I have been going here for a few months for a gel manicure and no matter who I get, I have always gotten a great manicure! The salon is clean, doesn't have that typical acetone smell, and I am always greeted pleasantly when I arrive. Very big selection of colors. The pedicure was the worst one I've ever had. The male nail tech kept hurting me and I said ouch, pulled my foot away. After the third time, I said I'm done , you are not touching my feet anymore. Please get the manager. He then said F you to me in front of "manager" and stormed off like a child. While another tech was completing my service , he was staring at me making me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. I had a female tech finish my pedicure who did a great job, I did not get a discount or an apology for the way I was treated. How does a business allow their nail tech to 1) curse at a client and make them feel unsafe in their establishment 2) not train their techs to do their job properly so the client is not hurt. read more

I had such a horrible experience at this salon, that I still think about it from time to time and have PTSD-like flashbacks... I mean so bad that when I see one of their previous stylists, I get a chill down my back. I called one day to make an appointment for an ombré highlight service and was told my appointment was with Jessica and that it was going to cost around the $125 area. I had a early afternoon appointment with Jessica (turned out to be the manager) who expressed real excitement in doing my hair but once I felt her doing highlights and purposefully placed me in between mirrors... I knew I was in trouble. She kept walking over to another stylist and that stylist came up asking me what I was getting done and examined my hair. Once I finished processing (oh and I forgot to add that she darkened my roots to a 4N, which is my natural shade already???), I was rinsed and I asked the girl rinsing me if I had highlights. She said "yes, they came out so good!" I didn't want highlights, I wanted an ombré and clearly that's not what I got. Jessica proceeded to keep me away from mirrors and actually cut and blow dried my hair with me facing the rest of the salon instead of myself. I told her to just blow dry my hair and to not use products because I hate my hair curled and products make my hair greasy. Sure enough, Jessica curled my hair to hide her extremely poor job and put shiny crap in my hair. I was then charged $325 for my garbage hair, which I expressed and I stated that the price was more than double what I was told and Jessica told me that she was a "master stylist", master of effing things up. To further insult me, she gave me a $5 off my next blowout coupon and spelt my name wrong on the card. Then proceeded to add me on Facebook where I eventually blocked her because she spewed racist rhetoric. However, I did meet my new stylist there as she was the one who Jessica kept consulting and reached out to me afterwards and fixed my hair afterwards because she was horrified at how bad it came out. So Pasch can get the one star for that, your ex employee has been my stylist for 3 years now and she kills it every time! Theresa, my hairdresser is great, but unfortunately during my visit to Pasch Salon in Wall, NJ on Saturday 9/22/18 for color and cut, the shampoo girl seems to favor the right side of the hair and scalp by about 75% when shampooing and rinsing. The left side got very little attention and I actually had to tell her to rinse the left side of my head to get the remnants of chemicals and shampoo out. She seemed to get insulted so she then wrapped the towel around my head and knotted it so tight that it was painful and my hairdresser had to take her time getting the knot out of the towel while I held it to my head because it was pulling my hair out and I wound up with a headache. I'm probably not the first and surely won't be the last. Unfortunately the Shampoo Girl has a poor attitude and should be retrained or she won't go far. Time to look for a new salon. read more

Miriam does a wonderful job with nails! She's fabulous!!! If only the girls at the front desk would rise to her level. There is no greeting, no "welcome to Pasch" or "how was your experience?". There was only acknowledgement of what was owed and how they don't take Amex. No, "thank you", "would you like to make another appointment?"--one of the worst customer experiences ever. I get my manicure and pedicure with the always funny and super cool AMANDA!! She does an amazing job! My manicure lasts for close to ten days and the pedicure is still going strong after 3 weeks! Beautiful salon and great staff and great prices! Check it out soon ! read more

It was a while ago that I went here but I never got around to writing a review so I'll do it now. I got the best gel mani pedi of my life here. It's a month later and my toenails still look great. The manicure didn't have that issue where the edges get a little too pushed in unlike other salons, it was long lasting, and when it did come off my nail didn't look all completely destroyed like usually it would. If I remember correctly the woman who did it was named Taylor, but it's been a little while so I could be mis-remembering. The hair styling was great here too! If I lived in the area I would definitely come back. read more

