. Chemical? Fungal? Treated for both and got it to stop. For what I paid I expected better. I had a really great experience today at nail envy. I had no idea that they were under new ownership. But the vibe was the same - very quiet, not more than two or three clients in the salon in order to provide private and personalized services. The owner got me in on late notice within one hour, and I had a fantastic pedicure. Great selection of colors. Although they're under new ownership, the family that previously owned the place are employed there, at least a few of them. Still highly recommend and thought I'd write this great review in case anyone else is wondering how it's doing under new ownership. Salon was very very clean, pillows on all of the chairs, all of the tools were sanitized, and the highest level pedicure, which was amazing was only $60. They have an ATM available, but they also take Apple Pay now, so you don't have to worry about withdrawing cash. read more

Vibe is quiet in the place but Kelly definitely makes it a great experience. She is very kind, I requested an eyebrow wax she caused no pain at all. Like stated in other reviews if you have an appointment with the owners husband for any service cancel your appointment. I have tried this place 3 times. I went because I kept seeing really nice work and also a lot of recommendations. I don't know who does the nice work but the older gentleman is not happy or interested in doing your service. 1st time I for a pedicure and my nail polish chipped with in the 10 days 2nd time I went for pedicure and gel manicure and this time manicure fell completely off in 8 days This last time I asked for pedicure and a set of nails and this is what I walked out with. read more

Haven't had a mani pedi in years, yes, years. So for Mother's Day I told my husband that's what I wanted. I came here for the first time (set an appt earlier in the week) but to no surprise, Mother's Day was busy for them. I waited about 30 min past my appt time then got seated to have Linh start on my pedi. I got the Yin-Yang mani and pedi with gel on both. Absolutely loved the service itself and will 100% get it again! Only complaint is - my gel mani was done very sloppy. It's not even, some spots weren't touched on a few nails (you can see where the polish color was applied and then separately where the top coat was applied - not the same areas). Kind of disappointing bc my toes look great (the older gentleman did my manicure, not Linh). The Yin-Yang service itself was fantastic for both, just unfortunate about the application of the gel polish on my hands. Overall, will 100% be coming back any time I want to treat myself but will be asking for Linh specifically to do my services. read more

I got regular polish manicure (not gel) , sat under the fan for 20 minutes and figured that was good enough time to dry them. I was wrong. 2 hours later and I'm still dealing with wet nails. I called the salon back and was informed it takes " all day" for the regular polish to dry and to sit under a fan at home even though it's been over 2 hours since leaving. I was pretty sad as now I had to take off the polish since every nail has been messed up. So if you get regular polish beware of the dry time. Honestly I'm in town for work and with COVID19 in effect, my expectations were low and i was long over due for a mani pedi. I was shook at the results, such a GREAT!! job by a young man gentle and kind. His attention to detail was impeccable, The massage was a nice touch and the warm towels helped relax my muscles. The clay mask softened my rough edges. made me feel like a girl again. Thank you!!! The only harp I had was the paper on the window front making the business look like it was closed.