Great nail salon-everyone is friendly and professional, the salon itself is clean, and the receptionists are great (which is so hard to find in a salon). Lang and Suzie have both done my nails and they have never looked better! I am always thrilled with how they look when I leave, and I am, admittedly, very very particular when it comes to my nails-certain length and width, certain thickness, lots of white when I get Frenches. I am a pain but Lang and Suzie have been nothing but accommodating to my silly demands. Had my haircut at Pasch on Friday by Amanda. I can't say enough great things about this place. As a guy, I find it slightly awkward to get my haircut at a salon. Most guys just go to a barber and that is good enough for them. At Pasch I felt very comfortable. The place is beautiful, the girls are so friendly, amazing and glowing. I go to the Belmar location to Suzie for my nails, but I've recently gone to Wall for a last minute shampoo/blowout/style (Lauren hooked it up!) for my birthday last week and it was great! I called kind of late just to see if it was even possible & it all worked out perfectly. Didn't feel rushed or anything for booking it pretty last minute & it turned out gorgeous! There really are not enough stars to give for so many reasons that I will explain. My mom has been going to Lang for years and it is always perfection. Amanda is her hairdresser and same thing has only made my mom look beautiful with the cuts and colors. This past weekend, Amanda and Lauren drove 2 hours to north jersey to do my bridesmaids, my mom and my hair for my wedding. Every single girl was beyond impressed and loved their hair tremendously. Amanda recreated a photo I had and the amount of compliments I received on my beautiful curled, updo was ridiculous. She and Lauren are both beyond talented and extremely reasonable as far as wedding hair prices go. Not only are they true professionals but so friendly, easy to talk to, and they just made the morning run so much smoother and again gave 10 of us ladies flawless hair styles. I cannot say enough about this salon. Lang is the only choice for nails and I recommend Amanda to absolutely anyone in need of a cut, color, or wedding hair. worst pedicure ever, the nail tech Liz looked bored and indifferent the entire time, I asked for the ice cold water to be warmer and she acted annoyed and barely made it warmer at all. The salon in general is not very inviting , people who work there border on rude. I would not go back . I have limited hair service experience there but the two times I had my hair done the water in the sink went from cold to scalding several times during the hair washing process! That is dangerous and should be addressed. read more

I am never the type of person to make a scene or even post a negative review however Pasch Salon in Wall NJ may want to be overlooked when choosing them for your hair. I had extensions put in my hair at the end of November 2016. Spent all together $800, this included the hair for $200 and I paid $250 per hour and I tipped $100. So all together the total was $800. I was hesitant in even getting them put in for that price, but I always wanted them so I sucked it up and did it. I was outside in the snow for 2 hours and the hair formed into a matted dreadlock ball underneath a hat. The hair was so hard. I then had to remove the ball by cutting it out of my hair leaving bald spots and patches because there was nothing else I could do at that point. I was suppose to have the extensions in for 6-8 months , but mine only lasted less then 3 months . I went to the wall location yesterday and talked to the stylist and manager to see what could be done for me because after I had to cut them out, it left me with absolutely no Hair and again bald spots. After brushing them every single day religiously, the manager said I didn't properly keep up with maintaining my hair. Oh I'm sorry I didn't know that I wasn't allowed to wear a hat in the snow with extensions. The hair looked perfect that morning. I walked into the salon and the stylist told me not to touch my hair for a while and maybe use clip in extensions for the time being. I don't underatand why now they recommended the clip in hair when that's what shouldn't have been recommended the whole time. My hair is thin and fine and I was not a candidate for extensions, Pasch just wanted to make some money. I walked into the salon and all the girls you could tell knew I was coming in or looked at me in a way like oh that's the girl who called and complained. The manager was so terribly rude and offered nothing to me. No money no sorry no talking to the owener. Nothing was offered. Absolutely a disgrace and I am a truly unsatisfied customer and I will never give my business or anyone I know the business for either location Wall or Belmar. Hopefully someone reads this review and highly considers to choose another hair salon other than Pasch. read more

I was recommended to go to Pasch by a friend and after my first experience there, I will never go anywhere else. I went in with extremely damaged and poorly colored hair and walked out feeling like a whole new person. Sophia did a phenomenal job with my color, cut, and blowout. Everyone in the salon is extremely friendly, it's exceptionally clean and the way the salon is decorated just makes you feel like you're in Beverly Hills. I came here Saturday 10/11 for makeup and hair as part of a wedding (bridesmaid). Everyone who helped me was so friendly and talented. Dana did my hair and was really attentive and did a great job exactly what I asked for. My makeup artist was fabulous! I don't remember her name but she had blonde longer hair. Everyone complimented me on my makeup and it lasted well into the night until I got home. When I asked for false eyelashes she was able to fulfill my request. I was so happy with everything here. Definitely a little pricey ($120 for both hair and makeup not including tips) but I don't have any complaints about the services. Id rather pay more and get quality than save money and have issues. read more
